Bought
two
young
turtles
(Chinese
three-keeled)
at
the
beginning
of
January
2021.
Unfortunately,
I
had
to
let
one
of
them
move
to
rainbow
land,
because
she
was
too
seriously
ill.
Evidently,
on
the
basis
of
the
photos
taken
from
the
day
of
purchase
(for
US,
unfortunately
not
visible
to
laypeople
ON
THE
DAY
OF
PURCHASE!)
The
little
turtle
already
showed
this
clinical
picture
at
the
time
of
purchase!
Now
we
are
back
in
the
shop
today,
"only"
wanted
to
inform
the
employees
about
it,
because
you
don't
know
where
they
got
the
animals
from,
so
that
the
next
offer,
possibly
from
a
breeder
/
private
dealer,
before
the
sale
or
even
when
shopping,
pay
attention
to
it.
Mind
you,
we
ONLY
wanted
to
let
the
staff
know!
As
a
result,
we
were
kindly
referred
to
the
"apparent"
head
of
department
(older
man)
of
the
aquarium
/
terrarium
department.
We
then
approached
him,
presented
the
problem
to
him,
or
my
partner
(male)
still
described
the
situation
to
him
in
a
friendly
and
calm
manner.
The
"nice"
elderly
gentleman
pointed
out
to
us
that
this
could
possibly
have
been
a
bad
attitude
on
our
part.
When
I
(female),
who
was
standing
by,
wanted
to
explain
to
him
in
a
friendly
manner
that
we
had
set
up
everything
necessary,
he
brazenly
interrupted
me,
did
not
turn
to
me
and
continued
his
flimsy
explanations
in
conversation
with
my
partner.
He
further
explained
that
the
animals
are
examined
by
their
own
vet
and
that,
according
to
the
contract,
you
have
up
to
two
weeks
to
see
the
sick
animal
again.
to
speak
about
the
sick
animal!
As
I
said,
we
just
wanted
to
inform!
Had
no
financial
or
similar
interest.
In
any
case,
it
occurred
to
me
while
the
"nice"
gentleman
continued
to
text
my
partner
that
we
still
have
the
pictures
from
the
day
of
the
purchase.
I
still
wanted
to
tell
him
that
in
a
friendly
way
...
with
the
result
that
HE
still
reacted
with
total
ignorance
and
didn't
even
look
at
me!
He
continued
his
conversation
with
my
partner!
We
had
actually
had
a
good
impression
of
the
shop
so
far,
but
you
don't
have
to
be
treated
like
that
...
It's
sad
enough
about
the
cute
animal,
but
"he"
didn't
give
the
impression
that
he
was
interested
in
the
information
would
have
had,
nor
is
he
respectful
of
the
customer
(here
specifically:
"the
customer").
I
would
say
that
the
store
or
the
aquarium
/
terrarium
department
there!
Saw
us
for
the
last
time
...
It's
a
shame!
Then
maybe
again
Fressnapf
or
Futterhaus!
...
In
all
previous
"other"
shops,
including
the
not
so
big
ones,
the
staff
is
far
friendlier!
Something
so
unfriendly
/
ignorant
/
disrespectful
...
I
have
NEVER
experienced
it
before!
Hopefully
this
person
will
NEVER
become
the
figurehead
of
this
store
...
(Original)
Anfang
Januar
2021
zwei
junge
Wasserschildkröten
(chinesische
Dreikiel.)
gekauft.
Mussten
leider
mittlerweile
eine
davon
jetzt
ins
Regenbogenland
ziehen
lassen,
da
sie
zu
schwer
erkrankt
war.
Nachweislich,
anhand
der
gefertigten
Fotos
vom
Kauftag
(für
UNS,
leider
als
Laien
NICHT
AM
KAUFTAG
ersichtlich
gewesen!)
wies
die
kleine
Schildkröte
dieses
Krankheitsbild
bereits
beim
Kauf
auf!
Nun
sind
wir
heute
wieder
in
den
Laden,
wollten
die
Angestellten
dort
"
nur"
darüber
informieren,
da
man
ja
nicht
weiß,
woher
sie
die
Tiere
hatten,
damit
sie
beim
nächsten
Angebot,
evtl.von
einem
Züchter/
priv.Händler,
vor
dem
Verkauf
oder
schon
beim
Einkauf,
darauf
achten.
Wohlgemerkt
,
wir
wollten
die
Angestellten
NUR
darüber
informieren!
Im
Ergebnis
wurden
wir
freundlich
an
den
"
scheinbaren"
Abteilungsleiter
(älterer
Herr)
der
Aquaristik-/Terrarienabteilung
verwiesen.
Wir
sind
dann
auch
an
ihn
herangetreten,
haben
ihm
die
Problematik
vorgetragen,
bzw.mein
Partner
(männl.)
hat
ihm
die
Situation
immernoch
freundlich
und
ruhig
geschildert.
Der
"nette"
ältere
Herr,
wies
uns
darauf
hin,
dass
das
wohl
möglicherweise
ein
Haltungsfehler
unsererseits
gewesen
sein
könnte.
Als
ICH
(weiblich),
die
dabei
stand,
ihm
freundlich
erklären
wollte,
dass
wir
alles
notwendige
eingerichtet
hätten,
fiel
er
mir
dreister
Weise
ins
Wort,
wandte
sich
mir
nicht
zu
und
setzte
seine
fadenscheinigen
Begründungen
im
Gespräch
mit
meinem
Partner
fort.
Er
erklärte
weiter,
dass
die
Tiere
von
einem
eigenen
Tierarzt
untersucht
werden
und
dass
man
ja
lt.Vertrag
bis
zu
zwei
Wochen
Zeit
hätte,
nochmal
mit
dem
kranken
Tier/bzw.
wegen
des
kranken
Tieres
vor
zu
sprechen!
Wie
gesagt,
wir
wollten
lediglich
informieren!
Hatten
kein
finanzielles
oder
ähnlich
geartetes
Interesse.
Jedenfalls
fiel
mir
dann,
während
der
"nette"
Herr
meinen
Partner
weiter
zugetextet
hat
ein,
dass
wir
ja
noch
die
Bilder
vom
Kauftag
haben.
Das
wollte
ich
ihm
immernoch
freundlich
zutragen...
mit
dem
Ergebnis,
dass
ER
noch
immer
mit
totaler
Ignoranz
reagierte
und
mich
keines
Blickes
würdigte!
Er
führte
sein
Gespräch
mit
meinem
Partner
fort!
Eigentlich
hatten
wir
bisher
einen
guten
Eindruck
von
dem
Laden
gehabt,
aber
man
muss
sich
so
nicht
behandeln
lassen...
Es
ist
schon
traurig
genug
um
das
süße
Tier,
aber
"er"
vermittelte
nicht
den
Eindruck,
als
ob
er
ein
Interesse
an
der
Information
gehabt
hätte,
noch
ist
er
respektvoll
dem
Kunden
(hier
speziell:
"der
KundIN")
gegenüber
getreten.
Ich
würde
mal
sagen,
der
Laden
bzw.
die
dortige
Auquaristik-/Terraristikabteilung!,
hat
uns
vorerst
das
letzte
Mal
gesehen...Schade
eigentlich!
Dann
doch
lieber
wieder
Fressnapf
oder
Futterhaus!...
In
allen
bisherigen
"anderen"
Läden,
dazu
zählen
auch
die
nicht
ganz
so
großen,
ist
das
Personal
weitaus
freundlicher!!!
So
etwas
Unfreundliches/
Ignorantes/Respektloses...habe
ich
bisher
noch
NIE
erlebt!!!
Hoffentlich
wird
diese
Person
NIE
zum
Aushängeschild
dieses
Ladens...
