If you are already using a representative, you should please make it clear to the gentleman that dealing with patients (and their parents) in an insensitive and rude manner is not the right way. Unfortunately, an almost unrivaled environment still leads to a blatant flattening of interpersonal relationships today... just sad... if we still had the choice, we would go to another provider...

(Translated by Google) The duration of therapy was extended again and again, although the therapy time was initially given as about 4 months. We are very satisfied with the shape of our child's head after we stopped the treatment (7 months). The doctor's appointment is very routine: fitting helmets to babies' heads is their daily business. Empathy in parents and child = 0 We were also not sufficiently informed about every step of the helmet fitting and had to repeatedly pull all the information out of the treating doctors' noses. The answers to this were always monosyllabic. Employees are expressly excluded from this. They are very nice and try to pick up the parents where the doctors cannot or do not want to. However, I find it particularly worth mentioning that no consideration was given to the motor development of the child: After our child received the helmet, he no longer wanted to roll over from his back to his stomach, which he had done before. Answer from Dr. Blecher: "Then he just doesn't turn on his stomach anymore," then the helmet was adjusted a bit in the neck with gnashing of teeth. I don't question his oral and maxillofacial skills, but his knowledge of baby and toddler motor development and social skills is sub-par.

Such a great doctor. It was already 10 years ago when my daughter needed this helmet, but to this day I am extremely grateful for his commitment, help and his expert knowledge. A big, fat thank you to the entire practice.

We were here with our twins and are very happy with the result. The team in Berlin is very friendly and always gave us excellent advice. The therapy duration ended up being 7 months and we are very happy that we started it on time. There were hardly any waiting times and even during Corona times the distance and hygiene regulations were adhered to in an exemplary manner.

The doctor is nice and honest, as is the nurse. However, it seemed to me as if he was selling his product. He talked about what he does, what he can do, how much it costs and finally the sentence "please let me know in a few days whether you want to do it or not". If it's really necessary, yes, but I think the invention is really terrible. I wouldn't wear a helmet like that myself and would probably throw it against the wall at the end of the day. because it only bothers and hurts. Poor babies, and I've only read and heard a lot of bad things. (Hurts, they don't sleep, he rubs his head, etc.) Good luck to everyone. LG Lisa

Very clear recommendation. The practice is super nice, the people are very nice and you immediately feel at home. The doctor really takes his time...discusses everything calmly. Says what his professional view/assessment is. You are not forced to do anything here and can decide everything for yourself. When I read something like, the doctor wants to know immediately in a few days and people complain about it. I could get my head together again. …Yes, of course he wants that. In a few days we should also be clear about that. If everyone waited weeks, when should therapy start? After all, the helmet still has to be made and the longer you wait (this partly depends on the age of the child) the harder it will be to steer your head in the right direction. Some people really need to get the right information first and I wonder whether they were listened to properly during the conversation with the doctor. It doesn't hurt at all...the children get used to it. It's always the adults who cause problems. So conclusion: practice is great. Highly recommended and definitely worth a visit if you are worried about your little darling's head.

Absolutely recommended, we were very relieved after our appointment, everyone in the team was very qualified people and had lots of valuable and recommendable tips for home.... Super nice, friendly and too approachable, honest because he told us we could do it without a helmet we pay attention to a few things and do... Great... Always the first address. Thank you dear team for your help and work.

Therapy was the best decision! The result is incredible and over the next few years the remaining asymmetry will disappear. The team that looked after us was super friendly and explained the process precisely, even if our mouse wasn't always in a good mood! In that sense, thank you very much!

I appreciate the technology used by cranioform in helping our child achieve a head shape that more closely resembles a typical head, the child had both sides flat. While the head didn't get wider but grew slightly longer (which was a positive outcome), I had hoped for a rounder shape at the back, which didn't materialize. It's difficult to determine whether this was due to the technology or the child's natural head growth. The cranioform staff was incredibly patient and understanding during our initial consultation process. However, I found the post-sales meetings to be rushed. I'm unsure whether this is due to the clinic's high volume of clients or the general pace of medical practices in Berlin. Nevertheless, this aspect of the experience felt subpar, especially considering the substantial cost of the helmet treatment. In contrast, the clinic's promptness in responding to inquiries and scheduling appointments was commendable. For parents who are still considering cranial helmet therapy, know there is also Pohlig (pohlig.net), another Berlin-based clinic that specializes in cranial helmets and prosthetics.

Super friendly team who took away our fears right from the first appointment and were always very kind to our little one. We always arrived on time and felt very well looked after at all times. We are very happy that the helmet orthosis is available and can only recommend the therapy! Thank you very much Cranio Team. See you again with the next child ;-)

Very dissatisfied result, 2 helmet adjustments and nothing fits, infant's face turned blue, parents are portrayed as untrustworthy... In the end, you are now paying for a helmet that you don't wear on the advice of the neurosurgeons

😠 You can call that almost neglected assistance, which happened last night (around 8:00 p.m.) in the rescue center. I have never seen or experienced such an unfriendly, unmotivated employee (at the reception)! We decided to break off the visit there and go somewhere else, where we could or even had...

😠 I have lived around the world but have not seen such an embarrassing child emergency ward. People wait up to 5 hours to just see a doctor. They basically don’t care even when your child is in critical condition. Maybe calling an ambulance from within the hospital would be a better option.

😠 Sister Nadja rude, xenophobic and unprofessional I was in the ER on 17.09.2018 with a friend and her son in the emergency room because her son had put a big peanut in his nose.
