Mal in dem Geschäft, um die Reparatur zu reklamieren. Man wollte die Uhr nicht annehmen, da ich beim Abholen keinen Beleg bekommen hatte. Ich war jetzt 3 mal vergeblich in dem Geschäft. Ich habe mit verschiedenen MitarbeiterInnen kommuniziert - persönlich und schriftlich - und um Klärung der Vorgehensweise, bzw eine kulante Lösung geben. Inzwischen ist der Vorfall wohl bei der Filialleiterin, Frau Akjol, aber noch immer habe ich keine Antwort, bzw. kulante Lösung für den mir von der Mitarbeiterin verursachten Schaden. Ich verstehe, dass dies auch einem Fachhandel vorkommen kann - aber wie man mit jetzt mit dem Vorgang umgeht, kann ich wirklich nicht verstehen. Es gibt doch Versicherungen. Ich erwarte eine Antwort von der Firma - und adäquaten Ersatz für den Schaden, ich bin jetzt seit 2 Wochen ohne Armbanduhr.

Ich war das erste mal heute bei Juwelier Krämer um ein Weihnachtsgeschenk zu kaufen , das komplette Team war fröhlich , freundlich und man hat sich sofort um mixh gekümmert , die Dame die mich bediente traf genau meinen Geschmack und somit fand ich mein passendes Weihnachtsgeschenk!
