Ich hatte mich sehr darauf gefreut. Die Information sollte auch ohne Nachfrage beim Käufer ankommen. Aber die Stornierung erfolgte dann problemlos und die Erstattung per PayPal zeitgleich. Nächstes Mal gehe ich vielleicht lieber im Shop vorbei, als online zu bestellen.

Ich habe am 28.11.2023 Schmuck im Wert von knapp 50 Eur als Weihnachtsgeschenk bestellt und gleich per Vorkasse bezahlt. Am 06.12. habe ich gefragt, wann die Ware bei mir eingehen würde. Ich erhielt prompt eine Nachricht, dass man an Corona erkrankt sei und die Lieferung sich deshalb verzögern würde und dass die Sendung in der selben Woche noch rausgehen würde. Am 22.12. ist immer noch keine Lieferung erfolgt, weshalb ich um Rückerstattung des bereits bezahlten Betrags gebeten habe. Seither herrscht Funkstille. Da hilft wohl nur noch der Rechtsweg... Update: an dem Tag, als ich diese Rezession geschrieben habe, ging das Paket dann doch noch auf die Reise. Man hat mir ein paar kostenlose Stücke als Entschädigung mit dazu gepackt. Ich korrigiere deshalb meine Bewertung. Immer wenn ich Kontakt mit dem Inhaber hatte, dann hat er freundlich reagiert. 5 Sterne kann ich dennoch nicht geben. Aber mit ein paar Optimierungen im Lieferprozess und in der Kommunikation könnte man das Geschäft auch für den Onlinehandel weiter empfehlen.

Ich habe bereits drei mal bei diesem Shop bestellt. Nie hatte ich Probleme. Sogar eine Retour ging ohne Probleme. Die schlechten Bewertungen in den letzten Monaten hatten mich etwas geschockt und ich war zunächst skeptisch, aber ich hab es trotzdem versucht und 3 Tage später war meine Bestellung da. Ich hatte zwar keine Informationen über den Versand bekommen, das hätte besser sein können, aber beim Versand handelte es sich um ein versichertes Paket, also gibt es wirklich so nichts zu beanstanden. Für mich also ein guter Verkäufer.
