No disregard of the patient. I understand that, during the pandemic, many hospitals have had to make a lot of changes. But if I have an appointment booked for stationary treatment that will last for 3 months, then the least you can do is call the patient first. Leaving a voice message over 4 weeks ago just doesn't cut it. I've cancelled my flat, made certain arrangements at work and personal life to accommodate the long treatment. Only to arrive at the reception with all my bags and to be told that they had closed the ward. I had so much hope for the staff and the treatment there, but I've been left disappointed and kind of disregarded. It seemed to me that none of the doctors or staff even cared about my situation. I was now facing homelessness only because of their carelessness. The receptionist ended up throwing me out of the waiting room because they needed the chair for a patient who had an appointment in the ward. Thank you.

It's not deserved to get an even one star. I went to there today and I waited more than 4hours... Even I explained my symptoms to doctor. She didn't care and want to diagnose it. Just only said no no no. She treated me like a homeless or worse. She kept asking if I can pay my bill. And asked me to pay the bill in front of her for getting prescription. It was really embarrassing. I really don't recommend this hospital to anyone. Their system and service are trash.

My father was in neurology for about 14 days and I really have to say: a very great and nice nursing staff and team of doctors on ward S1 - neurology. I have rarely experienced a lot of understanding and affection for patients and their relatives. Hopefully the rehabilitation in the new hospital 🏥 in Grünheide will be just as good 👍🏻. You can also spend some time unwinding in the small park and canteen on the hospital grounds.

Absolutely never go to this place if you're an Ausländer. I went in a bank holiday because I had suffered an accident and could not walk. I came by Uber and entered jumping in one foot. They made me wait from the time the emergency opened (10 am) to the time it closed (5pm) just to get an x-ray, a bandage, and crunches (because I asked). The entire day I saw new people (German speaking) coming in and getting released from orthopedic emergency. People who could stand on their feet and walk. While I sat for the whole day without food and water on a freaking wheelchair. I never disrespected anyone, and tried my best to communicate with my B1 German. The doctor spoke English BTW. I wished no special treatment or anything, just the same that they gave to everyone else.

This was the worst medical attention have ever seen in Europe. We were a lot of people waiting sitting down on the floor just to make our registration it would've taken hours. There was just one person working in the most slow motion that I have seen in my whole existence on planet earth. Don't lose your time, go to other place.

Terrible experience in the neurology ward. Admitted for a lumbar puncture (painful procedure) following 2+ years migraines. Junior neurologists implied I had self diagnosed my headaches (even though I provided an urgent referral, MRI, Ophthalmologist results) and that my symptoms where physiological - disgusting considering my frail condition, and once the procedure was performed it was evident I'd been suffering from high pressure in my brain for years (IIH). No painkillers/ anaesthetic given and procedure carried out in the ward in my hospital bed (like I'm in a 3rd world country - and I speak from experience as I was born in a 3rd world country!!). In addition to the overall care and procedure, I reacted very badly to the procedure internally and they were very quick to discharge me regardless. I collapsed and fainted on my way out. When I woke the intern asked 'what is wrong with you now, you should be fixed and we'll probably never see you again'. Beyond ridiculous considering my diagnosis!! The nursing staff where incredible, very caring and not sure how I would have coped with the experience without them. The neurologists seriously need to undergo empathy training and I do not recommend this hospital to any Ausländer. My German is at A2 level and there was definite prejudice. Unfortunately I've just been in hospital again and had to undergo the same procedure, however I had a completely different experience at park klinik weißensee - they are wonderful and treated me so well! Did not once feel like a second class citizen as the Jewish Hospital made me feel my entire stay

(Translated by Google) I can not recommend. My friend is there for 3 days. On the first day I was thrilled with the hospital. Not anymore. When he got his antibiotic, the nurse stood in front of me and made several gestures. When I asked her what she wanted she says to me I have nothing to look for on the bed (I was sitting at the foot of the bed). This is unhygienic and he has a wound on his leg. However, we were outside about 1 hour outside. Even she worked without gloves. Neither when clamping the antibotics nor when disconnecting. We do not want to talk about hand disinfection, which she did not even do. (But that's hygienic or what ?!) When it was supper, he was called to the food scales to choose his food. The one sister snaps him why he stands in the way the other was upset on why he needs so long to the food scales. Totally impossible. The doors are closed every time instead of using the latch. When you ring then for hours no one feels. They can not call waiting and just storm in and say mega pissed off: "who has already rung the bell again". If the one says that he was it comes immediately what do you want it again. The men are really nice and obliging. I am self-sufficient and know how stressful it can be. However, I find the behavior that the staff at the day he puts impossible.

Very well organized emergency room with consistently friendly nurses, carers and doctors! You are treated with respect, which unfortunately is not the case everywhere. I've felt very well looked after there with my father three times! Thank you very much 🙏🏻 and again 5 stars, because the fourth time about 2 years later was a very good experience - compliments to this great rescue center!

I can only report positive things. My neurologist sent me here. I was greeted in the emergency room by a very friendly young woman who responded to my complaints in a magical way. Afterwards, within a very short time, a nurse arrived who was just as nice and then an assistant doctor from neurology. I was well examined, I was given various infusions and I was looked after impeccably. Despite the strike and absolute understaffing, everyone there tried to make the best of it. Impressive, so close to the holidays. Thank you for that.

A bit of a mixed bag. You will wait extremely long, and staff look at you as if you're a ghost when you try to ask something, or when you need something. It also feels like no one wants you to be there. You can encounter one or two friendly doctors, but they seem mainly interested in crossing off some tasks, more for themselves than for you. Like simple procedures that are fun for them but don't necessarily help you. A door has greetings in English and Arabic and Turkish and some other languages but not Hebrew. I did not understand this. I am a Japanese man, but my ex wife is Jewish. She did not think that this hospital was very Jewish, or Jewish at all. They served salami for breakfast. If it was pork, it was not Jewish but if it was beef, it was touching cheese and not Jewish either. The general feeling you have as a patient is if you (according to television, I do not intend disrespect to history) are Anne Frank and you arrive at a camp and the guard says to you "hey, what are you doing here!?" Can you imagine? You are in a kind of limbo. I do not wish to give one star because after all some people were kind. But there was fecal matter on a pee bottle that was offered. That is not good.

why do I have to wait minimum 5 hours (who knows how long will it take if I stay) for neurologist.where is the doctor at 24/7 hospital? Other patients with various complaints who came before and after me were already diagnosed. the most glaring is answer on question-how long do I need to wait - " someone has headaches for years-that is a case, so you better sit still with your week complaints, so don't think you have smth serious". I bet the hospital is good for those who has stroke, or you ve been delivered as immobilized.

I went to this hospital with, as I believed, broken foot and asked them to take an x-ray. The "doctor" spent a minute with me, looked at my foot and said that I needed to rest and that they wouldn't take an x-ray because it was apparently nothing serious. His attitude was very unpleasant. Long story short, my foot was indeed broken and it took me a lot of time to get proper help somewhere else afterwards. I'll never go to this hospital again. They know nothing about empathy and simpy aren't willing to help.

As a chronically-ill individual, I've spent a lot of time in Berlin's various hospitals. This was, arguably, the worst. I'm having a hard time choosing a specific example because practically everything was substandard... but I will mention hygiene: it was rundown and dirty. Pro tip: go catholic. The Alexianer's St. Hedwig's in Mitte.

If you don’t speak e perfect german don’t go there. The personal is rude and impatient. They don’t even try to speak in english and I tried to explain everything with my B1 german but they were rude and I felt like they were laughing at me. Racism in the biggest city of Germany with people from all around the world, wow. I felt really bad and embarrassed. Never again.

I recently moved to Berlin and had to find a Multiple Sclerosis clinic since I , unfortunately, suffer from the chronic illness. I was highly recommended the one in the Jewish Hospital, Dr Juliane Klehmet was extremely nice, attentive and understanding during my first consultation with her last week, her and the other professionals I dealt with the day I went there would be enough for me to give 5 stars. The secretary on the other hand is what makes me lower my rate so much, she’s been nothing but condescending and rude due to the fact I don’t speak german yet. if you check the hospital’s website, it has an english flag indicating what, in my eyes, represents the ability of speaking english, so I imagined that I wouldn’t have a problem with that since I haven’t had the time to learn enough of german to deal with such specific matters as health subjects. During my appointment another nurse who didn’t speak english was extremely kind even using the translator to let me know what she wanted to say. I obviously know that no one has the obligation of speaking any other language than their own, but I expected a bit more from such a big and renowned hospital’s secretary, specially when dealing with such vulnerable patients.

Very friendly and tried to explain it as simply as possible. After years of trying to find the reason for the extreme pain, I was taken seriously and the reason was found pretty quickly. An operation is still pending but I'm in good spirits that things will get better. Doctors and nurses mega. Getting appointments with the secretariat is more difficult because it takes forever to reach someone.

(Translated by Google) I can 100% recommend Bethel Hospital. My thanks go in particular to the whole team of nurses (and all the nurses) in Ward 1a, who take care of the patients in an absolutely touching, smiling and loving way. No matter how stressful the day is, you don't notice it. I was terrified of the operation and was accompanied into the operating room by a nurse who calmed me down completely and was always there for me even after the operation. The doctors were all very nice, took a lot of time and explained everything. In particular, sister student (?) Maria, I would like to say - you are a real treasure, carry on as before and follow in the footsteps of your great colleagues! The Bethel Krnakenhaus is small, in a quiet location and offers the patient quiet rooms with a view of the patient garden. Hospital stays are never nice - but you actually feel good here!

I came with a referral from my family doctor. I have pneumonia with suspected pulmonary embolism. A nurse said snidely to me that I didn't look that sick. I find that excessive! Just because I don't cry or scream doesn't mean I'm not sick. I turned around and went to a good hospital. Thanks for nothing.

(Translated by Google) I'm absolutely horrified how I was treated there. I went to the emergency room with acute lumbar spine pain because my orthopedist had already turned me down and all I heard was "Yes Ms. R. Then you have to lose weight" or "You are still young" (22), do you live with it, I do that with my knee pain too ". The only thing that went as an "investigation" is the jerking up of my jumper and a listless rumblings on my back which hurt terribly. He also did not think it necessary to close the door beforehand.

I'm horrified. I had an appointment for a preliminary consultation today. To do this, I drove an extra 500 km each way and had to plan an overnight stay in a hotel in Berlin. I had previously called the clinic several times and described my situation. I was told that it was a good fit and that I had to come to an admission interview. No sooner said than done - booked the train and hotel and went there. And in the first 3 minutes of the doctor's conversation it turns out - all the effort is for nothing - the offer on the website then looks completely different and is not feasible, even though I have asked about this several times before and also over the phone with my doctor. I invested a lot of money and time for this information, which could have been answered honestly over the phone. In addition, the doctor behaved completely immodestly. He neither introduced himself nor looked at me during the conversation. Completely incomprehensible that I reacted very emotionally after all this effort, he treats patients condescendingly. The lady in the first part of the conversation also didn't think it was necessary to introduce herself. My companion also didn't understand the behavior of the people there.

The Jewish Hospital Berlin is undoubtedly a first-class facility that stands out for its excellent medical care, dedicated professional staff and unique approach to treating patients. No matter what area you are in - be it in the emergency room, ward 7, ward 11 or in the psychiatric institute outpatient clinic (PIA) - the entire team of nurses, doctors and other medical professionals demonstrate an impressive level of professionalism, expertise and empathy . Her tireless dedication and commitment to the well-being of her patients is palpable and makes a significant difference in the healing process. Particularly noteworthy is the withdrawal ward of the Jewish Hospital Berlin, which not only offers outstanding medical care, but also follows a holistic approach aimed at supporting and reintegrating patients into society. Working closely with self-help groups is an innovative approach that shows patients that they are not alone and that there is support and help to overcome their addiction. The atmosphere in the Jewish Hospital Berlin is characterized by respect, care and cultural sensitivity. The multicultural environment creates an open and welcoming atmosphere in which patients of all backgrounds and faiths can feel equally comfortable. In summary, I can say that the Jewish Hospital Berlin is an outstanding facility that stands out for its first-class medical care, its dedicated staff and its innovative treatment approaches. I am deeply impressed with my stay and can fully recommend this establishment.

Unfortunately, the hospital looks very run down and it's not really clean either. I was allowed to spend a night in the neurological ward. The nurses there are really very nice and polite. They always tried to help you. The service staff who hand out the food, on the other hand, are very loud with the dishes and if you are not in the room for treatment, you won't get any more food. The doctors all made a very nice impression, but this didn't do me much good after they performed the lumbar puncture 4 times without success. What I really can't understand and find absolutely bold is to do the whole thing in a full 3-bed room. Unfortunately, I had the misfortune to suffer extreme pain and therefore had to scream, but also because of the privacy during a treatment it would have been nice to have done this in a separate room. Unfortunately, despite asking, this was denied.

I can only agree with the bad reviews. My brother-in-law was in neurological ward 7 for 2 days (was unresponsive) and was then transferred to the Charité. We were not informed about this, even though we were authorized to be the contact person. If I hadn't wanted to inquire about his health today, I wouldn't have even known that he had been transferred (and, by the way, had to undergo surgery at the Charité). When we visited my brother-in-law and asked to see a doctor, the nurse replied that he had to see if there was still a doctor there (at 3 p.m.) and that was it; no further feedback. Unfortunately, this is the fifth hospital that my brother-in-law has been admitted to - please never go to this one again.

By far the worst KH I've seen. My mother was there for a week and I never had a doctor's consultation, even though it was specifically told from when to what time one would be seen, no matter what day of the week, I made sure to do so and even left work early and never saw one. The sisters there didn't even know why my mother was there. Storage was carried out once per shift. During the day only trainees can be seen, no sisters. Huge chaos there, I don't recommend anyone to be hospitalized there (I'm a nurse myself)

(Translated by Google) I got a new knee joint a week ago and was very satisfied with all but one exception. I hope that one of the responsible physicians reads this review. It can not be that all the time trying the patient a painless therapy However, it does not take into account the time it takes for the drugs to take effect (60 min - 70 min). So it happened to me several times that after breakfast at around 8:45 am I took my medication and after 10 min. Someone came to me the rail started, which of course caused severe pain. Then I have through some discussions with patients who also got a new knee joint in other hospitals learned that three times an hour a day to put on the rail is completely exaggerated. Was me too My family doctor confirmed, maybe you can to spare the patient this pain times to make sure that everything is better discussed.

(Translated by Google) Knee-TEP in the Rapid Recovery Program 7 months ago: Education, preparation and surgery by OA Höptner very good! Rapid Recovery program questionable. Strong painkillers in high doses to be able to move the freshly operated joint as well as possible. Effects on me: high blood sugar levels (never before) and "marginal" liver values (rehab). There the painkillers were drastically reduced, whereupon the movement of the new joint became worse due to local pain. Now it showed what the new joint "ungedoped" was able, or what not yet. The general condition improved daily, the blood sugar and liver values normalized. Now, after 7 months, everything is almost ok, exercise great, the muscle power is still improved by body weight and own exercises. It just takes time. Conclusion for me: OP in Khs. Bethel (joint replacement) anytime again, Rapid Recovery program never again! Bethel (Gelenkersatz) jederzeit wieder, Rapid Recovery Programm nie wieder!

The emergency is a apocalypse ! I was there 4 Times , never got further treatment but "lost" there a document and also my health insurance card was for sudden lost. (Both was stolen there , inside that emergency....) Mostly eastern german folks , has nothing to do with "jewish" or whatever , just the opposite! Also other unethic treatment , seems hijacked that emergency and lot of the hospital and needs a cleanup. Lot of tattooed people , lot of far right , discrimination seems to make few people there fun. Also i got not the simplest medicine , even i had heaviest pain and diagnosises that described the same.

Dr. Peter Dollinger is the Vascular Surgeon at the Jüdisches Krankenhaus Berlin (formerly at DRK Kliniken Mitte) and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He specializes in Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, and his cutting-edge knowledge, skill, and testing capabilities place him as one of the best in the world. If anyone has a question as to whether this might be the condition they are suffering from, this is the person to see.

My fiancé was scheduled to receive inpatient care at this Jewish hospital for mental health issues but our experience was marred by what clearly appeared to be discrimination based on his clearly Muslim last name. The staff's demeanor and approach noticeably shifted as soon as his name was called out, creating an environment that felt unwelcoming and prejudiced. Moreover, the doctor prescribed him medication without adequately explaining it's purpose leaving my fiance in a state of confusion and distress. Mental health care requires a compassionate and understanding approach, devoid of any bias or prejudice. Unfortunately, our encounter here was riddled with discomfort and an apparent lack of cultural sensitivity. This unsettling encounter has forced us to wait and seek care elsewhere further delaying the care he urgently needs. Never visit this hospital if you're an Ausländer!

A good hospital! I came in with a sore throat and fever, they registered me, took my blood pressure and temperature, and then sent me to the doctor. Everything was done using an electronic coupon, which you immediately take there. I waited a total of no more than 30 minutes for registration and the doctor. Doctor nice, friendly, listened to everything, examined everything, asked health questions, prescribed treatment. Thank you! I recommend it!

I had a hospital admission for my symptoms. This was recommended to me because there are specialists for feet and hands. Unfortunately, I am seen in individual parts and only removing the metal in my hand is scheduled as a quick operation. Unfortunately, this arrangement throws a spanner in the works for me. Is the human being something that exists in individual parts? I am the only one of my people who works and teaches in a special technique. I had to cancel a lot because of the strike. This shows a lot of indifference on the part of doctors.

(Translated by Google) This hospital is a joke! Over 4 hours of waiting on a Thursday noon! I came with acute abdominal pain and cramps (was previously at the family doctor who found very high values) I was given painkillers and that was the only treatment I got in the 4 hour waiting time! I was constantly being sent away on the grounds that “there was too much going on, other patients would be worse”, much too understaffed, but the staff was friendly. A lot has to change here.

Interpersonal relationships are kept at a very high level in this hospital. I was very happy to have had an operation in this hospital. The nurses relieved me of my fear of the operation with loving interaction / conversation. The toilets and the room were very clean. I found the food very tasty. My operation went smoothly, I feel fine, I have no pain. Well, you couldn't expect more. I did receive help here during the weekend but boy, what I had to wait there felt like an eternity. There is also no proper waiting room with seats before reception (where you wait most of the time). There are seats before doctor but you wait there much shorter so it should be other way around.

(Translated by Google) I am sure the doctors in the clinic act to the best of their knowledge and belief. I also know that medicine is a very complex subject and that symptoms can often be interpreted ambiguously. Treatment errors cannot always be avoided, even with the greatest effort. My mother was to be sent to a nursing home from here. But it would be completely out of place there. She doesn't need care, but operations, training and, ideally, a little moral support as the sole help for an independent life.

(Translated by Google) I was pleasantly surprised by the nice, friendly welcome, the positive atmosphere among the sisters and the cleanliness and also the very friendly doctor. I had an appointment for a gastroscopy. Actually I would have given 5 stars if 2 things had not happened. 1. During the preparation I had announced that I would like to ask the doctor a little more beforehand. When the doctor arrived, however, the nurses immediately started propofol. I was able to ask a few more questions, but was actually quickly gone. Here I would have wished that the introduction should be waited until I really asked all the questions. 2. When I woke up I started to cough extremely. It took about 15 minutes for my neck or lungs to calm down again. When I later told my ENT about it, he asked me if I had a soy allergy. Yes, I have them. So I shouldn't have got Propofol at all! I expect a hospital to ask me in detail beforehand about certain allergies. How do I know that there is soy in Propofol? That shouldn't happen to a doctor or nurse. That could have ended differently. For the future: Such things would have to be queried at the time of admission, but at the latest during the preliminary discussion. They are the specialists and not the patients. Therefore unfortunately only 3 stars.

(Translated by Google) Recently, I was diagnosed with a malignant tumor in the bowel area in this carcinoma. Very soon, the inpatient admission was made possible and a surgery appointment agreed. Everything worked smoothly. Likewise, I found it extremely pleasant to receive TV, Wi-Fi (surgical ward only) and a twin room at no extra cost. The surgery was probably not easy, but I can not judge because I slept ;-) and lasted more than 3 hours. In addition to the technical qualities, certainly the extremely human and friendly manners of the doctors and the nursing team, including the partially very young assistants, contributed to a mental and mental strengthening on my part. I am partly responsible for my very fast recovery. Whether chief physician or "shouting" zero arrogance or distraction, but consultation and coordination with the patient. Both senior physicians Hr. Dr. Willecke and Mr. Dr. Whites are in my opinion (experience of mine: more than 15 hospital stays from heart via lungs to thighs) very competent, conscientious and at the same time human remained specialists, who always have "an ear" for the patient. My special thanks go to the senior physician Dr. White. At no time overbearing or impatient, I had full confidence from the beginning. He explained to me about all relevant events, discussed this for and against and ultimately left me the decision. His behavior gave me courage and psychological support. This is likely to be invaluable in cancer. Such doctors are a win for the patients! Exactly one week ago (14.02.2019) I was at this time (12: 30h) under anesthesia. Now I am in a good mood on the laptop without any complaints or pain, only 35 cm from my large intestine I miss, but I like to do without it. Thank you all Bethel Team, I look a little more optimistic about the future.

I asked if it is still possible to do the MRI there and she started to call a woman to translate for me. Even though I mentioned I understand everything that she says and I am just asking another question, she just ignored and treated me like I am below her level. That is extremely unpleasant when you try to speak German and people just treat you like that.

Thank you very much for quick and comprehensive service, as well as kindly speaking English with me. I chose this hospital because it's highly rated for orthopedic trauma and my experience reflected that high rating.

Emergency room is the worst I've ever seen in my entire life, and I've been to many countries. An ambulance took us to this hospital and Emergency room doctors wouldn't talk to ER workers, they just completely ignored them for 45 minutes as my husbands condition progressively got worse, turned out they were just too lazy to bother, wanted to sign off their shift as soon as possible. The lady that registered him didnt even look him in the eye amd was more interested in licking a lollipop (literally) amd chatting with her coworker than then helping a person in dire need of emergency help. I think the staff here should learn the meaning of a word emergency. On top of that we waited around for 3 hours, as his chest pain got worse and worse, as if medical professionals dont have an idea , how dangerous chest pain in men is, and that it can lead to death. All the people working here are rude and dismissive, they treated him like a piece of ****, not a person. This hospital is not worthy carrying the name of a Jewish hospital. It's just a place where you get abused and dismissed. I'm still here with my husband waiting, because all other hospitals in Berlin are overfilled with people, Never visit this hospital

This hospital is a complete disaster, employees are disrespectful. You can tell from the way they talk that they don't like their work. A recommendation from me to the employees of this hospital: if you don't feel like working, then look for a new one. The patients don't have to listen to your insolence. Plus the waiting time is 4 hours despite an appointment....

The Kh is a complete disaster. My 82-year-old neighbor was brought in by ambulance on March 23, 2024 with suspected intestinal bleeding, and the colonoscopy was confirmed on March 26, 2024!!! made. She died on March 27th, 2024, she was lying in the middle of a filthy 3-bed room dying, the mask for ventilation was full of condensation which was already running into her mouth. The very high inflammation levels were not investigated. But first put some strong antibiotic in without knowing exactly what it was for. On the living will is the name of the brother who WAS NOT INFORMED OF THE DEATH BY THE DOCTOR UNTIL TODAY, 1 WEEK LATER!!! The funeral home has not yet been informed by the Kh, even though I pointed out that there is a card from the institute in the wallet and that everything has already been arranged with the funeral. Furthermore, my neighbor was given another €270!!! Stolen from the wallet because the bag was simply left on the dessert table and not locked away even though it was no longer accessible. On the day of her death, when we said goodbye to her a few hours beforehand, I pointed out that the bag was simply in the bedside table, whether they could lock it up and a valuables report was made, where the theft was discovered. Instead of taking it seriously, people made fun of what she had in her handbag and whether every single piece of candy should be written down. Now that you've died, you're sitting on your bag and don't come out, I should call reception, that's where the bag is... if you call there, you'll get an announcement all day long... the employee doesn't want to accept any calls at the moment . This announcement accurately reflects the work ethic of the entire Ward 3. If there really is such a thing as karma then it will hit some of Station 3 very hard, at least I hope so! I will NEVER set foot in this hospital AGAIN and I can from the bottom of my heart advise anyone not to go to this hospital.

What should or can you say as a regular patient about this hospital? I have been receiving treatment there for many years. I have experienced some of the events described here, both positive and negative. What really bothers me are two things: the poor organization of the emergency room, with waiting times from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. There were 3 patients in the waiting room and 5 directly in treatment. And the apparent helplessness of the staff, which finds itself in vague or incorrect diagnoses. And what particularly annoys me is that nothing has changed in my more than 10 years as a patient. I recommended this house for a while but stopped after numerous shitstorms. On the other hand, I always meet employees who really do their best. What can you do? It is very unfortunate that there are no reactions in the reviews here. Not even a “read” or anything. I'm seriously considering to what extent I'll remain "loyal" to this hospital, even if I owe my life to cardiology. I would like to give equal stars for both negative and good things, but there are only 5 and what is also missing is having heard the opinion of Krhs.

neurology In the last few weeks I have had to have various neurological examinations done at the Jewish Hospital; I have never experienced such good treatment. Even the anamnesis interview – the doctor was empathetic, listening, inquiring, understanding. Initial examinations and blood sampling were carried out immediately. Two further appointments were coordinated by the secretary so that there was no large time gap between them. All the staff at blood collection, neurology and radiology were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Even orientation questions in the hallway were not only simply answered, I was even accompanied to the respective rooms. I found the atmosphere in the respective departments to be very collegial and harmonious. The final evaluation meeting with the doctor was very detailed and understandable; he comprehensively addressed all of my questions, fears and uncertainties. I have never felt so accepted in a hospital. Thanks.

JHB was recommended by my Dr. and I was treated with respect, intelligence, kindness and great work. My knee is fixed, I recieved incredible consultation both before and after my OP. Shortly, after I woke up a very kind Dr explained to me some important details on how the OP went and I felt like a VIP from the beginning to the end.Thank you JHB.

I am completely satisfied and glad that this hospital did not turn me away (like several others). I had material removed from my foot today. The practice management is professional: short waiting times even though it is busy and very friendly. Doctors and nurses took loving care of me. I'm very grateful!
