Life Changing! I had muscle and tissue tension-induced back pains. After 6 weeks of useless physiotherapy I found this practice and I cannot praise it enough! The pain reduced right after the first session, I have only so far had three sessions and the pain is almost gone! on top of that, Jesper is a very nice and sympathetic guy (unlike most therapists and doctors in this town) and the atmosphere of the practice is very calm and relaxing. I went to Jesper Christensen for a bunch of problems I had and it was my first experience with Acupuncture. I found a very patient doctor, competent and available. In few sessions I had great results and I'm more than happy to continue my treatments with him. I went to Jesper again today for treatment. I visited him for the first time in 2018. My body is constantly exposed to a lot of stress, which is why I regularly visit a variety of facilities for various treatments (chiropractor, physiotherapy, sports massage and, if necessary, doctors). This serves as a basis for comparison in my review of Jesper. This is a very competent person who practices his craft (promoting the health of others) with passion. Since he has been working in this field for a long time and has been able to share some of the patients' experiences, you come across empathy and understanding from him. It is noticeable that he takes significantly more time for his patients compared to other people in this professional group. I can therefore recommend Jesper and his practice with a clear conscience.

In 2018, Jesper helped me treat the pain caused by an illness with acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. After just a few sessions I felt better all around without having to resort to conventional painkillers. He also gave me valuable tips on changing my diet and homeopathic medicines. I was in professional dance training schools for 12 years. Acupuncture had been always a great help for any muscle pains and tissue/tender injuries. I was very happy to find this Acupuncture Praxis in Berlin. The therapist I had, Jesper, was very patient and professional. I had some knee pain from over-using, and after the treatment it got a lot better. I highly recommend this Acupuncture Praxis, especially for dancers.

I was visiting Berlin when i started having huge pain in my left feet, a pain that made me couldn't walk. I was very devastated cause it meant my trip was compromised. I taught acupuncture would be a great solution so i called Jesper and he already called me back and i had an appointment the same day. I went to Jesper Christensen / Akupunktur Berlin because my digestion and metabolism was not working very good. I was not digesting food well, which send me to the toilet too often. I have also been overweight since my early twenties, despite several diets and attempts to loose weight. Already after the first two treatments my digestion was changed so that i no longer had uncomfortable toilet visits. My whole digestive system felt a lot healthier. After the third treatment or so, i noticeable started loosing weight as well. I feel less hungry and more energized since my visits to Jesper. I had 8 treatments with him, over the course of 2 months. In that time i lost 9kg, and i have not regained it since. My digestive system is also still happy and well functioning. I am really grateful for the treatment. I can highly recommend him. Ps: He speaks good English, which for me was very helpful, since my German is still not fluent.

I have been seeing Jesper weekly for a couple of months and already feel a huge impact from his treatments. He is such a warm, sympathetic and wise person - no problem seems uncomfortable to talk to him about. He is very thorough and professional in his way of understanding your problems as well as finding solutions and explaining you reasons for what he is doing. He clearly really cares for your well being. After a session with needles in the body i usually feel great. He has been helping me with sleeping problems, stomach problems, weight problems, and even problems with depressive mood. I do not feel I can recommend him enough. :)

I can recommend Jesper in every respect and have already done so several times. He has appointments available promptly, always takes a lot of time and looks at each patient individually. He also knows his craft of acupuncture and herbal therapy and gives lots of other good tips. Great practitioner. I came to Jesper for help with my stomach pains. I had a very uncomfortable pain below my ribs for a few years, and never went away. Doctors were not able to help. After my treatments with Jesper, I am now pain free and have improved many aspects of my digestive system. Jesper is also an attentive person, listens very well and is trustworthy.

Jesper was fantastic. he sat and listened to an extended list of symptoms I was concerned about and was thorough in not only aiding in where he could but some advice on some other things I may want to check in with my GP with. After his treatment, he continued to sit with me well past his closing hours to go over anything I was uncertain about and the entire time made me feel comfortable with his very professional but friendly open-minded approach. speaks great English too, as I speak no German, this is another worry I have going into practices in Germany. One thing I suffered with was terrible blood flow and after one session I already can tell of improvement in this mobility. Highly recommend for acupuncture treatment and service.
