A fantastic house! was extremely lucky to be admitted here after a hand injury. From the head doctor to the cleaning staff, everyone was warm, humorous and personable. The nurses and nurses are without exception highly competent, conscientious and caring. Since the clinic is rather small, it has a real community vibe. The team is also refreshingly diverse. I'm absolutely thrilled! Drawing: @keiross (Instagram)

A place that promises little healing - the patient does not feel in good hands here. Overwhelmed nurses, lack of attention, and every question asked seems too much. The food is not worth mentioning. (Exception: Sister Melanie from 3B, an outstanding nurse, empathetic and sensitive.) Dirty windows, unclean toilets - patients are discharged after 3 days, even after a serious operation.

Selten so begeistert gewesen von einem Krankenhaus in Berlin. Das Personal war so entspannt und freundlich. Insgesamt lief der Prozess bis zur Operation sehr schnell ab. Sehr gut organisiert! Ärzte kompetent und freundlich. Gerne wieder

Got wrong diagnosed and after having the same symptoms again few days later and going to their emergency again I got kicked out and told "what do I want here again"! This is insane! I went to another hospital with my extreme pain where I got the right diagnosis and treatment! I'm thinking to sue the hospital! Never go there if you have a chance!

My daughter has to get a laser treatment done . The doctor missed the spot what she was supposed to remove, even though we had a consultation a week earlier .she said it was missed due to her laser goggles Then she didn’t explain anything to her and it was extremely painful. She had to return to get the right sport removed and no other clinic was available for this treatment. Now my daughter has lost her trust in doctors . I would stay away and wait for an appointment somewhere else.

I'm actually pretty happy with my experience here and, especially as an American, being happy with a hospital is very new feeling for me. The people caring for me today were very kind and respectful to not just me, but I also observed them being compassionate and respectful to an unhoused man. They let him peacefully sleep and did not speak harshly to him. For myself, I am a very complex case and I have been injured several times from medical misunderstandings. I was worried my condition would worsen on the transit there so I prepared a list of my allergies and chronic situation. It was extensive and brought up a lot of questions, but no treatment was attempted until we all understood what was needed and how to address any risks. I felt very understood and that I had the necessary understanding of the doctors. We were able to safely begin treatment and I feel confident I will be safe at home. At discharge, I was not rushed and I had the opportunity to ask all the questions I needed. I was allowed to leave at my own pace - which is still slow because I still feel like hot trash - and I felt no pressure as though I was burdening anyone. I hope the philosophy and the compassion of my care team is the model for all employees. I really lucked out tonight and got some all-stars.

On this day of my discharge, I would like to thank the entire team, the Orthopedics Ward 3! From the beginning to this day I was in the best hands, very well looked after and cared for! High regard and respect for what the nurses, carers and the two therapists do there around the clock. Always willing to listen, always helpful and always friendly and accommodating. Class !!!!!!!! Even on the day of discharge, the deputy ward manager... (Sorry, too many names in the week) once again a concern was personally taken care of and resolved! Thank you !! All in all: great team!!!! Thank you !!!!!!!!!

I have never experienced anything as empathetic and stroppy as Sister Jea... from ward 2a, she clearly needs training in terms of friendliness and service to patients. Dear Sister Jea......, we relatives are not your enemies.

I went in to the emergency room, and was shifted to the general ward for two days after that for diagnostics and following up. The hospital nursing staff was extremely friendly and supportive. The doctors and technicians I interacted with were brilliant t at their job, although they did not always have time for hand holding/ patient counselling. As someone who is still learning German, as an added bonus, I found that a fair number of the staff is multilingual (I used English). They sometimes do not accept private insurance for the emergency visit but this is not a concern with longer admission. I had a very satisfactory experience.

I've been there twice now for laser surgery and I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who works there and does a fantastic job! Everyone is super competent, caring, helpful and damn friendly!! I hope that I won't come back any time soon, but even if I do, I know that I won't be in better hands than in the Evangelische Elisabeth Clinic!

We were here to take an x-ray picture (röntgen) and it was a good experience. We didnt wait long (we had an appointment). It was 1 person before us on the reception and 2 person before us as we moved to the waiting room for x-ray (röntgen). The radiology was easy to find. The stuff was nice, we felt comfortable here. 👍

Though the surgery went well, I had to suffer a bureaucratic nightmare and absolute chaos weeks after.. I had to g back several times just cuz the doctors didn't provide me with the needed documents to proceed else where.. If you have the choice, pick another one.

I can say a lot of things...but after 3 hours......... ..............so don't recommend. I still wish you a healthy life. Kind regards. Someone had the same experience 4 months ago. ''The biggest dirty hospital in Germany. There was no one in front of me at the emergency room, but there was still a 6 hour wait. There are no doctors, just people who do internships and treat you. The whole team is just outside smoking, laughing, giggling, everything but working and the only thing they can do is gender. Save yourself the headache of coming here. Really every hospital is better'' He has the same experience as me. :(((((((

I was in the emergency room, and I was fortunate to be attended by Dr. Garcia and his team. Although I had to wait for a long time (~3 hours) I am not complaining, as I was treated with great attention, professionalism and empathy. I hope that no one needs ER care, but if they do, I hope they meet people who are as competent and humane as Dr. Garcia.

Many thanks to the rescue center staff. Doctors, nurses and carers were very friendly and empathetic and examined everything thoroughly (blood, blood pressure, ECG and CT) and also explained everything well. Fast and smooth process. Very well organized. Am thrilled :-)

Horror hospital Here I experienced the horror of my life and only as a daily visitor. If you love your relatives, make sure they go to another hospital. There are no agreements between nursing staff at all. Seriously ill patients don't get any rest, for example one nurse first asks about food, then the next after 10 minutes, as there is no agreement about who did what. The same applies to the administration of medication; first the patient receives an infusion, then the next hour another nurse comes and wants to give the next one, even though the cycle is eight hours. In addition, my beloved mother forgot clamping scissors in the vital lung tube, which then hurt her and I, as a visitor, had to inform the nurse's office to please remove them. Nurses don't know how vital oxygen machines work and have to wait for the nurse to change the tubes. Infected and contagious patients are placed in rooms with seriously ill patients, where the disease is not diagnosed until the next day. There are no medical specialists or they are not visible, even though they are advertised as such. My mom was specially moved to this hospital because it advertises a pulmonary ward, which doesn't exist yet and is only being set up. The doctor was a nice person, but not a specialist. You get the feeling that the doctors and nurses have to do everything. The elevator failed for several days, at least 6 days (that's how long I experienced it until my mom got out), so visitors and medical staff had to take the stairs. If my mom hadn't expressed the desire to get out of this hospital, she would have died in this cold, horror hospital. The hospital report was also glossed over and when she came out she was traumatized and really afraid of changing diapers because she was pushed back and forth and all of that in just a few weeks in this hospital. On the day she was discharged, a nurse in a bad mood yelled at her so much that she talked about it at home. She also died a few days after being discharged from the hospital. My heart is still broken so please if you love your loved ones take them somewhere else.

I had the worst experience. The professionals there did not want to assist me. They even kept me waiting for long saying that they can’t speak English and even the person who spoke English was hesitate to talk to me. One patient there was kind enough to explain what I wanted to get checked. In conclusion, I wouldn’t recommend it.

5 stars no question! Everything perfect! The sisters are always there when something happens and take their time! The doctors are absolutely great too! The only thing that doesn't work at all are the cleaning staff. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff only know round corners and have probably never really learned how important it is to clean thoroughly in the hospital! Nevertheless, the service in this hospital is worth more than 5 stars ☺️

I had a surgery there. In the return to the doctor, he was not there but I got the bill for the consultation. At the surgery they found an infection, after one month they told me it was nothing, went to another place and found what the infection was in 24h a d got the treatment. There are nice people there but they are too disorganized.

I visited the rescue center at the Elisabeth Clinic Hospital and as soon as I entered the hospital I felt warmly welcomed by your entire team. From the reception to the comprehensive support, I was able to experience exceptional friendliness, compassion and professional competence from every single employee. In particular, the assistant doctor and the medical staff made a significant contribution to ensuring that I always felt comfortable and in good hands. Communication and listening skills are fundamental to communicating with and understanding others. I was pleased to see how the entire team at the hospital used these skills 100 percent. I wish you and the entire hospital team continued success and hope that you can help many other people on their path to recovery.

Terrible organization in an emergency. Rude staff, extremely long waiting times for people in need, no empathy and completely inefficient. The way they handle the emergencies is really dangerous. When I asked about the estimated wait time after 3 hours of waiting, the employee actually said, "We still have other cases and can't tell you how long you have to wait, and you are also free to leave if you can't wait ". This is absolutely dangerous advice to give to people in dire straits. Awful organization in emergency. An absolute nightmare. I had an appointment 5 months ago and was told an application would be filed for me, but the doctor gave me bad information, I apparently needed to file it on my own and now I have lost all of that time waiting on nothing! Would recommend to no one!

The emergency room's staff nurses are very unfriendly, no sympathy and lack skills, who would put a bandage on a wound without even cleaning and disinfecting it? Well they do. They will treat you like a trash based on what you're wearing and what language you speak.

Don’t go there. Emergency is slow. We went there. After hours, they measured the temperature. After that, we waited 1/1.5hours. After that, they took blood. They said the results would be available after 2 hours. We are waiting now 3 hours and there is no explanation. I am not sure what is the definition of emergency in Germany. I have to say “THE HEALTH SYSTEM IS VERY SLOW”. I am not a person who leaves comments very often. But they really pushed my limits to do this. Emergency should not take 6+ hours to learn about the blood results. Are they mad or they not think about their patients at all? Thank you for making us wait for than 6 hours without any explanation.
