I wrote to the clinic on WhatsApp from Germany and sent current pictures of my condition. The appointment was then made within 3 days. At the beginning I was worried because of all the information like “the injections hurt like hell” or other things. I cannot confirm this information. The whole process was made very pleasant thanks to the shuttle service. If there's anything you should know, the injections don't hurt because of the anesthesia beforehand. I was implanted with 4200 crafts and the whole thing took 8 hours. (Feels like 5 hours). Cons: 1- The results do not give you natural results when you have degree 5/7 balding or more on Norwood scale, they didn’t discuss the outcomes with me. 2-The hairline is way too high and I wasn’t satisfied with the way my forehead became. 3-The difference in hair density between the 2 procedures is clear and can be seen and now my head has a very strange appearance when you look at it from the top. 4-They took grafts from my beard and chest and those area became mutilated as the harvesting was done in a bad way which made the beard and the chest look weird and this honestly made me feel down and honestly I sometimes regret doing the procedure . 5- Dr Serkan doesn’t have the time to discuss these details with you, he met me for 5 minutes and for 5 more minutes before the procedure and that’s it, I felt like dealing only with the staff which all were good but not enough for me when it comes to aesthetic details. In conclusion if you have a 5,6,7 balding, I would recommend seeking a better clinic otherwise, this is good clinic.

Both colleague are very supportive and fulfilling their duties in most professional ways.

It was definitely the right decision to have a hair transplantation at the doctor Serkan Aygin clinic. One really doesn’t have to worry about anything, everything is planned and timed perfectly from the arrival at the airport to the operation itself and the post operation meeting. I always felt in good hands and everything was perfectly explained to me, several times if necessary. The Surgery Team really gave me the feeling of being save and in professional hands. In case you need a small break to go to the toilet or to drink something just tell them, it’s totally fine. This fact made me more calm and relaxed (despite the anaesthesia which is definitely doing its job). The hotel is good too, the breakfast offers something for everyone which is important especially the day you’re having the operation. The day after the operation you’ll be brought to the clinic again, for having a laser treatment and someone will explain to you how you have to treat your head and hair for the best result. You get the most important things to take care of your head / hair for example a lotion and a shampoo, a hat and an information brochure. One more important thing to add is, that you can be sure to have someone to talk to or to ask questions even when you’re already home again. Bei Ankunft am Flughafen wurde ich von ein Luxus Shuttle mit den sehr freundlichen pünktlichen Fahrer Erkan abgeholt, schon im Shuttle wurde ich verwöhnt mit einer großen Auswahl an Getränken und Snacks. Ich bin an einem Samstag angekommen mein Vorgespräch war am Montag so dass ich paar Tage für mich hatte, um Istanbul zu erkundigen, nur zu empfehlen. Das Hotel liegt gut das Personal freundlich ca.10 min zu Fuß ist man in Tasksim. Das Vorgespräch lief soweit gut ab nur persönlich mit dem Herrn Dr. Serkan Aygin stellte ich mir anders vor Professioneller und vor allem ruhiger. Bei mir ging das Gespräch leider nur ca. 5 min und dementsprechend hatte ich die einen oder anderen offenen Fragen. Zum Glück sind die Dolmetscher und Betreuer-/innen fachlich sehr kompetent und konnten mir so weiterhelfen. Schöne Grüße gehen an Esra und Sümeyye. Ich wurde in der Klink von Dr. Serkan Aygin operiert leider war Dr. Serkan Aygin persönlich nicht vor Ort aber deswegen waren zwei Ärzte da die sehr nett und kompetent waren, die Klinik ist sehr sauber steht’s organisiert und in allen Abläufen perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt. Die Operation lief auch sehr schmerzfrei und gut ab die Ärzte und das Team waren alle sehr nett und vertrauensvoll nach der Op wurde mir eine Mahlzeit gebracht, mir wurden dann Medikamenten gegeben und erklärt wie ich die zu nehmen habe auch wie ich zu schlafen habe wurde mir erklärt. Danach wurde ich ins Hotel gebracht am nächsten Tag wurde dann alles sauber gemacht und die Laser Behandlung durchgeführt, mir würde dann erklärt wie ich mit den Pflege Set für die nächsten Wochen vorgehen soll, alles lief super ab also kein Grund zur Befürchtung. Mit den Corona Test hat auch alles super geklappt ich habe sogar meine Rückreise geändert und müsste von einem anderen Flughafen fliegen selbst das war kein Problem für den Shuttle. Bei der Abreise lief alles pünktlich und präzise ab. Mein Fazit: Mit meinem Ergebnis bis jetzt bin ich sehr zufrieden, bis auf das Kurze Gespräch mit Dr. Serkan Aygin und ein vermisster nach Gespräch, lief alles hervorragend ab, ich bin nun gespannt wie die weitere Begleitung von das Team sein wird und das wichtigste bin ich auf das End Ergebnis gespannt. I can only recommend the clinic. The organization in advance, the process and the operation in Istanbul, as well as the care afterwards, were top notch.

A great team with high-grade professionalism. Ready to help and swift in response. 3400 grafts were initially planned, but after the check-up at the clinic, they raised it to 4200 grafts without any extras. I have yet to judge the results. For now, I can say anyone who intends to have a hair transplantation you can’t do anything wrong with Dr. Serkan Aygin’s Clinic. Last but not least, shout out to the team for their determined assistance.

I thought about the topic of hair transplantation for a long time and then decided to have it with Dr. Serkan Aygin to carry out. Overall, I had a very good experience. I was looked after very well and I was in constant contact with very nice and competent interpreters who were able to answer all my questions and respond to all my wishes. The clinic was very clean and hygienic and the work was carried out very neatly. I am looking forward to my results and would choose this clinic again.

Turkey’s most professional hair transplantation clinic. The personal is very friendly, its well organized, the accommodation is very pleasing and i had overall a very good experience. The only thing i would have wished more is more time with serkan aygin. I feel like his consultation was very short and all the rest was done by his awesome team.
