Why is this listed as an English speaking practice? When I called to make an appointment, I was hung up on by the receptionist who doesn't speak English. Very frustrating, but nice once you're there

I'm posting this in the hope of helping anyone who's looking for medical help quickly in Berlin. We were tourists in Berlin for only 2 days and one of us needed to have stitches removed. We phoned a few other clinics but either they're fully booked or doesn't pick up. So we tried walking in after searching on Google and this clinic seems to have relatively good reviews. We were not disappointed at all - the reception staff perhaps didn't speak a lot of English but they swiftly got us a staff to speak to us, then we filled in the forms and got attended to, after a short wait. Dr Jennifer attended to the patient with professional care and explained to us what she was going to do, asked us if we're okay with it, before carrying out any actions. No pushing with unnecessary scans or anything, like some clinics would, just honest medical advice and they give you time to think on it. They are a team of professionals that put your health and needs first. Thank you for your help and if friends or anyone needs a doctor in Berlin in the future, I would definitely recommend going to this clinic.

Walk-in, English speaking, thorough, take the time to listen and ask, and very friendly. Waiting times can be long though but I’ve seen longer.

The doctors are really good, I dare to say they are one of the best Hausarzt in Berlin. The Problem is the comunication woth office. They dont update their online info/openning hours, they just write in the door. ( we are not living in 1960!!) Alot off time I check their openning hour online and I gi there to find the clinc is closed !! They dont offer appointment so yoi have to call to check their opening hour every time, will they answer the phone ?? Not every time.

Great clinic and super close to home for me. I barely speak German, never seen a doctor before in Germany, and really needed to see a doctor about something I was told may be urgent. They saw me within 20 minutes and staff spoke pretty good English. This woman doctor saw me, and she was very nice, funny, and super honest - it was an embarassing issue and she was very professional. She reassured me my condition was not serious, and I was out of there with peace of mind. If I ever have any future health problems I'll be coming back here !

If you have private insurance, you must avoid this practice as they surreptitiously conduct certain extra tests and you end up paying. You won't be informed about these tests. You would just receive the invoices. They also refused to do a basic health check as it wasn't going to make enough profit for them. I was told point blank to pay extra otherwise asked to take a hike. They also don't listen and the health checkups aren't carried out thoroughly.

Dr/ Annette is friendly and diagnosed my case correctly. She speaks English perfectly. You can walk in without an appointment. I would recommend you to go there.

1.75 hours so far in the waiting room. 15 minutes till they close... Plz send food. If I ever get to talk to a doctor today (its a Monday at 5:30) ill consider adding or taking away more stars. So far it's an average waiting room. My butt is numb from the chairs but I didn't forget headphones so my mood is decent, resulting in 3 stars so far. I will sit and ponder which day it must have been for the people who came and were seen in 10 minutes.

Kind, professional and helpful praxis, from staff to doctors. The latter also speak perfect english.

I have been seen here by three different doctors and each time had a very positive experience. All three spoke perfectly good English (my only language) and even offered extra information about my illnesses. There are doctors nearer to where I live but I travel a bit further to come here for better care.

Super friendly and helpful English speaking staff. Great for expats like myself who are new to Berlin and new to German! Easy walk in service and short wait! 100% recommend ☺️

I didn’t go there yet but can I go there by myself? Like I’m 14 and I don’t want to tell my parents anything about my mental health so is it ok if I go there alone?

They are the best crew!

They don't have normal appointment system. You set an appointment, everyone is told the same hour. You have to go and wait for hours with everyone else. I had to go for a check-up 2 days in a row, and I waited 2-3 hours each time. As a result, when it was my turn, they said that the blood laboratory is closed at this hour.

Very friendly English speaking doctor and receptionist. I went as a walk-in appointment, and was seen within 20 minutes by the doctor. I would recommend this clinic and go again :)

I live in nabour hood last 6. 7. year's i have stomach problems Doctor Annette are treating me well always but last week specially Doctor Jennifer Thiel are explained. Me in details about my stomach issues that i never know before she is helpful and speak English with patients as well i highly Recommended for her to everyone!!!

I’ve been really struggling with a lot of stuff and doctors there, are wonderful. Very understanding and empathetic. Ladies at the reception are also very helpful , btw doctors speak English and there’s couple of ladies at reception also who do but some don’t so please keep in mind. They also get super busy and sometimes there is a longer wait.

They are not into listening nor do they care what you have to say. You get an uberweisung and you are off. Also I do not understand why my partner did not have to go to his doctor when we got corona but I had to come here as I was told es get leider nicht durch internet. Well it gehts if you are german and have a normal doctor. And of course you have to send everything yourself by post

Really the best experience! I have been to several doctors, but this practice is by far the best! Really short wait times and amazing skill in speaking to and helping patients.

Really sets the bar for walk-in clinics. Friendly and very competent doctors. They speak 5 languages!

Came after 24 hours of vertigo(meaning I couldn’t drink any water and was very dehydrated). I didn’t ask for much(just an Iv that I can get back on my feet..) I got treated by a very unfriendly young dr that really shouldn’t be working in medicine if that’s how she treats patients.

Great experience! No appointment needed and short waiting times. Doctor was very thorough with her examination and identified my problem rather quickly. They also speak English so this is a great alternative for expats 😊

The doctor Anette ist amazing doctor! But always getting stressed from the behaviour from the super aggressive women on the front ! They also try to take you down and find a reason to speak bad to you! If the doctor wasn’t great I would never came back! The other time they gave my turn to people that came after me and I had to wait 1,5 hour. Awful!
