The shop had a lot of choice, good quality items and we enjoyed browsing a lot, however the older femme presenting member of staff at the register was outright rude and made both of us and several other customers feel very uncomfortable. The younger masc member of staff was very supportive, willing to explain, and excited to help out. Despite spending several hundred euros between us and being happy with our purchases, we will not be returning. The person was also annoyed that we didn’t know the exact day of their purchase even though we got it as a present. It created a really unpleasant atmosphere for us. I would honestly suggest to either not sell the vouchers if it’s so difficult for you to handle them or enter a digitalization age and at least get an excel sheet for inventory instead of being rude to your customers for your own lack of management.
