I stayed at Rossi for an event, and the staff was amazing. The breakfast and the food in general were delicious (kudos to the chef and the kitchen staff)! The room was comfortable and with a cool design. The whole Hotel had a nice vibe and atmosphere to it, which made it for a very nice stay.

Would I stay here again? Yes. Here are the reasons why: Location: conveniently located just 2 blocks from the Berlin Hauptbahnhof, it was simple to get anywhere in Berlin from this location via rail, bus or tram. Service/s: breakfast buffet had a wide selection of traditional German and more American items, consisting of sliced meats and cheeses, pickled herring and herring salsa, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and a wide assortment of breads, rolls and croissant. Juices, water and coffee were abundant. There is supposed to be some kind of limited menu available for dining but we never saw anyone in the kitchen in evenings and the one man stationed to act as a bartender spoke no English and had to call upon the desk clerk to come to the bar to make drinks for us, which we only did once in 4 days. The front desk staff was highly outgoing, friendly, accommodating and helpful. Housekeeping did a satisfactory job of servicing our room. Our room tv had a wide variety of programming available for the rare times we were in our room. The beds were very comfortable and each twin had 2 large pillows. What was lacking: our room lacked an alarm clock so the only way to know what time it was was by looking at our smartphones. The only downside of our visit were guests checking into the hotel at 11pm and assigned the room next door when we were sleeping and who stayed up partying until after 2am. The rooms are VERY small, approximately 150SF at most so be advised that traveling with large luggage will create a problem with storage in the room.

I really liked this hotel. I chose it because I needed to be close to the Berlin Main Station, but I think it's convenient for tourism purposes too. The room was basic, but very well designed. The restaurant / lobby space was light, airy and opens out onto a large street-level terrace on a traffic free area. The people working here are friendly and efficient and the gentleman looking after the breakfast area was the ultimately antidote to any morning grouchiness... he was like a sweet, frothy caffeine-charged coffee personified.

Great location. Walking distance from the train station. However, the room was too small. Housekeeping barged in twice without knocking. Front-desk staff was nice.

The pictures of the rooms was not how it looked in reality. Great location with only 5 min walk to the Central trainstation. Very little to choose from for breakfast. Staff were kind but a little shy and you had to ask for napkins, refills of the breakfast items every morning. I didn't get a personal feeling for the hotel unfortunately..

Receptionist unfriendly, internet not working properly, and not trustworthy business. I’m glad I have stayed for one night only, I will not stay in the hotel again. Location is good for a travelling by train. Close to the train station.

Our train ride was booked in the afternoon so we asked the hotel to hold our luggage. They were very accommodating and held our luggage in a locker with keys for a few hours. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Fabulous hotel in easy walking/cycling distance of the main railway station. Everything was first class and we would recommend to anyone, as well as staying there again if ever in Berlin. Breakfast was very good.

I was attending a one-week-meeting in the Hotel Rossi (August 2021) and it was an extraordinary experience. The team was always friendly and kind, and the food incredibly delicious; also or especially the vegan food. The hotel is located just next to the main station; a 5 min walk through the park. I can highly recommend this place for meetings or other events. Thank you very much!

Love the service and the location. The staff is nice. Also, it’s right in front of a bus stop and the main station is 10 minutes away by foot! What else would you need?

It was a nice experience. The staff was nice and receptive. The breakfast had a variety of options. All perfectly clean as well.

As they mentioned on their website "non-pretensious hotel", what you see is what you get! I got to have an early check in at 12 because their excellent service. Recommended :)

The location is ideal. The rooms are small and lack basic amenities, such as a slippers, bath robe, toiletries. The service is OK, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. On the bright side, the breakfast is excellent and the Internet connection is very good.

The staff here were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were all very nice and I love the idea of a hotel specifically designed around giving people with various disabilities a job. That's a really cool idea and I really appreciate it. We had a couple of meals in the restaurant and the food was delicious, particularly the breakfast which we enjoyed every morning. The proximity to the station was very useful. However, the room was VERY dusty. I have bad allergies and the amount of dust in the room set me off quite badly, and I was pretty miserable for most of the time in the room. I had some breathing difficulty because of the dust and it was a bit of a concern. When we first got there, I set my phone down screen-up. Five minutes later I looked at my phone and the amount of dust that had gathered on the screen was pretty shocking. The rooms did not come with tea or coffee, which I think is pretty standard across most hotels and we missed our nighttime cuppa. The walls were very thin, and the room next door had a baby with them. Every time the baby woke up crying in the night, we ALSO woke up. We could hear music and other people talking throughout our entire stay. The bathroom sink wasn't in the bathroom, it was next to the bed. This wouldn't have been a big issue except that there was a light over the sink that was connected to the light in the bathroom. So if I needed the bathroom in the middle of the night, I either had to turn on the bathroom light which also turned on the light next to the bed, waking my partner up, or I had to pee in the dark. So although the staff were fantastic and the restaurant was delicious, the room itself was a pretty major disappointment. Not sure if we'll stay here next time we're in Berlin.

The staff of the Hotel is really good, very helpful to the guest before any request. The rooms are a little small and maybe the lights of the room should be a bit more. Besides that I enjoyed my stay in there. I can recommend it a friend who plans to visit Berlin for the forementioned and the the proximity to the Central Station (8 minutes by walking and 2 by bus).

I had a really lovely stay at this hotel, they were so welcoming and the room was exceptionally clean and well presented. I also really enjoyed the colour scheme and the shower was lovely as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berlin and would book again in the future.

We stayed in the hotel Rossi in May 2022. The hotel is situated not far from the Berlin Central station. We rented a bike, scooter or walked towards the station to get to places we wanted to see. The room was clean and minimalist, and we had everything we needed. People at the reception desk were welcoming and helpful. In the morning we had a continental breakfast which was decent. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel Rossi to a friend.

Amazing breakfast! But offers dont take care if coffe so hot! so i had very painfull experiance! Good shampoo and lotion in rooms! Also problem is no dark curtain in the room, the bed linen smells too much of washing soap, the sound insulation is not good. But almost all of this easy to fix!

Location is good, rooms are simplistic and dark. beds are way too hard. Breakfast is plentyfull but not very vegan or healthy oriented.
