The
staff
here
were
incredibly
helpful
and
friendly.
They
were
all
very
nice
and
I
love
the
idea
of
a
hotel
specifically
designed
around
giving
people
with
various
disabilities
a
job.
That's
a
really
cool
idea
and
I
really
appreciate
it.
We
had
a
couple
of
meals
in
the
restaurant
and
the
food
was
delicious,
particularly
the
breakfast
which
we
enjoyed
every
morning.
The
proximity
to
the
station
was
very
useful.
However,
the
room
was
VERY
dusty.
I
have
bad
allergies
and
the
amount
of
dust
in
the
room
set
me
off
quite
badly,
and
I
was
pretty
miserable
for
most
of
the
time
in
the
room.
I
had
some
breathing
difficulty
because
of
the
dust
and
it
was
a
bit
of
a
concern.
When
we
first
got
there,
I
set
my
phone
down
screen-up.
Five
minutes
later
I
looked
at
my
phone
and
the
amount
of
dust
that
had
gathered
on
the
screen
was
pretty
shocking.
The
rooms
did
not
come
with
tea
or
coffee,
which
I
think
is
pretty
standard
across
most
hotels
and
we
missed
our
nighttime
cuppa.
The
walls
were
very
thin,
and
the
room
next
door
had
a
baby
with
them.
Every
time
the
baby
woke
up
crying
in
the
night,
we
ALSO
woke
up.
We
could
hear
music
and
other
people
talking
throughout
our
entire
stay.
The
bathroom
sink
wasn't
in
the
bathroom,
it
was
next
to
the
bed.
This
wouldn't
have
been
a
big
issue
except
that
there
was
a
light
over
the
sink
that
was
connected
to
the
light
in
the
bathroom.
So
if
I
needed
the
bathroom
in
the
middle
of
the
night,
I
either
had
to
turn
on
the
bathroom
light
which
also
turned
on
the
light
next
to
the
bed,
waking
my
partner
up,
or
I
had
to
pee
in
the
dark.
So
although
the
staff
were
fantastic
and
the
restaurant
was
delicious,
the
room
itself
was
a
pretty
major
disappointment.
Not
sure
if
we'll
stay
here
next
time
we're
in
Berlin.
