The receptionist guy knocked our door in the morning and I didn't have the chance to say anything and he entered anyways to "bring some coffee" while I was getting dressed and he didn't even said sorry, he just starred at me and left the coffee on the table. Also he knocked again the day after at 11:30 PM (at that time it is not normal) and we didn't understand why, because he only spoke german and there was no other staff there.

Rooms are comfortable (nice beds, a kettle, and a fridge), but the neighbourhood's unsafe (I had my laptop, and phone stolen from my room, when I was in the shower, despite locking my door), the service is mediocre (staff only speak German, and Bulgarian, and are occasionally rude, and unhelpful), and cleaning is sporadic. Also had a power outage, today (19/02/2021), with no staff willing to rectify the issue. I thought that this place would good, after a friend recommended it, and initially-positive first impressions, but in hindsight, I should have taken my money elsewhere, whilst looking for a place to stay, after losing my job, in the Corona pandemic.

There were BEDBUGS. Absolutely awful and we've spent a lot of time and money treating our belongings since getting home. Luckily we found them before going to sleep on our first night, but this left us needing somewhere to stay and paying up for a last minute hotel. On top of the bedbugs, the mattresses had black mold and stains, the sheets and room were overall dirty and clearly had not been cleaned any time recently.
