I
went
to
the
emergency
room
after
being
hit
in
the
ear.
The
waiting
time
was
actually
okay
for
a
Saturday
evening
(<2
hours),
but
everything
afterwards
was
chaotic
and
even
incorrect.
I
was
sent
from
the
central
emergency
room
over
to
the
ENT
ward.
When
we
arrived
there
a
little
later,
a
young
assistant
doctor
arrived
and
began
the
assessment.
She
came
to
the
conclusion
relatively
quickly
that
there
was
nothing
wrong
with
the
eardrum
and
then
went
on
to
the
hearing
test,
which
took
forever
because
âother
employees
usually
do
that
and
not
the
doctors
themselves.â
I
was
prescribed
cortisone
and
told
that
I
should
visit
the
ENT
later
for
a
check-up.
The
symptoms
didn't
get
any
better,
I
went
to
the
specialist
(Dr
Erle-Bischoff)
today
for
a
"check-up",
who
immediately
diagnosed
a
perforation
of
the
eardrum.
It
can't
be
that
the
self-proclaimed
No.
1
hospital
in
the
area
doesn't
detect
a
hole
in
the
eardrum.
Edit:
After
contacting
the
clinic
again,
it
was
realized
that
the
process
could
be
improved
so
that
such
an
error
could
no
longer
occur.
I'm
thrilled
about
the
contact
and
the
culture
of
error,
it's
exemplary
and
it
also
prompted
me
to
adjust
the
rating.
