    The worst service ever had, my wife bought a watch for our anniversary (3k €) tag Heuer, in summer at the beach the watch had a leakage of " moisture " inside, asked wempe, results: it's not their problem, it's the watch that has the problem, so after 3 months I'm still waiting for my watch or for my money, present ruined, worst luxury shop ever, totally avoid it, if you want to buy something of this kind go to kadewe

Ich dachte, dass er mich vllt doch mit der Reinigung meiner Uhr überraschen wollte. Wir gingen gemeinsam herunter, um die Uhren vom Uhrmacher in Empfang zu nehmen. Dass er meine Yachtmaster nicht gereinigt hat, OK, aber die Seadweller war nicht mehr geputzt. Nach der Anpassung des Armbandes und der Bezahlung der Seadweller haben wir den Wempe Store verlassen. Draußen schaute ich auf meine Rechnung und stellte fest, dass sie falsch ausgestellt war (falscher Name, falsche Anschrift). Also wieder rein in den Store und die Rechnung wurde neu ausgestellt. Unsere Hochzeitsringe werden wir nicht bei Wempe erwerben und basierend auf meinen Erfahrungen, würde ich jedem in meinen Bekanntenkreis und auch hier von der Filiale und dem Service abraten.

Bisher war ich mit der Beratung vor Ort sowie den Serviceleistungen immer außerordentlich zufrieden. In Kaufabsicht einer neuen Uhr, deren Verfügbarkeit, wie ich weiß, mit einer Wartezeit verbunden ist, kontaktierte ich die Filiale noch während der Corona-Schließung entsprechend deren Hinweis auf der Website per Mail – ohne Antwort. Daher nutzte ich zur Kontaktaufnahme das im Onlineshop vorgesehene Kontaktformular. Die Antwort kam schnell: ein Standardtext, der u.a. den Hinweis beinhaltete, dass ich für mein Anliegen persönlich in der Filiale meines Einzugsgebietes erscheinen müsse. Der gesamte Text vermittelte mir den Eindruck, eine Bittstellerin zu sein. Darüber hinaus hätte ich mir insbesondere in Zeiten der immer noch angezeigten Corona-Kontaktbeschränkungen ein kundenfreundlicheres bzw. flexibleres Vorgehen - z.B. in Form eines Rückrufes - gewünscht. Schade, dass mit einer solchen Mail ein vormals vertrauensvolles Kundenverhältnis zerstört wird. Sehr gern ergänze ich heute meine ca. 5 Monate zurückliegende vorstehende Bewertung. Zunächst zum alten Sachverhalt: Nachdem ich dem Kundenservice noch einmal meine Telefonnummer übermittelt hatte, erfolgte umgehend eine telefonische Kontaktaufnahme. In dem sehr freundlichen Gespräch konnte die Mitarbeiterin des Kundenservices den Grund meines Unmutes nachvollziehen und in dem folgenden Filialbesuch wurde mein Anliegen zu meiner Zufriedenheit geregelt. Vor ca. 3 Wochen waren wir mit der Absicht, eine neue Uhr für meinen Mann zu erwerben, erneut in der Filiale am Kurfürstendamm. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und von der Mitarbeiterin mit größtmöglicher Aufmerksamkeit und Kompetenz beraten, so dass mein Mann am Ende dieses Besuches seine Wunschuhr mit nach Hause nehmen konnte. Für uns war dieser Nachmittag ein rundum gelungenes Einkaufserlebnis. Dafür herzlichen Dank und 5 Sterne!

Diesen Juwelier und Uhrmacher kann ich meinen Mitmenschen nur wärmstens empfehlen.Bravo,und weiter so.
