I
have
enjoyed
shopping
at
the
feed
store
for
years
and
have
left
a
lot
of
money
there
for
my
dogs.
I
recently
bought
supplies
for
my
“new”
dog
at
the
feed
store
for
over
200
euros.
Unfortunately,
shortly
after
purchasing
it,
it
turned
out
that
the
leash
(22.99
euros)
was
too
heavy
for
the
dog,
the
light-up
collar
(around
10
euros)
was
a
bit
too
wide
and
the
scissors,
which
cost
around
8
or
9
euros,
were
unsuitable
(they
don't
cut
dog
hair
and
nothing
else,
as
it
is
completely
blunt).
I
had
already
removed
the
labels,
but
the
items
were
in
new
condition
because,
as
I
said,
I
had
only
used
them
once.
So
I
wanted
to
return
the
items,
I
still
had
the
receipt.
I
first
spoke
to
a
friendly
employee,
who
then
asked
the
(presumably)
senior
employee
(or
store
manager)
if
I
could
return
the
items.
She
explained
to
me
extremely
succinctly
and
loudly
in
front
of
the
other
customers
that
they
wouldn't
take
anything
back
because
the
labels
were
no
longer
on
it.
When
I
asked
why
this
wasn't
possible,
since
I
still
had
the
receipt
and
was
a
very
good
customer
of
the
feed
store,
the
lady
cheekily
told
me
that
I
could
donate
the
items
to
the
animal
board,
but
I
wouldn't
get
my
money
back.
After
all,
these
items
cannot
be
resold.
While
this
somehow
makes
sense
to
me,
the
feed
house
should
consider
its
customer
friendliness
and
tone
of
voice.
Question
customers.
The
employee
who
spoke
to
me
first
apologized
quietly
several
times
and
I
assured
her
it
wasn't
her
fault
because
I
felt
sorry
for
her.
In
any
case,
the
branch
manager
or
senior
manager
there
is
hard
to
beat
when
it
comes
to
rudeness
and
should
be
replaced
urgently.
In
any
case,
I
will
no
longer
buy
my
dog
food
and
all
the
utensils
for
my
dogs
at
the
feed
store,
but
elsewhere.
