After comparing some wedding ring in some shop in Berlin, I and my partner had decided to order our ring here. They offered me really good design, gold quality, and price for my wedding ring. The staffs are really friendly and gave me so many bonus. After ordering the ring, they gave me and my partner a glass of champagne each to celebrate the ring and a bottle of wine with real gold inside it, so awesome service and place. At least I have really nice wedding ring with really good quality.

I was there for purchasing an enganement ring. Since i had no expirience in jewelery at all, i was amazed by the great consultation. It was perfect that it could be in english, since my german is still not the best. I will defenetly come with my fiance to pick out our wedding bands.

My fiance and I just picked up her engagement ring from 123gold in Berlin. At first I had very little knowledge about diamond rings, so I had a lot of questions, but Sofia did an excellent job and answered everything to a very high standard and I was delighted with the quality of customer service throughout. Despite the Corona restrictions I was very satisfied with how everything went and we will probably return in the future to select our wedding bands.

Today was a very special day for me, as I was looking for an engagement ring. I had an appointment with Miss Sophia. Best decision i have ever made. Since my German is pretty bad, it was amazing to have an english consultation. The atmosphere was very enjoyable, while i had a cappuccino, i explained her my thoughts, ideas and my likes and dislikes. 123 have a large selection of wedding bands as well as engagement rings. We went through all the designs and so on, but what flashed me the most was the professionalism in Diamonds. She explained to me every single Detail about the diamonds, so I had a very good feeling choosing one and most of all knowing what I’m choosing. I found the perfect engagement ring and I am very thankful for the one-of-a-kind service. I can only recommend them and will be back with my fiance (in case if she says YES) for choosing our wedding bands.

Bei uns wurde versucht möglichst schnell zwei Ringe zu verkaufen. Die Beraterin wurde unfreundlich, als wir doch nochmal Bedenkzeit wollten und hat uns nicht einmal verabschiedet, nachdem sie eher widerwillig den Bestellvorgang abgebrochen hat. Die Konfiguration unserer Ringe kam auch nie per Email an. Wir bestellen dann lieber wo anders. Für eine emotionale Wahl von Trauringen wirklich kein gutes Erlebnis.

Ich habe den Anzeige in Internet gesehen, und dachte schön, denn es gibt soviel Ringe anzubieten. Kam ich spontan mit meinem Freund und am Ort wurden von einer netten und freundlichen bedient, es brauchte keine lange Zeit, denn sie hat uns sehr gut und zielgerichteten Wunsch geholfen. Die Lage ist nicht schwer zu finden und die Atmosphäre im Laden war echt angenehm. Ich habe mich nicht bereut dahin zu fahren um unsern Treue Ringe zu kaufen.

hatte vor Jahren durch eine Empfehlung eine Beratung bei Frau Klose. Die Beratung war ausgezeichnet und sehr kompetent. Frau Klose geht auf die Wünsche des Kunden ein und nimmt sich Zeit für die Beratung. Die Konfiguration des Designs macht es zum perfekten, individuellen Schmuck. Seit mehreren Jahren bin ich nach wie vor sehr zufrieden und glücklich mit dem Schmuck. Die Qualität ist ausgezeichnet. Der Schmuck ist wunderschön, langlebig, makelfrei und hat eine perfekte Verarbeitung.

Super Erfahrung gemacht! Wir sind vorbeigekommen und hatten in nicht mal einer Stunde einen tollen Ring ausgesucht, wurden super beraten und der Preis war auch sehr günstig - günstiger als die Preise im Web, die ich so finden konnte. Der Ring war auch innerhalb einer Woche abholbereit, was für uns toll war, da wir etwas im Zeitdruck waren. Kann ich jedem nur empfehlen! Unser Berater war ein Mann, an den Namen kann ich mich leider nicht mehr erinnern.

Wir sind super begeistert von der tollen Beratung vor Ort! Wir sind durch eine Demo ca. 30 min. Zu spät zum Termin gekommen, haben auf dem Weg angerufen und Frau Klose hat uns den Stress genommen und mitgeteilt, dass es gar kein Problem ist und sie sich vor Ort zur Zeit für uns nimmt und uns einen Termin blockt. Ich würde auch jedem Frau Klose empfehlen, da sie uns wirklich sehr gut beraten hat. Ich war so unschlüssig mit meinem Ring, bis sie mir den perfekten Ring gebracht hat und genau den Punkt gefunden hat, weshalb mir der vorherige Ring nicht zu 100% zugesagt hat.

Wollte für mich und meinem Mann die Ringe für den silbernen Hochzeitstag bestellen und durch Internetrecherche auf das Laden gestoßen, weil die Trauringe ziemlich preiswert waren. Ich wurde sehr gut durch sehr nette Mitarbeiterin Frau Tatjana Antonova beraten. Konnte sehr schöne und preislich auch nicht so teuere Ringe aussuchen, die mir und meinem Mann sehr gefallen haben. Ganz tolle Laden. Würde ich ohne Zweifel weiter empfehlen

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und hatten eine gute Beratung. Auch auf unsere Wünsche und Vorstellungen wurde sehr gut eingegangen. Wir wurden nicht zu irgendetwas gedrängt, im Gegenteil, es wurden uns alle Möglichkeiten offen gehalten. Insgesamt eine angenehme Atmosphäre und genügend Ruhe und Zeit, um eine gemeinsame Entscheidung zu treffen!

We had an amazing experience at 123gold Berlin. Many thanks to Sofia Keles for her incredible help and professional advice. She spent almost 3 hours with us and helped a lot finding the right ring. Moreover, she is fluent in English and was able to answer even most detailed questions. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for professional advice.

Celine and Cecilia were extremely welcoming, helpful and patient. Picking our wedding rings here was a wonderful experience.
