Fazit: ich würde 0 Sterne geben! Es gibt tausend Punkte, die ich hier auflisten könnte, die mich dazu bewegen. Um es kurz zu fassen: geht nicht hierher!! - unverschämt (zu Neupatienten noch nett, aber was ich mir mittlerweile alles anhören muss) - schlechter Qualität -> Brackets fallen regelmäßig ab, OBWOHL ich keine harte Nahrung zu mir genommen habe, von der PZR ganz zu schweigen… 90€ für nichts! Vorher, nachher gleich, bis auf blutendes Zahnfleisch - unflexible Termine: nur in der Schulzeit angeboten und sonst zu viel Zeit dazwischen - keine Festen Kieferorthopäden: hatte bisher 3 verschiedene, welche zT gar nicht persönlich erschienen - teuer!! Preise sind woanders deutlich billiger. Ich zitiere: „Für eine schöne Praxis muss man eben zahlen. 😊“ … Und es geht immer weiter o Wartezeiten sind ok 10-(40min) + man kann seine Zähne dort putzen + moderne Praxis mit (guter?) Ausstattung

Honestly (as I always am in my reviews), I had EXTREMELY high expectations coming to the clinic because of the reviews. As the majority of the reviews here are in English, I expected that people who work there spoke English. 1. First surprise, girls at the Reception barely spoke English (some of them were very welcoming and some spoke in a rude way as if it’s my fault that I don’t speak german. If I spoke german I would be more than happy to communicate in German). However, I still appreciate all their service and assistance. 2. I came to this clinic 3 times for my root canal. First time the dr did not remove the root canal, and said best option would be to keep it and do another procedure with new fillings (which worked Amazingly) I felt zero pain during the process and he was truly the best. He said if we removed the root canal you’ll have to pay 200 euros. (was disappointed when I received the bill later as it was 212 euros euros - even though I was informed that only if I do the surgery I’ll pay 200 euros). But I said it’s okay, the dr did a great job and I’m happy with his work. Unfortunately, weeks later, my root canal was hurting again, and the best option was to finally remove it. I went yesterday (Monday at 6pm) for consultation with a root canal specialist (I had to wait 1 hour for my appointment but its okay, I was patient) the dr was simply amazing and explained to me in details what I needed to do. So today (Tuesday 8:30 am) I did the first session of the surgery. (Which means I still did not receive nor seen the bills that were sent via mail, but I said it’s okay, as I was informed it will be around 200-500 MAX). To my biggest complete shock : the bill was almost 4000 euros for a root canal surgery!!! I understand that ku46 is a high standard clinic, but I come from Dubai and they don’t even charge half this price in the best/ most prestigious/expensive clinics out there. So, if you would like to spend double (or triple) your salary on dental surgeries, this is your place. Yes, the drs and nurses are amazing. They really are! So caring, so professional and very welcoming. But once I’m done with my second session of the root canal surgery, I will not be going there again.

We were in the children's practice. Great on the outside, very modern, everyone was really nice and attuned to children. Everyone feels comfortable at first. 1 star for that. However, we can NOT recommend the practice! The bottom line is that our child was completely overtreated. I find it shameful that such money-making is carried out at the expense of children's teeth - the external aesthetics probably serve as a trust and respect-building measure that works. My child had teeth extracted, crowns put in - and to top it all off, a very expensive temporary denture in a place where the permanent tooth came out just 4 weeks later - which was visible on the x-ray! Not to mention that children's teeth cleaning is also expensive. The situation of fearful and clueless parents was shamelessly exploited. When, after all the torment for months, they tried to talk us into further treatments, we finally became skeptical and decided switch. We can certainly be accused of not questioning things critically enough and gathering further opinions. It won't happen to us again. I can only recommend this to all parents, it costs nothing except time, but it is worth it for a growing child! Our current (really great) dentist said when she first looked at his teeth: “Wow, that was expensive!” That says it all.

They force me to pay for having gone to ask for an estimated budget, they gave me confusing and incomplete information. I signed a paper without knowing what it REALLY was, I can swear that no one explained it to me. I trusted... I went to ask for a estimated budget to get a dental implant and braces . The urgent thing was, naturally, the dental implant but the orthodontic dentist told me that it was better to put on the braces first, since the implant was not going to move . Regarding the dental implant, they gave me the estimate immediately, which seemed expensive to me and I decided to have it done in another place. Regarding the braces, the orthodontic dentist told me that it cost 700 euros, which seemed cheap and consistent with the offers I always see on Facebook. I asked her: -does that cost the total? - yes -can I pay it in installments? in 2 years? -in 3 years if you want - that's fine then I get an estimate not for 700 but for 7000 plus the budget. Obviously I called indignantly and said that it was completely impossible for me to have a treatment in that place and that they must cancel all my appointments. The orthodontic dentist tells me that the 700 was only for the budget, which the first time I visited that place I asked and they told me that it was free. If she told me that i could pay it back in 3 years, she obviously understood that I was asking for the total. What would be the point of paying a budget in 3 years and going into debt for a treatment for the rest of my life without counting the urgent treatments that I also have to pay for? it is pure evil to deceive people like that. A person who works in health should understand that their basis for success is to be a good person and give confidence, not to deceive people. I also had my teeth cleaned there which was fine. What is the point of the clinic wanting to lose patients because they have to pay for poorly delivered budgets? In addition, my children have been to the dentist for different reasons these days and after this, obviously I took them to another place. I can prove, with my account statements, that it is completely impossible for the orthodontist to have informed me that the cost of the treatment is thousands of euros and I have asked for the dental evaluation knowing that. I had no idea, I had no way of knowing and therefore I signed that paper being deceived. it is unacceptable that a health center seeks to collect money from deceived people.

Worst “professional” teeth cleaning of my life. The staff member who treated me was rude, spoke to me as if I were a small child or couldn't understand the language. Her treatment was painful, and even when I raised my hand, she didn't stop. Things that are normally included in a dental cleaning were also not carried out, such as applying a clear liquid to protect the teeth at the end of the treatment or cleaning the spaces between the teeth with dental floss at the beginning. She basically just scrubbed my teeth with a single device. I was already finished after 30 minutes, which at that moment I was just happy that I could leave the practice. The next surprise was the invoice and the services described therein. For example, an increased time expenditure was billed. Even on the website it says that a professional teeth cleaning takes about 1 hour. This is simply incomprehensible. And treatment for an oral mucosal disease that I didn't even know I had was apparently carried out. However, I was not informed about the treatment of this either. When I asked about it over the phone, I was cheekily answered that I would have signed on the first visit anyway that I generally agreed to this high price of €150 and even if the services listed were incorrect, the invoice amount remained the same. The practice never complied with the request to send me this letter, including a written reminder. Even about the services listed, you only said that the person treating you would have carried out these services as they were listed. All in all, I am very dissatisfied with the experience and can really not recommend this practice to anyone for “professional teeth cleaning”. 0/5 stars 👎 If you read the review, I would like you to contact me again in writing. I have now paid the bill with the incorrectly listed services for €149.98 because a reminder has already arrived. However, I am very unhappy with the fact that I am being billed for services that I did not receive and would like to have the matter put right.

WoW finally a dentist has revolutionized the system. There is a fireplace, a cinema for the children, even an ant farm. Finally someone has understood how to turn the negative dental experience into a positive one. Thank you Ms. Grundmann, really a great pediatrician. Our son survived it well.

The personal in the reception called Louis(If I am not wrong with reading it from the name tag) is one of the most unfriendly personal who could welcome or arrange the meetings. He was arranging an appointment for me and asked what kind of treatment I want and when I want it. I stopped a while trying to figure out what that means and asked what the possibilities would be. And he said in a really bad tempered way rollling his eyes that I have to tell him different options. I think this is because of misleading information in between doctor-patient-receptionist info-flow. I was not informed for all the treatments steps I should or have to get by the dentist. And if the dentist did not give me adequate information, the personal in the reception should actually answer patients`questions and inform him/her friendly to fill the gap. I never experienced such an arrogant and haughty way of approaching a patient.

Dr. Dr. Miet and Ms. Mendi are a nice team. Today we had Botox for the first time and are very happy with the selection. The consultation was very satisfactory. Great practice and even greater team!

Zudem musste ich zwischendurch zu einem anderen Notzahnarzt weil, einiges übersehen wurde. Geht gar nicht. Auch fielen zwei mal die provisorischen Füllung sofort nach Behandlung raus :( Die letzte Phase lass ich lieber von normalen Ärzten machen. Die rufen gerade für die Krone über 3000 Euro auf. Ich bin so dumm. Und nur mal so : ich hab kerngesunde Zähne und hatte an einem Zahn eine Zahnwurzelentzündung. Da hilft auch kein putzen und Co

I have completed my treatment with Invisalign aligners and am very satisfied with the very sensitive and detailed advice and treatment. Miss Dr. Piekos always communicated well what the next steps were, what costs I would incur for what decisions and worked with me to adapt the treatment to my lifestyle. The friendly practice team made me feel very comfortable at every appointment.

Very mixed feelings. I have been a patient at Ku64 for over 10 years. I went through everything possible there - 3 jaw surgeries, minor dental repairs, orthodontic treatment with fixed braces. I can definitely say that I have been able to form an opinion over the years. Back then it was really a thing to be treated there. Now they all just seem to me like they are specialists in taking money and not in treating people properly. The operations with Dr. Wegener were really great. The catastrophe began when I decided to get fixed braces. The treatment took significantly longer than discussed and what was promised was not achieved. My tongue is permanently destroyed by an additional device called a pendulum. Never interested anyone. The doctor treating you didn't even have a degree, so he wasn't actually a doctor, right? Mr. Bettac was his name. I just suffered during the treatment and couldn't wait for it to end. Cost: 6,500 euros. At some point I moved to Potsdam, but I don't have a better feeling there either. The doctors are arrogant and simply unfriendly.

Every doctor and assistant I have encountered at Ku64 has been super nice, welcoming, friendly, and professional. However, I must give only 1 star to the reception. The receptionists, in general, have negatively impacted the experience at this otherwise nice clinic. Sie reden ständig von Qualität, sind aber nicht in der Lage einen richtigen Kostenvoranschlag zu schreiben und eine Beratung über die Anastäsiekosten durchzuführen. Hauptsache alles schön unterschreiben. Wie alle schon beschrieben es werden Behandlungen in Rechnung gestellt, die evtl nicht notwendig und bei anderen Praxen Kassenleistungen sind. Wir sollten für einen Eingriff das 4-5 Fache zahlen was wir jetzt letztendlich zahlen müssen. Qualität fängt schon bei der Beratung an und nicht bei den hochwertigen teuren Füllungen die in der Funktion alle gleich sind. Desweiteren haben wir unsere uns zugesprochene Anzahlung nach mehrfachem Erinnern immer noch nicht erhalten. Das ist einfach nur eine Praxis die mit ihrer Einrichtung versucht den Eltern den "Hals abzuschneiden" und dabei vergisst dass nicht alle Menschen im KaDeWe einkaufen können. So wie die Ärztin ja ihre Praxis verglichen hat. Am liebsten gar kein Stern.

I made an appointment for a dental cleaning for my son at 5pm. We arrived 20 minutes early for the appointment. We filled out the necessary forms and started waiting in the waiting room. When it was 6 o'clock, we still had not been processed. Because the people at the reception did not open our registration. We waited in vain for more than 1 hour. The practice is very modern and extremely flexible when it comes to treatment times. A big plus for that. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the prices are far too high. I paid €243 for a teeth cleaning as a private patient. I've never paid so much before. I was told on site that the price would be between €150 and €200. When I asked, I was told that I had received the wrong information because I booked online but that the price was now the same. The quality of the teeth cleaning was average. I will not visit this practice again.

Dr. An is a great dentist, who absolutely knows what he does. The receptionists and everyone else I have met from the doctors’ office is always very friendly and professional. The doctor’s office is top notch in terms of modernity and works with an convenient online appointment app where you get notified once earlier appointments are freed up again due to cancellations by patients. This is not a just a dentist, its a five star fun place for kids that also does all things dental. The service is impeccable, the ambiance thought thru down to the smallest detail and the doctors are brilliant and funny. What a great experience with this Praxis! I was recommended by a friend and I was thoroughly impressed with the process to fix my smile. It took just under a year to create my perfect smile with orthodontic treatment, cleanings, professional whitening and porcelain veneer installation. I feel like a new person, and can say it was well worth the investment. Not to mention how clean, and beautiful it is inside their Ku'damm office.

Best dental practice in the world!

We’ve been there a week ago with my 2 years old daughter and I have to say the place is just amazing! They have a plenty of room for a play and good child entertainments. Besides that Sarah from reception made our wait even more convenient. Really appreciate it! :) Doctor was nice and professional, though I had a feeling she was a bit annoyed with my daughter trying to check everything (hard to keep toddler sit still). Overall the impression is pretty positive, we will be following doctors advice and come back in 3 months for check.

I took my one-year-old daughter to the pediatric dentist to get her used to it from an early age. I am absolutely thrilled with how the practice is equipped, but not only that, but also how the doctor dealt with my child. Especially with small children, it's not easy to look into their mouths. But she was totally sensitive and loving and my daughter worked really well. I can only recommend this practice. Totally lovely people who look after our little ones.

Super fast and efficient

I want to share my BEST implant experience EVER (I had a few bad ones at other places). Dr Jan WAGNER from KU64 could be a magician or something. He ran on me a one-shot broken tooth removal, immediately followed by the implant installation, including a temporary crown. The experience was soooo smooth, then there was very little bleeding for a couple of hours and some minor pain which was perfectly manageable with ibuprofen for a day or so. To be honest, I am completely surprised at how smoothly the whole procedure went. This is what I call remarkable skills. Thank you for a great job Dr Wagner! You are my hero.

I had my first treatment today and was warmly welcomed and encouraged by Michelle and Sarah at reception. I was treated by Dr. Fischer was treated, my concerns were well advised and taken seriously as a fearful patient. I felt very comfortable and can warmly recommend the practice.

The process and information about the appointment and follow-up were all different than KU64 promised. The appointment ended up being a quick investigation instead of addressing the concerns we went to them for. The dentist also took me and my partner together at the same time and completed the appointment in 5-10 minutes in total, instead of the scheduled 30 minutes per person. The dentist said my partner and I had many serious problems, but they would not answer our questions or address our concerns. They said we had to wait for the estimated bill, then we could call to ask questions or negotiate. They said they would send the estimate to me by email that day to make the process faster; however, we had to wait a few weeks to receive the paperwork by post. The bills were over 1000 euro per person (after insurance), and they were extremely complicated to understand. When I called KU64 about the bills, they said they wouldn't help and that I had to accept them for any service. I got a second opinion from another dentist, who said none of the things KU64 noted were true or they were unnecessary. KU64 was a scam and a waste of time.

This is the best dentist that I have visited. They are so attentive and careful to provide the best service possible. The atmosphere is unlike other dentists that I have been to. Very polite and friendly. Would be my choice every time if I have issues with my teeth. Thank you so much for the amazing result!!

Fantastic overall care! Suffice to say they rescued me after days of severe toothache and excruciating pain. Their endodontist department successfully treated a massive, serious infection caused by medical malpractice (in prior dental studios). Therefore I highly recommend it to those having root canal issues: their response is quick and efficient in accommodating emergencies. My experience with prophylaxis has also been excellent.

My son (6 years old) at the end of his appointment with the dentist Mrs. Grondmann, he told me, he had fun and she is a nice doctor and he loves her very much. I give her more than five stars. I had veneers and inlays put in by Dr. Leyh and it was a great experience, friendly, professional and the layered veneers came out really great. The interior design is great, the staff friendly and I had zero waiting time. I would recommend having private or additional insurance as the services are rather expensive, but I felt very well taken care of.

I have to honestly admit, the practice looks very nice, very modern and inviting for children. But I had the feeling that their main concern was profit. They seriously wanted to sell me a children's dental operation for €1200!!!! Luckily I got a second opinion and now I only pay 1/3 of that. When asked whether the practice is a private practice, the answer is no?!? Something is wrong there!

Beste Zahnarztpraxis der Welt 👍 Nach vielen Jahren verschiedener Zahnärzte, schmerzhaften und schlimmen Erfahrungen, daraus resultierender Zahnarztangst, geh ich hier inzwischen gut gelaunt und angstfrei zum Zahnarzt. Ich fühle mich hier sehr gut aufgehoben, alle ausnahmslos von Rezeption bis Chirurgenteam waren bisher sehr freundlich und einfühlsam. Wir waren vorher bei einem anderen Kinderzahnarzt und haben wegen Unzuverlässigkeit seitens der Praxis gewechselt. Ich bin mehr als zufrieden mit dem Team vom KU64. Alles unter einem Dach. Freundlichkeit, Aufklärung, Geduld, Einfühlungsvermögen und Verständnis haben hier Priorität. Ich habe nicht das Gefühl, dass mir kostenpflichtige Extras aufgeschwatzt werden. Diese Praxis und das gesamte Team sind eine Bereicherung. Wenn ich 10 Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich das uneingeschränkte tun.

Everything is extraordinary, just as the motto describes it. You get a coffee at the reception. No long waiting times, you notice right at the entrance that you are really welcome. Very clear recommendation. 5/5 stars :)

Absolutely 1st class, on a 4 day trip from UK and needed filling replacement urgently. I called and got an appointment the next morning. The waiting room is amazing, very relaxing and welcoming. Receptionist was very professional and friendly. As I wasn't sure whether my insurance would cover I offered to pay by credit card, the receptionist saw my E111 card and said it would be covered. My dentist was Dr Alperman and she without doubt is the best dentist I have EVER seen, I am now considering having my check ups here every 6 months and come over especially. In many ways, the work of a critic is easy. We risk very little yet enjoy a position over those who offer up their work and their selves to our judgment. We thrive on negative criticism, which is fun to write and to read. But the bitter truth we critics must face, is that in the grand scheme of things, the average piece of junk is probably more meaningful than our criticism designating it so. But there are times when a critic truly risks something, and that is in the discovery and defense of the new. The world is often unkind to new talent, new patients. The new needs friends. This evening, I experienced something new, an extra-ordinary dental treatment from this singularly unexpected source. To say that both the reception and its doktor have challenged my preconceptions about the ever present Berliner Schnauze is a gross understatement. They have rocked me to my core. In the past, I have made no secret of my disdain for hospitals and clinics. But I realize, only now do I truly understand what they exist to serve. Not every dentist clinic can become a great one, but a great one can come from anywhere. It is difficult to imagine more humble origins than those of the genius now fixing smiles at Ku64, who are, in this critic's opinion, nothing less than the finest in Germany. Thank you Sarah and thank you Lais. I will be returning to Ku64 soon, hungry, and slightly dirty toothed, for more.

Best dentist I have ever visited. I have been a client for several years and even though I don’t live in Berlín anymore I come to have my treatments done in this Praxis. Professional staff from the reception to the doctors. The teeth cleaning is done in a professional, detailed and careful manner. I recommend Frau Stauss which took care of my teeth cleaning and did a fantastic job.

Came in to get an aesthetic service done, and I clearly stated exactly what I wanted on email when I booked. When I get to the doctor's office he says that he doesn't do that service. What a waste of my time as this could have clearly been communicated on email. People have things to do, so don't waste people's time like this. Very unprofessional to let a client come all the way to the practice only to be told no.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Dr. Surian Herrmann and his incredible team. During my recent surgery, they showed exceptional care and professionalism. They answered all my questions and performed the surgery exactly as I requested. I was amazed at their meticulous approach, which resulted in me feeling very little pain after the anesthesia wore off. Most notable is how personable and compassionate the team was. After surgery, I was provided with additional healing supplies. This level of personal attention helped to evoke positive emotions that can contribute to faster healing. I am very grateful for the treatment and can highly recommend Dr. Surian Herrmann and his team from personal experience. They made the whole procedure much more bearable and I look forward to future treatments with them.

Awful service! Had a 8 AM dental hygiene appointment with Malika Marasinghe. Confirmed via Doctolib, called the clinic, got WhatsApp confirmation the night before. Arrived after confirming multiple times, only to be told the doctor was sick, but they didn't inform me. Received a cancellation email when I was already on my way. Asked for another doctor, waited 15 mins, and was told none were available. Terrible experience.

This practice is wonderful. Very friendly, warm and welcoming staff - especially Sarah at the front desk. One of the most pleasant individuals you will come across! As for services, I am also very pleased. I’ve now had a cleaning and bleaching. At every stage the team provide care, attention and information. Highly recommend this practice.

I would like to say I think KU64 is an excellent choice, especially for those who get very anxious about going to the dentist. I have been a patient for about two years and the staff have all been very friendly. I would like to mention two people by the name. The first is Sarah, who works at main reception. On my very first appointment, I told her how nervous I was, and she went out of her way to speak to the staff and help make special arrangements. She stopped in twice during the treatment just to see how I was doing. Best of all, she never once made me feel silly about my fears. The second person I would like to thank is my hygienist, Ms. Naomi Dresler. Today was my first cleaning with her. She was very patient with me. Though what impressed me most was how good a job she did. She went extra slow to help me with my anxiety, instead of rushing through the appointment and giving me a shallow cleaning to finish on time. I felt like she treated my teeth like they were her own. So I hope this review can serve as a small thank you.

I recently had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted in the practice. The explanation and implementation were very competent. A lot of empathy and fun during the operation. I really felt like I was in good hands. The healing process was actually super uncomplicated, there was hardly any swelling, and pain was hardly worth mentioning. Netter und freundlicher Empfang. Atmosphäre im Wartebereich extrem angenehm. So eine sanfte und gründliche professionelle Zahnreinigung hatte ich bisher noch nicht. Mir wurde stets erklärt, was gerade gemacht wurde. Auch was ich selbst tun kann, um die Mundhygiene zu verbessern. Die Praxis ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen

We went to the orthodontist for my 6 year old child & what can I say? From reception to the waiting room, everything was perfect BEFORE the treatment, huge play area, which made waiting very easy. But we were hardly able to use it because we were treated on time and the doctor was just super nice, answered all of my child's curious questions and was extremely patient. We would go there again and again!

Ich war bei Ku64 Beauty, um eine Masseter Behandlung gegen Zähneknirschen für 300€ durchzuführen zu lassen. Nachdem der Arzt feststellte, dass ich Privatpatientin bin, meinte er, dass normalerweise die PKV die Behandlungskosten übernehmen würde und er mir gerne eine Privatrechnung (850€!) zuschicken würde. Mehrfach wurde mir zugesichert, dass ich nur die normalen 300€ zahlen müsste, sollten die Kosten nicht von der PKV übernommen werden. Leider wurde nichts übernommen und mir wurde nun mitgeteilt, dass ich 850€ überweisen muss. Unglaubliche Abzocke.
