    I actually really liked the blonde, younger one with the glasses so far. During our last visit, all I could remember about her was her unfriendliness, listlessness and her aloof manner. The lady, who is probably only there in the morning because of her role as a mother, knows what service is and is a very pleasant person. We definitely won't be coming there anymore, but are now looking for another store.

    This is a Thomas Sabo outlet shop in an upmarket mall. I found the two sales staff helpful and attentive. Request to look through the look books, especially for the Rebel range, as not all available pieces are displayed in the cases, however the sales staff will fetch the pieces you are interested in from little drawers hidden below the counters. South African?....Note that even with the appalling Rand to Euro rate, it works out much cheaper to buy here than home. So come with a plan, do your research and know which pieces you want to get. You can also get the tax on your purchase back as cash or onto your card, from Blue Global at your country exit airport.

    Incompetent but dressed up!! A black-haired saleswoman approaches you in the West department store. Barely speaking German, not knowing whether the desired bracelets are in stock. You can then browse through the catalog yourself and show the relevant goods. Which, how could it be otherwise, is not in stock. Simply ordering online is less stressful and you don't have to worry about the staff. Maybe I was unlucky and got the wrong lady!

    ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with the service. I bought a pair of sunglasses which were amazing, but the glass came out of the frame (which happens - no problem) so I sent them for repairs to their Berlin shop since it was still within the two-year warranty. It has been ONE YEAR since I sent them for repairs, and I am still waiting. I emailed them countless times. I called them countless times. Then finally sent me the glasses this week - but guess what? DHL tracker tells me it was sent back to the sender. Why? Probably because they did not write the address correctly - which I emailed them in advance. Never in my life I have met a more incompetent bunch of service people. The product is good, but the service is FURCHTBAR! It was the same when I bought the sunglasses. Bad service - unfriendly sales woman. I have never-ever given a bad review on Google to anyone - but after ONE YEAR I just can't take it any more. I will NEVER buy from them again. Plenty of other good brands out there with excellent service. And yet the questions remains. Where are my sunglasses? Update: It has been a few days and did anything change? ABSOLUTELY NOT. The lies of manipulations of this deceitful brand continues. As all the readers can see below, the "THOMAS SABO team" wrote a very "polite" message to show to the world that they "care". I of course wrote to them right-away about this problem. Did I ever hear back from them? NO. Do they answer my phone call at the store when I call to ask where my sunglasses are? NO. Da hieß es, ich kann mir nur innerhalb von 14 Tagen was anderes aussuchen oder ich kann es gar nicht mehr zurückgeben. Im zweiten Geschäft, habe ich dann wenigstens eine Gutscheinkarte bekommen, die mir leider aber auch nichts bringt. Als Begründung wurde mir übrigens bei beiden Shops nur gesagt, „das ist bei Thomas Sabo so“ und „es steht doch auf dem Bon“. Ja, toll wenn ich den Bon in der Hand habe ist es nur leider schon zu spät! Für mich nie wieder etwas von Thomas Sabo! Und ich kann allen nur den Rat geben, grade bei Geschenken, lieben jede andere Schmuckmarke vorzuziehen. Den heutzutage ist es bei anderen Marken kein Problem und grade bei Artikel wie Schmuck, den man ja Häufig nicht für sich, sondern als Geschenk kauft, spart ihr euch den Stress. Oder nicht direkt bei Thomas Sabo kaufen, dann kann man die Sachen auch zurückgeben, wie ich dann erfahren habe. Ich trage jetzt eine toll Plastikkarte mit mir rum im Wert von knapp 100 EUR mit der ich leider nichts anfangen kann, super!

    I’m a fan of the brand. I was excited to visit the store in Berlin. I speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Italian. I d not speak german. The saleswoman was very rude and kept telling me I don’t speak English in german. I asked her to find me someone who spoke 1 of the 5 languages I spoke. She said no. At a store like KaDeWa I would think someone could speak English or Spanish. I was going to drop a couple hundred Euros, but I walked away angry. I have quite a few pieces from the brand, and I’m thinking about returning them all. What a jerk of a saleswoman.. RUDE
