I needed a helmet. Staff patiently helped me find exactly what I needed. Impressive variety of equipment!

No one asked me if I need assistance. Than at the cash desk I was asked if I have a customer card, I informed that I would like to get one. Guy took the payment and put my things aside saying that I need to go back to the shop and someone will give me the card as he is busy with customers. Hm, and who am I then?

Terrible service, very disappointing, the managers don't care and all they care about is their money and not pleasing the customer. In addition, many of the goods are damaged. I will not go back there and do not recommend to anyone! It's fun to buy more often and get quality service with a smile, don't buy from this place!

One stop shop for all biking gear. You name it, they have it. Staff is awesome! I recently moved to Berlin, My German is bad. The staff was really helpful though I didn’t speak the language. Thanks guys.

The person at the front door on the 19/04/2021 at 19:00 was rude. Condensading because I was supposingly blocking the exit route, though there was no indication of such route and there was just one more client at that time. The cashier on the other hand was very friendly and helped me with my questions about the product.

Louis is probably the best shop for motorcycle equipment and parts. I never have searched for something that they don't have.

One of my favorite bike stores. Big selection. So nice to go there and rub elbows with scores of other bikers and the passionate team of empoyees :-) There is even a play pen for biker kids.
