    Definitely not recommend! Today I had a very negative experience with the receptionist Frau G*****n at MEDICOLEO. When I approached her and attempted to communicate in English, she was extremely unpolite and gave off very bad vibes. Unfortunately, she did not understand my situation and instead, told me that there was no one available who could speak English or understand me, and that I should leave immediately. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where communication is so important. As a patient, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of any language barriers that may exist. It's disappointing that the receptionist was unable to provide me with the assistance I needed or to direct me to someone who could. I believe that it's important for MEDICOLEO to provide adequate language support for patients who may not speak the local language fluently. This can include offering translation services or having bilingual staff available to assist with communication. Overall, my experience with the receptionist at MEDICOLEO was extremely disappointing, and I hope that the clinic takes steps to improve its customer service and provide better support for patients who may need language assistance.

    Must change from 4 to 3 stars. Had a bad lab result 6 months ago with another doctor. Should be checked again. But then I suddenly had to pay myself and the answer was "We don't know what they had." I showed the results with the laboratory results! I don't want to be sold on expensive private services. I don't want to have anything randomly tested. --- Luckily I haven't had any problems so far. One MRI and one doctor. The doctor went quickly and everything was fine. However, signage is poor and I had to look for the right entrance the first time. There are a lot of doctors and I can imagine that there will be chaos when it's full. There are already 4 people sitting at the reception.

    I had an appointment for an MRT on 7th of December at 17:00 . The appointment was through Doctolib and just in an hour I've found a free place in this medical center. Unfortunately the secretary at first floor was so rude, and she tried to increase tension with her aggressive behavior. She told me that I've selected a wrong MRT Type, so they can not do it at that moment. Than she called the doctor and the doctor allowed me to have an MRT. But even with permission of the doctor, the secretary continued to argue with me. She was rude and angry.

    Ich habe hier die „schlechtesten MRT Bilder Berlins bekommen“ laut meiner Hausärztin. Das selbe sagten mir die zwei Orthopäden bei denen ich im Anschluss war. Danke dafür! Jetzt weiß ich warum es hier so schnell Termine gibt, der laden ist unter Ärzten bekannt dafür das die Bilder sehr schlecht sind. Die Abstände zwischen den Bildern sind zu groß, was eine beurteilung schwer macht. PS: Falls das das Ärzte Team oder ein zuständiger liest, gerne rege ich mich nochmals Telefonisch drüber auf, ach ja die Krankenkasse werde ich noch informieren. Beste Grüße Edit 12.03.2021 9:30: Laut meiner Orthopäden ist leider auch der Befund sehr mangelhaft , das Gelenk und die Sehnen wurden kaum um schrieben und eine Hautfalte im Gelenk wurde erst garnicht entdeckt. Ich Ärger mich sehr bei Ihnen gewesen zu sein und frage mich ob sie sich Ihrer mangelhaften Arbeit bewusst sind und sich in Zukuft evtl. bessern.

    Unfortunately, despite preliminary telephone clarification, on-site inquiries and referral from the specialist, I received the wrong MRI. It even turned out that the suitable coil wasn't even available. Very unprofessional, as incorrect agreements and incorrect treatment were made despite multiple consultations. A completely avoidable mistake. From my point of view, there was no cooperation or apology whatsoever, but rather a very unfriendly conversation, despite clear mishandling on the part of the practice.

    Some nurses are very nice, especially the one that take your blood. Several points why I rated 1 star: -Their system is very unorganized -The way the receptionists treat patient is unprofessional and very low standard I supposed to have an appointment for radiologie; so I came to the EG (as it is written on the Announcement Board) After waiting for some time, the reception at the EG told me to go to 1G and told me that “I’m late”. (note: came on time before the time of my appointment; the waiting time took a while) Confused with the disorganized reception and coordination of the staff, I came to 1G. After showing the paper of my appointment to the desk staff, her supervisor saying some words and started to scream at me, because I was trying to understand what she said, and asked her to repeat? because my German is not good. But she just kept on screaming. I asked them not to treat patient by screaming and yelling like that. Then, her colleague asked me to wait in English. After another wait, the doctor suddenly said they don’t have time even though my appointment paper is clearly said the time. My time was wasted and I had to do another appointment. Also, I have never treated that bad in a clinic before. If you have options to go to different place you’d better. This clinic needs improvement: -a training for their desk receptionists on how to treat patient professionally more importantly like humans. -doctor cannot cancel an appointment of patient because of their unorganized system; it’s not the patients fault!

    MRT was OK, fast & professsional. Everytjing else about this place is a real disaster, avoid at all costs, would not recommend it to anyone. (Unless you really love queuing and truly unpleasant interactions with service staff.) I arrived 5 minutes before my first appointment. Went up to the first floor reception (orthopedie). Queued for 10 minutes just to be told that I had to register downstairs at the main entrance. Went back down and queued at the main entrance for another 15 minutes, there were people queueing alll the way outside the buidling. When it was my turn at the counter, I was told that because I was late for my appointment (!!!!!), I would have to wait a while for the doctor to see me. I was given a bunch of forms to fill out and told to wait on the first floor in the blue waiting area. The blue waiting area is next to the 1st floor reception, every 5 minutes the receptionist would shout to the queue (a steady 10 or so people) "if you have an appointment you have to register downstairs first!". I arrived at 10:00, my appointment was at 10:05, I saw the doctor at 11:15. The appointment with the doctor lasted 5 minutes and was very rushed but professional and effective. Then I queued for another 25! minutes at the reception to find out when my next appointment would be. I walked out of the building at 12. This place is a nightmare. 2nd encounter: I tried to call them to cancel a follow up appointment to get the MRT results and got thrown out of the queue after 15 minutes every time (4 x). I got through to them the next morning and was told that I should have sent them an email instead. These people just really suck at being a medical center.

    But Dr. Andreas Schief is just doing his job business without checking me properly. He prescribed me a tablet that supposedly I have to take forever until the end of my life, so to speak, and after a week I thought I was going to die, I had to Immediately stop taking these tablets without consultation, they destroyed my liver, then I chose a completely different doctor and he forbade me to take these tablets, under no circumstances and we found out that I don't have gout at all. But the values ​​were in a completely normal form, like every second person in the world, and I also had to do an MRI at Medico, it cost €50, but they only wanted cash, no card payment, I had a card with me but I have cash I only gave 25€ and I should give the rest next time, I've never been there again and today I got 4 reminders for 48€ instead of 25€, no matter but it says, you have to transfer the money for my medical services (brooo what achievements, be glad that I didn't want to come to you anymore after your bad therapy that you prescribed for me.     If you've ever wanted to know what it feels like to be treated like a piece of cattle or a Russian prisoner, then Medico Leopoldplatz is the perfect place. As a patient, you're used to being spoken to like a moronic toddler, but the MRI team here is particularly unfriendly, bad-tempered and bossy. Words like hello, thank you and please do not exist in the employees' vocabulary. However, I would like to specifically praise the young man at reception for his friendliness. Otherwise: a hotbed of bad mood and rudeness. Couldn't there be another way? It would be better for everyone involved.

    Good clinic, but they do not speak English, so it is extremely difficult to attend. The doctors do speak English, but when you try to communicate with the secretaries to ask for prescriptions or bills it is extremely difficult, EXCEPT for the radiology secretary, a young woman who does have a good command of the language (well above average in Germany) and can answer all your questions with a very good disposition. My treatment would not have been possible without her, I thank and congratulate "Gürdük" from radiology, who really helped me and guided me throughout my treatment with patience and dedication.

    I have to say I'm really disappointed! I came here almost 3 months ago because of severe neck pain. Not only did I wait over 45 minutes in the waiting area for an appointment (!), but I also waited half an hour in the doctor's room afterwards. While I was waiting, all I heard was the doctor taking a coffee break. Excellent! When I asked how that could be, I was told by both the assistant and the doctor himself that he wanted it that way and that's why it was like that. Outrageous! I was prescribed an MRI, x-ray and physio (around €130 in total) to tell me everything was fine. I was then allowed to pay a lot more money for deposits. End of song: only the syringes and the friendly people at reception were good!

    I contacted them to get my Covid-19 vaccination. They were super transparent on their website regarding availability of vaccine doses and how many were still available to ve booked throughout the day. Due to the high call volume, it did take a while to reach them but once the call was connected, the lady was super helpful and patiently helped out with an appointment for me as well as my wife. When we were there for the appointment, they had clearly marked the registration desk, the waiting areas and a special second appointment desk. This made the whole process a breeze with no long waiting times. Highly recommended place!

    Unfortunately the terrible ratings of this place don’t stop people (including me) from going here. I’ll try to explain why you should try and avoid going anyway. I know it might seem interesting to go here for a quick MRI scan, cause you need it fast, you don’t even have to see a doctor here. This was my exact thought too. In my example it was indeed quick, but when I finally had my appointment at the hospital later that month to review my scan with the doctor, we found out they burned the wrong scans of a completely different client on my disc, resulting in me having to make a new appointment both here and at the hospital and being on the waiting list for another month. There was no way of preventing this since Medico Leopoldplatz doesn’t allow you to look at your scans and a homecomputer doesn’t have the software to read the disk. Really unprofessional and a big privacy breach for both me and the rest of their clients.

    This is the worst experience I have ever had with a Doctor in my life. Only focused on getting me in and out without listening to me properly and prescribed some unnecessary bandages (obviously trying to maximize insurance money). Don’t go to this place, you will regret it.

    I always come here for MRIs. You can get an appointment online very soon and the MRI staff is very nice. Waiting times are ok too. However, you need a doctor who can interpret the MRI themselves because in my reports from medico they always said everything was fine although it just isn't ':D so better be aware that the diagnosis might not be perfect.

    You should know what to expect. If you go for an X-ray like I did, you won't have any contact with a doctor. You receive X-ray images on a CD (so you can't look at them unless you have a very old computer) and the results are sent to the referring doctor (who referred me because he himself is not a specialist). I was expecting someone to tell me straight away what was going on or to send me the findings and the X-ray images directly and in a format (e-mail, download...) that didn't require any special equipment. Update: Just downgraded from 2 to 1 star. It takes 1 week for the results to reach the next doctor. So if you have acute pain, wait another week until you get a chance for an answer. If I had known that, I would never have gone there.

    Once you've found the end of the queue, it only takes about 20 minutes until you see the reception. The ladies there try to maintain a friendly tone. Once you have overcome this hurdle, you can wait again in areas assigned by color. Surprisingly, it didn't take long; the doctor was friendly and approachable, as was the receptionist, who was more than committed and helpful. In good spirits, I went to the end of the queue again to get the necessary paperwork and an appointment for an X-ray. With the X-ray results, I should go to a doctor for further care - that was the agreement with the doctor.     Was very difficult to get an appointment for vaccination, but with patience and a bit of luck managed to get in line with the call center. Very friendly personnel at Call Center, answered many questions we had.     Ten times more complicated then any regular Doctor visit. Never stood in line at a Doctor visit as much as there. Here one line of many. Btw. the doctor I was visiting (Bräuer) was really great. So can at least recommend him. Just very sad that he does not have his own place.

    I have a severe pain in my neck, and saw in Google that the clinic would be opened today (Saturday). When I was there, the recepcionist told me that no doctor was available and could book an appointment for the next Monday. My pain is not so severe to go to the hospital, so I expected that I could visit the clinic at least for some pain killers. But what is the point if the clinic is opened on Saturday but no doctor is available? I recommend that the working hours are updated to not cause confusion to other people.

    Terrible place. They didn't uphold my appointment on two separate occasions - because of a mistake or negligence of the front desk staff. No apologies were offered for their mistake and my wasted time. They were also very rude and not helpful. Do not go there if you have any other options.

    Appointment booked via doctolib. Saturday evening at 8:00 p.m. get confirmation. At 9:26 p.m. an email came that the appointment could not be confirmed (despite prior confirmation!).     I've been to Medicoleo twice, first time to do an MRI, and the second to see an orthopedist, Dr Folts. The staff was super friendly in both cases, and patient with my not-too-fluent German :) I can recommend Dr Folts, he was concrete and professional. Unfortunately, my other doctor told me the quality of the MRI wasn't best, the picture was blurry, and that's apparently not the first time he's seen it... Hence the 3/5 stars. Huge plus for a quick Termin tho, I got the MRI on the next day already.

    I wouldnt give even 1 star. Doctor ask me to get roentgen and i come to there 2 times and i have been refused two times because of something missing in the transfer paper :))) I am in pain for 2 weeks I dont know what should happen to accept me, may be When i die they can accept me their morgue. They are finding excuses not to help and definitely they are not supportive. I will never never never never never come there

All the information regarding the vaccination process is provided in their website, very organized. I really appreciate the effort and commitment of all in providing such an amazing service.

    I got vaccinated here and everything was so well organised, I didn't have to wait a single minute! I called and spoke to the receptionists a couple of times leading up to the vaccination, and even though they must have been really stressed by everyone calling they were very friendly and patient.

    Very easy experience. It was a bit crowded but the ladies at the reception were very helpful. Dr Ahmed Farag (Orthopedie) is very professional, the examination was rather quick and he referred me to get some other tests which the ladies outside scheduled to my satisfaction. I also lost my balance on the way out and they took me back in and did some.light tests and observed me till I regained my consiousness, asked if I needed to see another doctor and I was like no thanks I am fine just a wimp😅 I noticed a lot of compaints about queues at reception but I think they handle it quite well considering all the people who come in. I would recommend it because bith Dr and staff were really great.

There can't be so many emergencies that the waiting time is pushed back so much, it's not a hospital after all 😂 And I was far from the only one who had to wait that long, because there were people waiting with me who had already were there before me. They're probably still sitting there waiting...the main thing is that the money flows...Just embarrassing for such a big practice

    Waited an hour despite an appointment. The MRI was stopped after 5 minutes. I would have moved. If it had been true (it wasn't, I had repeated successful MRIs), a repeat would have been fair. Instead it was said that a woman would be waiting "naked". How can that be if an examination lasts 15 minutes and you stop after 5 minutes? After 3 weeks of waiting for an appointment and an hour waiting time on site? With shoulder pain... Sorry, but that was just dishonest and disrespectful. And what was the real reason for the demolition...? Never again!

    I had an appointment today, and Herr Folts was really not paying attention to me at all and at the end he just made me do some 3D xrays for a minor complaint that I had and said I need to pay for that since my insurance doesn't cover it. I made an appointment with Herr Folts through Doctolib app however I was mostly checked by his Assistant(or nurse) which was paying more attention to me than him. She asked me all the questions while Herr Folts was in the other room actually checking another patient at the same time as me. At the end he came in and asked me to talk again about my complaints and I started talking he did a minor check and said that I need to do some x rays of my hips one of which I need to pay extra for. This experience made me feel like I am just a object which brings money to this clinic directly. I had to take my time from work to this appointment, and yet I was being ignored by the doctor regarding my neck-pain. Additionally my visit was obviously pajd by my insurance so I am paying the doctor to examine and listen to me. This was simply easy money for him. Later that day I called the clinic and cancelled my appointment for the x rays, because I am not giving a single cent more to this clinic. I honestly wish I had checked the reviews here before as I see that overall this clinic has bad reviews.

    I was supposed to discuss the lab results with the doctor on Friday and had an appointment at 8. I got there and was told there was no appointment. I asked if the results weren't there and the receptionist just brushed me off and didn't want to help me at all. After a discussion, I was allowed to come back at 11:20 only to find out that the results really weren't there. The woman at reception could have simply told me in the morning! However, the doctor is nice, so 2 stars

    I came for an MRI of the meniscus in my knee. I quickly got an appointment and didn't have to wait for long. Unfortunately, the pictures of my knee were too blurry to be used by my orthopedic...it baffled me that something like this can even happen. You had one job!

    My MRI was on time, staff pleasant enough. Quick in and out. No unpleasant surprises. Practice looks clean and modern. Very conveniently located (just opposite the station). Would recommend it.

    I have to echo some of the reviews here, I had a lumbar spine MRI and am struggling with claustrophobia. I was lucky enough to meet Ms. Romo, who greeted me with a smile and encouraged me. So I immediately felt comfortable and in good hands. I wish everyone such a nice employee. Definitely 5 stars from me.
