My 4 month old baby had fever and we came at 9pm, there were 3 kids before her , we waited 3 hours. When we were thinking finally my baby could see doctor, a nurse came to the waiting room and said in German: doctor have to go to another kid and we don't know when will he come back, probably 2-3 hours. People, it's 12 am and many children there were sick, those babies tired because they waited too long (some kids were crying). And they didn't Apology!! How do they can treat their patients like this? Even when their patients are children? 4 or 5 families were waiting there and it seems like they too angry to talk or complain. I took my baby home because she too tired to go to another hospital (thank goodness she got better when she came home) but there is a child came there in ambulance, she was fainted, her dad have to caught a taxi to go to another doctor, it's just terrible I can't image how he was worried about hus daughter

(Translated by Google) It's been 14 years now, at birth I was overdosed with Cytotec. Instead of the recommended 20 mg, the figure was 175. The birth escalated with a labor storm and emergency caesarean section. My child has a level of nursing care level 2. The fact that there could be a causal connection only became apparent to me in the reporting of the past few days.

(Translated by Google) I gave birth to my son there in October. First of all I have to say that I felt really well looked after by the midwives in the delivery room. Very friendly, patient and competent, have looked after me regularly and supported me well in the delivery. The anesthetist who put my PDA was also great. He cleared me up well and the PDA worked and did no harm. Until shortly after the birth I would have given 5 stars. Then the horror started. The first star deduction, because the transfer from delivery room to the maternity ward took far too long. A few hours after the birth, one of the trundle beds was brought in and I was bumped on it and said that we would be taken straight to our family room. So my husband packed everything and was ready ... And there he was. It took over an hour to be picked up ... And after 24 hours in the hospital, we just wanted to sleep. The next star is subtracted because the family room was a big joke. You could hardly turn around in it ... I was later told by a sister that this was actually a single room, in which a second bed was simply placed. All well and good that there were no actual family rooms anymore, I understand, but then cheekily charging an extra € 150 per night, i.e. the full family room price, is not okay. And another star deduction for the fact that most of the nurses and midwives on this ward were very unfriendly and unmotivated. Four contradictory consultations were given to me by four breastfeeding advisors. Not much was explained. And to the last star: blood was taken from me again and again, as I was told, because of my liver tests. Apart from the fact that my arms were completely blue (that's not the bad thing), I was never told why. No doctor came to make a diagnosis, nothing like that. When I was released, I was told to go to the gynecologist again because of the liver tests. Ok, I said, is there somewhere more specific that I can show my gynecologist. "yes yes, we gave you everything". At home in a quiet minute I checked my mother's pass and lo and behold, I was diagnosed with HELPP syndrome, i.e. pregnancy poisoning, without knowing it ... Great! Toll!

I had to be urgently operated and made the huge mistake of going to this hospital. I had to wait from 8.30 am, without eating nor drinking anything, until almost 11pm when I was finally operated. After the surgery, I was left an open wound that needs to be cured everyday, so my family doctor told me to go to the hospital's ER to get it done on weekends when her office is closed. Today, after waiting for more than 5 hours I went home without being treated. Something I have never thought it could happen in Germany, and I come from a so called third world country, however such a situation I have never experienced in my country. I approached a nurse and then a doctor to try to get a response on why it was taking so long, and both times the answer was: you are the next one. Nevertheless, more than an hour went by and still nothing, at the end I decided to leave that place. Really frustrating and sad situation. My advise: if you have an emergency, do not go to this hospital! They just don't care

(Translated by Google) 4.5 hours waiting in the emergency room and we couldn't even get it - with a fibrous, coughing, already lethargic 1-year-old. If at all possible, avoid this emergency room at all costs. The likelihood of being helped here is less than the risk of catching one of the many waiting people.

I would prefer not to give a star! I advise every woman against this clinic. Object forgotten in the stomach, tumor "accidentally" torn in the body during the operation. The ovaries were cut and roughly operated on so much that I went into menopause despite having ovaries. I was yelled at and they didn't listen to me. I became psychologically broken after menopause in my 30s. Then I lost my relationship, which had been happy for many years before we started dating. The head nurse is unfriendly and invasive. Purposely left me without water for hours. Until I called my sister who came to the hospital in the middle of the night to say I needed water immediately. The sister then came to me and insulted me about my sister coming in the middle of the night... How selfish I am... She was very rude and I then refused to let her touch me again. All of this was just the tip of the iceberg. Everything for a newly operated patient! I'm working on processing this trauma. In my eyes, the clinic has destroyed my life and my body!

(Translated by Google) Total bad organization. First one is told that the surgery appointment must be made quickly because it is already too late, then go and the surgery appointment is postponed by a whole day. Then you arrive the next day and then the surgery is postponed again for hours. You can not eat and drink either. So 2 days without food and drink. Mess!! Never again. (Original) Total schlechte Organisation. (Translated by Google) Emergency department miserable. 4 hours waiting time for the preliminary talk to the OP. On the day of surgery at 9 o'clock on the station as required, wait nearly 3 hours in the hall to finally be allowed to move into a room. Then one is told the surgery appointment is only in 8 hours. Organization as in the Middle Ages, or nonexistent. Horrible hospital (Original) Notaufnahme miserabel. 4 Stunden Wartezeit beim Vorgespräch zur OP. I showed up here with acute eye issues, waited hours to be seen, and was written a prescription. I didn’t realize until I got to the pharmacy that they had prescribed me HOMEOPATHY?!?!?! Literally pseudoscientific magical holy water. I couldn't be more shocked if they lit a candle and sacrificed a goat in order to cure my eye infection. I can’t even believe it’s legal for a doctor to do that, let alone without even mentioning that they're using homeopathy. Apparently one can have little faith in the scientific grounding or education of the doctors here. To be clear, the doctor didn't suspect me of not having any real treatable condition and try to proscribe me homeopathy as a placebo. She formally diagnosed me with "severe acute conjunctivitis". When I as able to go to my normal doctor he of course proscribed me medicated eyedrops and - surprise - the problem got better. I wrote a formal complaint against the doctor to the review board, and never heard back.

I came in to remove metal from my knee from a past operation after Benjamin Franklin Hospital refused to do the operation (after doing the first one badly two times). Overall my experience in DRK vs Charité was night and day. Here I was treated with respect, the different departments had working communication lines and I had the surgery on the agreed upon time with no complications. I felt safe and in good hands, which I could not say in Charité. I would for sure come here again to have other procedures done.

We had our second child delivered here. The whole experience was amazing. All the staff including doctors and midwives were simply outstanding. They were very engaging, courteous and easy to communicate with. We are extremely happy that a large baby was delivered normally. Highly recommend this hospital. Again Kudos to all staff members at DRK Klinniken Westend.

(Translated by Google) Use Cytotec (unauthorized medication) to induce labor without pointing out the risks (there is only one letter for which you do not have enough time). In general, there was time pressure in the birthing department, so that the birth process was regulated by medication using contractions and contractions. A reasonably natural birth would have looked different.

(Translated by Google) After an accident, I was admitted to the clinic for emergency surgery and couldn't be happier. You have to see how the operation developed, but what I can already say is: great medical staff, even better nursing staff, great rooms, good food, relaxed atmosphere, wishes are taken seriously and taken into account. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the sisters and apologize to the nurse in the emergency room. I was a little excited and had to be very urgent, you can get a little quick, sorry.

Awful emergency room. Repeatedly waiting more than 4-6 hours and had the worst experience with a secretary in the emergency room. Came in with a potential miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy and I asked her if she speaks English and she immediately started raising her voice at me that she doesn’t. My husband then used his phone to translate for me so she could understand what the problem was and she started laughing pointing at my husband saying “are YOU pregnant?” and continued making this joke the entire time we had to deal with her. Absolutely rude, unprofessional and unacceptable behavior when you’re dealing with people in a sensitive medical situation. Also absolutely crazy in a city like Berlin that the emergency room could not find a secretary that speaks English or has any sense of professionalism or empathy. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

(Translated by Google) I had a bicycle accident, so I went there to do a check. I stayed there for 3 hours to get an x-ray first and a plaster second. Although I had more pain on my wrist than on my elbow, the doctor decided to only control my elbow (no sense). After the x-ray, nobody told me what I had and 2 nurses suddenly started using the plaster ... The doctor also told me that I had to do another check there the next day. The day after, the doctor asked me, "Why are you here? You didn't have to come here". I tried again to say that my wrist had something in my opinion. But he sent me home very politely ... Although I've been to this hospital twice, they didn't understand anything. Fortunately, I went to another practice the next day. Assessment: both elbow and wrist broken, and the plaster was of course not right for the hand. (The thumb must also be blocked) I recommend you more professionalism, courtesy and humanity ...

From the immediate attention I received in the emergency room, to the quick tests and their rapid results, the service was nothing short of stellar. A special shoutout for the thoughtful gesture of connecting me with an Israeli student, ensuring I could converse comfortably in Hebrew, even though my English is near native level. The staff's patience and willingness to communicate in English stood out. In Station 1b, every member of the team – from the doctors and nurses to the food server – went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. Their smiles and kindness made a stressful experience significantly more bearable. Thank you, Danke!

We took my son to the emergency room on Tuesday last week. Been there around 5:40 p.m. Very unfriendly when registering. Blood collection, corona test and urine sample went very quickly. After that, nothing happened until shortly before half past midnight. After asking several times, we were then asked to go into a room. My son wanted me to be there as a mother, but there was more discussion about that than about my son's illness. While there were 2-3 accompanying people in other rooms. When he had attacks of impotence, back pain and headaches, he was only given novalminsulvon drops and pantropazohl through the vein, where I still had to explain to the doctor how the access worked. Findings/inflammation of the gastric mucosa and were therefore sent home. My son's condition remains unchanged. In addition, when registering, the lights are turned off at 10 p.m. while a mom rang the bell desperately but no one could be reached. It was only with the help of my sick child that she got into the building.

The anesthetist was also very competent. I was neither sick nor had a headache or the like. after anesthesia. She tried so hard that she even came to the room to check on me. The operation went faster than expected. Everything went as planned. The wound healing went very well. If you try, cool and take care of yourself, everything works wonderfully. Station 1B is just incredible. I have never seen so many smiling faces. The nurses and nurses went out of their way to ask how I was feeling, whether I was in pain, etc. Even a doctor looked after me several times a day. The night nurse is really great. Although she really came every 3 hours, which always woke me up, she meant well and wanted to see if I was fine. The hygiene in the room left a lot to be desired. The cleaning lady was very friendly, but probably not trained. With the rag with which she came from the next room, she wiped the table here too. Then we went to the bathroom with the same rag and on the way back we quickly wiped the doorknob. All with a rag. When I came freshly into the room after the operation, everything was dirty: bathroom, floor full of crumbs, garbage, notes, stains. Bad trash can full, toilet traces etc. The cleaning company had not yet managed to clean the room after the previous patients had moved out. Your mouth will stay open. In the operation area, however, attention was paid to hygiene. In the lock area e.g. be careful not to get anything from the impure area to the clean area. Breakfast and dinner was really bad. Dry, monotonous and loveless. You can choose between different types of breakfast, but in principle it is always the same. My sports breakfast had brown bread, butter, fatty sausage, and an apple. But honestly, I don't care about the food. Because the most important thing is the medical aspect and it was really first class. I can recommend the clinic with good heart for tumor surgery. Thanks to the great anesthetic team, to the operating doctors and my doctor, without whom I would not have been able to do the operation. Thanks to the nurse who took me from the 1C to the operating room and calmed down a lot. Thanks to the angel of care in ward 1 B. Despite so much stress, you never notice it in this clinic. My endless questions were all answered in detail. Objections were always answered in a friendly manner and a solution was sought. Thank you for everything!

I registered at the maternity clinic. This clinic was my dream clinic and I went for an interview. I was more than happy about that. I said from the start that I wanted a caesarean section, which was also discussed with my gynecologist because I was extremely afraid of a normal birth. I mentioned this during the conversation and was given a cesarean section two days before my due date. I then said that I couldn't do this so quickly before the due date because I was terrified of a normal birth and no one could tell me whether it wouldn't have been too late and I would have had to have a normal birth. Just for your information, you can have a caesarean section a maximum of seven days before the due date and you do this to rule out a normal birth and the onset of labor. I was also made to feel that a cesarean section was not desirable if it was not medically necessary. But I make decisions about my body and have made it clear that I won't let anyone tell me anything about it. Furthermore, their personal opinion has no place in my conversation. I then wrote a complaint by email. And after my complaint, I was called directly by the senior doctor and a new appointment was arranged with me. But I didn't feel comfortable during this appointment either and, above all, I didn't feel comfortable. It is an extraordinary situation in which every expectant mother wants to feel in good hands, especially when it comes to her first child. I also immediately decided on another clinic and that was the best decision of my life.

The best hospital in Berlin for giving birth! The doctors and the nurses and midwife’s are fantastic . I had a c section here 13 years ago and was amazed by the staff , so nice and friendly . Surgery went smoothly and super fast recovery time ! So decided to have my second child here again , 3 weeks ago . Again same experience. The midwives were absolutely amazing , the surgeon made a super job ! My c section scar healed perfectly and very fast ( had other surgeries in other hospitals where this was not the case ). I totally recommend this hospital !! Almost all of them speak English too which is a big bonus ! Thank you DRK for great staff and great birth experience!!!

Five stars for this clinic. I had surgery on my intervertebral disc here. The admission, the operation and the care were all extremely positive. I would particularly like to highlight the anesthesia - I was so scared before the operation and you managed to calm me down. More professionalism is not possible. My thanks also go to the nurses at ward 23 who took great care of me. Even though you are understaffed, you have consistently taken great care of me. The only thing that wasn't very tasty was the food - but that's probably more due to the lack of money/politics/health care system than to the hospital.

(Translated by Google) I had an operation on Monday and was released today. However, the discharge was not discussed. But suddenly a sister came into the room who literally threw me out of bed on the grounds that the bed was needed now. I did not arrange for me to be picked up and had to quickly gather up my things and from all the stress and rush I had severe circulatory problems again and I am shocked about the handling of sick patients who have been weakened by an operation.

Here is Germany, Country of racists! Now I'm in waiting room and thinking is there any hospital without racist stuff!! No, absolutely not! (Translated by Google) There is nothing to complain about. Absolutely competent doctors and nurses treat and care for them here in a quiet, pleasant atmosphere for the patient. All employees - from the senior physicians to the cleaning staff - are highly professional and patient and friendly at all times and fulfill every wish almost self-sacrificingly. The patient rooms are neutral and functional. Sockets, WiFi, TV and everything modern humans need are flawless. I would rate the food with 4/5 points. You will be more than full, only the meat, for example in the salad or in the lunch menu, does not look perfectly fresh. But you will definitely get full and there are also sweets in between. The meal is accompanied by a wide selection of drinks. From branded tea to all sorts of juices to hot chocolate in the morning, there is everything your heart desires. The room is cleaned every day and everything is very hygienic. It's a very pleasant second stay here at the laser station. I can only speak for them because I haven't been to the other stations.

(Translated by Google) I was with the D-doctor (at least I thought) with an overturned foot due to a commuting accident. I had to sit on a treatment couch in the treatment room for 2 hours. I wasn't even set on the couch so that I could lie down. So my cracked foot became more and more painful because I couldn't raise it. My back hurt too. At some point came a very young "doctor"?! Who apparently didn't really feel like it. However, she was able to have the foot x-rayed. In the pictures you could see my heel spur. The diagnosis was classic: sprain. She recommended ibuprofen tablets for the pain, I should put my foot up and cool it. And now the most "caring": She asked me what I do for a living. I am an office clerk. The "doctor" then said that I should just put a chair next to my desk and put my feet up and cool. I thought I did not hear right !!!!!! It works really well in my job, I also work in a ministry, have public access and don't have the space to put it that way! How does this "doctor" imagine it ??? Should I then get the next damage (back) ??? I addressed an AUB for 2 days (today and tomorrow), which was skilfully ignored and simply ignored. When the symptoms get worse. I should introduce myself again. (Definitely not !!!) She also jingled the report of the findings during the conversation. I didn't even get a copy, which can't be either. Finally I have the right to get at least one copy !!! So she actually released me on duty without AUB !!! Apparently she didn't hear anything about respect for older patients. I use public transport for 2 hours per tour every day. Since my foot can really "great relax". With an AUB of 2 days I could have spared my feet at home. Thank you "dear doctor" for your care. In the future I will no longer visit this rescue center or D-doctor. It's a cheek how I was treated there today. This is my opinion. Everyone has to decide for themselves what to do and form their own opinion. Sie entließ mich also tatsächlich dienstfähig ohne AUB !!!

(Translated by Google) I had my wrist operated outpatient in the clinic. I specifically asked for plexus anesthesia, which I was refused. The operation as such went well, unfortunately the ganglion came back after a year (which the doctors can do little for). It was terrible in the room on the ward, where we (three other women and I) had to linger for hours after the operation. The nurses were super unfriendly, only on request were we told where we could make tea or what would happen, the doctors for the discharge papers had to wait for hours and there was not even a prescription for a subsequent physiotherapy! NEVER AGAIN!

(Translated by Google) Instead of the four-day visit to Berlin with a scheduled concert in the Philharmonie, shortly before the 30th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, unfortunately, 11 days of involuntary stay - and thank God - in this clinic - on ward 2A / internal medicine! Now that I've had to laboriously struggle for appointments for the recommended follow-up in my hometown, I'm sure the doctors' meticulous search for the cause was a blessing to me and certainly would not have been applied here. The many studies, most recently in cooperation with the Luther Clinic for MRCP, incl. Transportation with the patient transport, make me even later almost a guilty conscience, which effort I have caused! My heartfelt thanks to the doctors, as well as the entire nursing staff for the loving care. I am particularly reminded of encounters with the chief physician Dr. med. Behrens, who was able to do it in their unequivocally friendly way, that one's heart is still open now !! I had a laparoscopy at DRK Westend clinic. The surgery went smooth, the surgeons and doctors are really good. I liked the anaesthetic department, they made me feel comfortable before the surgery. Post surgery care is good, nurses are very helpful, I was in lots of pain and discomfort after the surgery and needed to call a nurse almost every hour, they were always available and helpful. There were two things I found bad: 1. It looks like the hospital is under staffed for nurses. There was one nurse taking care of 5-6 patients in night shift, it could be a lot for nurse as well as patients for which it is difficult to wait when they are in pain or discomfort. 2. The vegetarian food was bad. It was also very small in quantity. This could be improved: maybe provide more dairy options like yogurt, milk, etc. to patients so that they can regain their stamina after surgery.

How should you evaluate a kh where everyone only goes when they have to and expects help from people who hopefully know what they are doing. But you experience and have to see how it's all about doing something economically and people don't come first. There's something wrong here and I don't see anything wrong. Every person is precious, whether privately or publicly insured, whether old or young. This shouldn't matter to anyone who works in the kh because people themselves are important and should be helped, supported or accompanied. If someone has barely eaten for days and is going to have an operation, everyone knows that there is no power at all and that the body is already struggling to survive, why don't the doctors see that and put older, completely defenseless, exhausted people under anesthesia first thing in the morning and can't do it? To keep the body stable and not contact relatives until hours later. And then you act like oops didn't work. What are we all, people without values and responsibility. Is this how you treat people? Why do you become a doctor? Damn it's not to earn a living at the end of the day, but to help people each for themselves, to heal or maybe just to support them in the last days and weeks and not to decide when it's over, everyone does that themselves!

Maybe because at the time I cut myself I didn't expect the wound to be bleeding non-stop. At least I got a couple of housewife tricks that you can get from the Internet, but that wasn't a reason for an emergency room. Then I called another hospital and was treated more kindly and was able to go straight to the emergency room after my night shift. The doctors seem to have no desire for the job here. (Translated by Google) Inner department: medical treatment and nutritional advice top! Admission dept. House 10 -Top. Top endoscopy! I recommend to the Minister of Health, Mr Spahn, to work as a nursing assistant in 3-shift mode for 1 week, maybe then he will understand that the health system (savings in the care sector) is sick. Warm welcome on ward 2b by the senior nurse, but some nurses seem unsuitable for their profession due to lack of qualifications and frustration. One of the nurses gave off a foul-smelling, pungent odor of sweat that forced me to ventilate my room for half an hour. That doesn't work at all and it is completely unacceptable that a caregiver does not master their own personal hygiene. When I asked to pull the Braunüle, she hardly responded and took action on this. nothing, so I removed the needle myself. Sorry! But these conditions are scary. I was not in need of care, all those who are helpless and need help have my sympathy. It is my wish: to reform the health system from the ground up, away with privatizations and above all. Health care is the care of people and not of IT. So set priorities! Do I leave the documentation on the PC or do I decide promptly to take care of the patients? As a nurse, I tend to choose my actual job - caring for people and, if there is enough time, documenting on the PC. (Original) Innere Abtlg. :Ärztl Behandlung und Ernährungsberatung top! Aufnahmabtlg. Haus 10 -Top. Endoskopie top! Also Prioritäten setzen!

my wife gave birth at DRK last week and our overall experience was beyond amazing, the doctors, the nurses and the supporting staff was so patient, caring and careful, almost everyone spoke English which reflects their foreigner friendly attitude, we were so impressed with the flow of information and handover between nurses, it was absolutely perfect. We were taken care of like our family would, may be better. Thanks to the entire team of DRK westend for making our birth experience and our stay overwhelmingly positive.

The children's first aid station is equipped with a loving, warm team of nurses (male/female). In my experience, the pediatricians and nurses at this hospital are simply the best. Competent, sensitive, act quickly and have often relieved the pain of my little darling. Thanks to this great team at this hospital! Keep it up and don't lose your warmth!

We went to the first aid center with our child on a Sunday evening and surprisingly had a very good experience in this hospital. We didn't have to wait 5 minutes in the waiting room and after that everything went very quickly in the surgery, even though there were 6 other patients in front of us. The treatment of our daughter was very loving and sensitive, we were looked after, an x-ray was taken and we were out of there after about 40 minutes. Our daughter didn't want to leave anymore :-) Many thanks to Dr. Fabian and Johanna :-)

After I fell down a step in the hotel and the next day my ankle was thick and blue, I had to go to the emergency room for better or for worse. I was lucky and there wasn't much going on. Everyone in the emergency room was very nice and helped me quickly. I hate hospitals with a passion, but I had an amazingly good experience here: from reception, triage, x-rays and the young doctor, everyone was very nice. I am very grateful for that.

I called the clinic in the fall to schedule a childbirth appointment. They requested my name, phone number, insurance details, and due date. After assigning a term, they assured me that everything was recorded and bid farewell. My term is in February, and my due date is in March. Recently, I discovered they were supposed to provide a registration number, but it wasn't given. Unable to reach them by phone, I sent an email, and they responded that the clinic is full, and I wasn't registered. When I questioned the conflicting information about my appointment, I received no response. I find this lack of professionalism unacceptable and do not recommend this clinic.

This one star refers directly to the parking situation on the ENTIRE hospital grounds, it is a pure catastrophe, the parking spaces that do exist are related to license plates. As a sick or disabled person, you don't need to travel here by car. How bad it is to plan is reflected in Berlin without any confusion. (No assessment of medical professional competence)

(Translated by Google) I had the pleasure of being a patient in the clinic for some time last year. It is always amazing how big this complex is. If you are there for a longer period of time and stroll around the site every day, you first realize how much effort it must be to manage this property. Unfortunately, you can see that in many places on the site. Many buildings in particular are in poor condition, at least from the outside. Another shortcoming is the intrusive traffic of delivery vehicles, construction vehicles and cars. From my point of view, the latter have nothing to look for on the site, that can certainly be changed or restricted with good will. Another unsightly picture were the many smokers at the entrances to the wards, e.g. the surgery (clinic staff) and what I have often observed, the doctors and nurses with their white shoes and work clothes strolling around outside to smoke and change wards. It was a bizarre and sometimes disgusting sight. No wonder that bacteria, viruses and germs are transferred from station to station in this way. The harshest of all, however, was that patients in open beds were pushed back and forth about 100 meters from the main building to the nuclear medicine. I've seen this several times. This gave me serious doubts as to whether I was actually living in 2020. Now, nice little no-smoking signs on the floor are supposed to prevent people from smoking in front of the entrances. I'm curious. Clinic management, we live in the 21st century and in times of a pandemic, there is no room for such sloppiness. Otherwise, treatment was good!

Everything went great, it was a Saturday morning and I needed to see a general practitioner. Staff was friendly and there was no one in the waiting room, I was let in immediately. Doctor offered to speak in English and did a thorough check up. Professional and friendly behavior.

Ok but lacking in compassion and efficiency. I came in via the ER based on my GP’s advice so I had nothing but the clothes on my back. I’m on HRT and somehow a major hospital in a major city was unable to secure my meds. Predictably, my hormone levels ended up totally out of whack. Most of the nurses and doctors were very good, but one night as I was crying in pain (I was in for severe abdominal pain) made me wait 1.5 hours for pain meds after he said “5 minutes’”

Very pathetic service made me wait 4 hours just to tell me it's late and they can't treat me anymore as it's night.

Unprofessional, no emergency services available, misleading opening timings here on google.

I recently had to visit the emergency room after waking up and feeling very ill. Me being an immigrant, who is still busy learning German, did not keep Dr Kevin Weihs from helping me during my time of need. DRK Kliniken Berlin can count itself extremely lucky to have an exceptional medical practitioner like Dr Weihs within its employ!

I was here for 2 days on ward 23 after an adenotonsillectomy performed by Dr. Stefan Hentschel. The recording process seemed well organized; The anesthetist was great and the operation went smoothly. Everyone on the ward was very friendly and tried to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I would especially like to thank the nice night nurse who always checked on me and offered me ice cream. I couldn't really express myself in the situation because I was in so much pain, but she was incredibly warm, sensitive and empathetic. It's great that there are people in this job who care so much about others. That gave me a very good feeling. Thanks!

It was bad bad. I’ve been there once like a year ago and what did they do? They made me wait for 3 hours and when I actually got in they gave me an over the counter anti-vomit medicine. They left me there laying in an empty room n advised me to throw up if i feel like it???? Like i was throwing up all night that night, i couldn’t even stand and was definitely dehydrated. I told them some medicine has brought me to this state n they straight up would say nah n act like it was no big deal. Worst experience ever n then they let me go just like that. I had to go home n take care of myself using google cuz apparently google is actually a good doctor.
