Simply top. Went to the practice at short notice due to acute pain and was treated well after a short wait. Very friendly and understanding employees at the registration desk and in the treatment room. (doctors and physician assistants) I feel very well treated. A good treatment, especially for me as an anxious patient. I had no pain during or after the procedure. I will come back for the follow-up session.

I have waited 50 mins in waiting room and was taken to a treatment room where no doctor appeared for 45 mins more! When i lost patience and went out to ask, also for a toilet, one secretary started shouting at me recklessly. Disgusting and full of hatred behaviour to me. How on earth do you find the right to scream at people and burst all your negativity? I believe keeping patients in the treatment room that long even when no member of staff is present is probably illegal. I was harrested for no reason, subjected to unacceptable behavior from the staff.

I came to the practice spontaneously at 10 p.m. with severe pain. All the staff were very caring and took care of me quickly. Although I am afraid of dental treatments, I was relaxed because the dentist has a very calming, friendly manner. I came in with pain and left without pain. I can only recommend this practice.

Please do not go to this clinic. The reception staff are rude and unqualified. I had an appointment and after waiting 40 minutes in a small room that looked like a prison with an annoying whistle in the background, I asked for information and was told my name wasn't on the list. The girls at the reception are extremely unprofessional, I don't even want to imagine what the rest of the staff are like. Absolutely not recommended.

People, butchers are more suitable than dentists. Just stay away

Since nearly two months I am going to this clinic because of my one tooth problem. First time I was directed to forth floor to a Doctore, then after checking she told me to follow two guys for teeth ex ray, the guys were new and they used the X-Ray 4 times but still were not sure. Then come back to next appointment and had always pain after 5 appointments. today again I was lead to the same doctore in fourth floor and she asked for another X-Ray and again the new worker used the X-Ray 3 times but didn’t take a good photo, and I go back to the doctor and she checked and said follow the guy for fourth time X-Ray in one day !!! Then I asked here why should I do it again ? He used it already 3 times ! I told her I need all my appointments history with your clinic to know what is wrong ! Then she said ok don’t go to X-Ray and She was very unfriendly and told me to make a new appointment with another doctore. That is how bad some stuff and clinics are in Berlin. They used 6 times X-rays on my teeth and still I have pain and need another appointment 😷! Not recommend to anyone even if you have pain.

I have no idea what people are complaining about here... I'll say the following: Call, ask about waiting time, Aw. 2 hours. On site, the question again, Aw. 1 hour, waiting room was almost empty.... My waiting time, exactly 18 minutes. Great doctor, problem recognized and solved immediately. What more do you want? No trace of me being unhygienic or anything like that. For me grade 1+. Any time!!

The dentist is super nice and confident in his demeanor. He told us the additional costs for a temporary solution, down to the euro. On February 17th the doctor helped me within 15 minutes. Thank you for the quick & competent treatment. Highly recommended as an emergency clinic!

Very nice team, you can also come by spontaneously, of course with a little waiting time, but that's still ok. The treatments are carried out painlessly. You don't notice anything when drilling is being done or something similar, and you can't even feel the anesthetic injection. Highly recommended. The opening times are great.

I had an abscess, the first dentist I went to didn't help me, because I am not German therefore I don't have any health insurance but I was willing to pay for it. So they sent me to medeco and it was another awful experience, filthy elevetor, overcrowded waiting room, the receptionist first told me with contempt they could help and I was willing to pay and wait 3 hours and then told me they couldn't help and I was sent away, luckily I eventually found a dentist who was willing to help me. Is the duty of care an unknown concept in Germany?

First time going to doc after 5-6 year. Did go there to remove 1 teeth but doc said he had to remove 4. Had 8-9 injections it hurt like hell. The pulling of my teeth itself didn't hurt but as he was pulling he pushed against my lips and jaw. Now after 4 days both sides of my jaw hav turned purple. Thanks for the experience.

Very personable and competent doctor! I was registering to make an appointment instead I was offered the opportunity to go in today. I was treated with very little waiting time. I was well informed about my problem and the doctor gave me good recommendations. Friendly ZFA’s at registration and in the treatment room. I was very satisfied with the visit. Thank you 👍🏽

I advise anyone who has serious dental problems that hurt deep down to stay away from this clinic!!! I'm 3 times!!! been in the clinic because of excruciating pain. I had a cleaning once and was told I should just brush my teeth better! I was confirmed that I would not be in pain. On the second visit, a deep cleansing was performed with 7 anesthetic stitches. The doctor guaranteed me that there would be no pain. It's hard to believe, but the pain was back the next day!!! I went back and insisted on solving it once and for all. The doctor only started a canal root canal treatment and didn't finish it. After I asked if the pain was over, I was told, "I can't guarantee it, just come back and we'll pull the tooth if it doesn't stop hurting." As a pregnant woman, I am stunned and cannot believe that there is no interest in freeing myself from the pain right from the start. Improved hygiene can no longer save a broken tooth!!! In addition, a few years ago, the same doctor caused my husband's jaw to "slip" after a tooth extraction so that since then his jaw has always chattered when he eats something or just opens his mouth! It's a shame how unprofessional the work is here and how they can call themselves doctors!!

Been there serveral times unfortunately. This dentist has terrible time management as some others already noted here. Even if you are the first patient you have to wait minimum 30mins for no reason... The treatment is very mediocre at best.

Do not go to this dentist. They encouraged me to have so much work done that I did not need, and now I have had to go back to another dentist for the next month to fix the work they did badly. Having my wisdom teeth out was like going to a fleischerei. Plus they were 90 minutes late for an appointment.

I received an excellent service on a rather difficult case, a tooth filling that in the past has lasted very little, this time it is holding strong. Had no problem getting access with a European insurance card and the plus was that the dentist is on the funny side.

The receptionist and doctor were both nice and helpful.

Don’t go there. They will charge you for everything. Make unprofessional work and use cheap equipment so you have to go back the week after. And then charge you again.

My son had an accident and at 10 pm, we went to the clinic. Even though they speak a little bit of English, they did their best, they were kind and solved his problem. Excellent dentist, thank you very much for your help!!

My son was to be treated under anesthesia and I was very nervous. But everything went fine. The anesthesiologist was really nice. He explained and reassured me beforehand. There were two assistants on site. They were also pretty nice and informed me well. I think they were the anesthetist's assistants and not from medeco. Our dentist, Ms. Dashdelger, was also very nice. So I can't complain one bit. The reception itself was OK too. There will be another inspection date.

I would definitely go there again. The waiting time might be a little long but I went there without an appointment . I have waited longer with appointment in other places . . . . . the doctor was very nice , explained everything and also the nurses were kind.

The dentist was terrible. My dentist was Jan Münstermann. He couldn't see where my teeth had been damage. I had to show him. He didn't want/didn't think they needed to be fixed, and the bonding and filling fell out after one day. I would never recommend this dentist.

I highly recommend this klinik in Berlin. Ask for Dr. Stolzenberger. He is very professional doctor, who takes care of his patients, listens carefully the problem and explains everything in detail. The entire staff was very friendly. As a patient, you are taken seriously and treated with respect. There was no waiting time at all. THANK YOU!!

Dentists speak english and even joke with you in your foreign language. I didnt take an appointement, went there, completed a form had to show them my insurance card though. Waited 30mins it was an emergency, and it was really perfect! So yeh very professional thanks !

I had an implant installed by another clinic and the screw fell out. I needed an instant help, someone to install the screw again and I called this clinic. They said that I could come right away. I was waiting for only 5 minutes and the doctor welcomed me, cleaned the spot and installed back the piece. It was fast and professional, very friendly the the doctor, the nurse and the girl who worked on the counter welcoming the patients. Thank you!

Today I had a preliminary consultation about the sedation. Since I am a fear patient and always treat my teeth with sedation, I should go to the dentist Frank Stolzenberger first so that he can see what needs to be done. Doctor Frank Stolzenberger was like therapy for me. He has achieved what no other dentist or doctor has been able to do over the years. He took away my fears and showed me that it's actually unnecessary to put so much stress on yourself. He persuaded me to try it without the sedation. I got involved because it made me feel safe. This saved me a lot of money and time. I am very grateful and would seek treatment from him again and again. Thank you very much again

We are not satisfied with the goods with my daughter (9) there she was born with a hole and immediately one Filling was done even though she has inflammation and her face is swollen. Never again medeco!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst place I've ever seen. I'm having a hard time with a toothache and when I called them they said, "The store is very busy right now." Definitely this is the worst place. I can't recommend this place to anyone.
