Basically,
the
biggest
asset
of
the
clinic
is
its
staff.
Always
very
friendly,
competent
and
courteous.
For
this
I
would
really
give
the
maximum
rating.
The
food
also
leaves
nothing
to
be
desired.
Extremely
high
standard
for
a
hospital.
The
clinic
is
in
a
historic
building,
but
it
is
in
pristine
condition.
The
rooms
are
clean
and
not
a
bit
worn.
the
reception
and
common
areas
are
almost
opulent.
But
as
a
private
clinic
that
charges
significantly
more
fees
than
a
normal
(health
insurance)
hospital,
you
naturally
have
to
be
measured
against
the
standard
of
other
clinics
at
this
level.
And
here
we
come
to
the
crucial
points.
It
is
an
orthopedic
specialist
clinic.
As
can
be
seen
in
the
photo,
the
shower
entry
has
30
cm
outside
and
then
drops
again
10
cm
inside.
You
can
also
see
the
brackets
for
the
walking
aids
in
the
photo.
Sorry
but
how
should
someone
who
needs
walking
aids
come
into
this
shower?
I
had
a
cervical
spine
surgery
and
the
pillows
were
a
total
disaster.
I
often
didn't
know
how
to
live.
Simplest
pillow
with
foam
flakes,
on
which
you
either
lay
like
a
rubber
ball
or
the
flakes
had
spread
right
and
left
of
your
head
and
you
almost
lay
on
the
mattress.
The
television
was
attached
to
a
swivel
arm
at
the
bedside
table.
However,
this
was
not
enough
to
place
the
monitor
in
the
middle
of
the
bed.
Rather,
it
was
so
far
to
the
left
that
I
had
to
keep
turning
my
head.
Not
ideal
for
someone
who
has
had
an
operation
at
the
cervical
spine.
In
addition,
the
monitor
could
not
be
tilted,
so
that
if
you
had
placed
the
bed
a
little
flatter
you
only
saw
a
black
monitor
because
the
viewing
angle
was
too
flat.
I
then
largely
did
without
television.
I
chose
a
single
room
for
€
140
at
my
own
expense.
The
prospectus
said
"ALL
rooms
REGULARLY
have
a
balcony".
Of
course,
my
room
didn't
have
a
balcony.
I
would
have
expected
to
be
informed
of
this
in
advance
if
it
was
a
deviation
from
the
supposed
rule.
Also,
my
room
had
no
modern
bathroom,
as
shown
on
the
website
and
the
brochures.
So
I
have
to
say
that
the
prospectus
and
reality
are
quite
apart.
In
retrospect
I
am
a
little
annoyed
that
I
chose
the
single
room.
What
also
bothered
me
a
little
was
the
smokers
in
the
room
next
to
me,
who
of
course
had
a
balcony.
The
days
were
a
bit
hotter
and
I
preferred
to
leave
the
window
open
(air
conditioning
would
have
been
in
the
room
but
I
don't
like
it).
I
could
almost
smoke
every
cigarette
of
my
neighbors,
because
the
smoke
also
moved
into
my
room.
The
Klink
should
not
mention
/
advertise
the
mobile
internet
in
the
clinic,
since
even
building
a
normal
website
was
usually
not
possible.
I
have
raised
quite
a
few
criticisms
now.
Nothing
really
really
earth-shattering.
But
the
number
of
points
really
annoyed
me.
As
I
said
as
a
private
clinic
that
charges
very
generous
fees,
I
simply
expect
a
standard
that
is
far
above
that
of
a
normal
clinic
in
all
areas.
I
have
had
much
better
experiences
with
other
clinics
in
the
past.
And
I
have
to
emphasize
again
that
the
medical
services
and
the
staff
gave
no
reason
for
complaint
-
everything
was
impeccable.
(Original)
Grundsätzlich
muss
man
sagen,
das
größte
Kapital
der
Klinik
ist
sein
Personal.
Immer
sehr
freundlich,
kompetent
und
zuvorkommend.
Hierfür
würde
ich
wirklich
die
Maximalbewertung
geben.
Auch
das
Essen
lässt
keinerlei
Wünsche
offen.
Extrem
hoher
Standard
für
ein
Krankenhaus.
Die
Klinik
ist
in
einem
historischen
Gebäude,
welches
jedoch
in
tadellosem
Zustand
ist.
Die
Zimmer
sind
sauber
und
nicht
ansatzweise
abgewohnt.
der
Empfang
und
die
Gemeinschaftsräume
sind
fast
schon
opulent.
Aber
als
eine
Privatklinik,
die
erheblich
mehr
Gebühren
als
ein
normales
(Kassen-)Krankenhaus
in
Rechnung
stellt,
muss
man
sich
natürlich
auch
an
dem
Standard
anderer
Kliniken
auf
dem
Niveau
messen
lassen.
Und
hier
kommen
wir
zu
den
Knackpunkten.
Es
ist
es
eine
orthopädische
Fachklinik.
Wie
auf
dem
Foto
zu
sehen,
hat
der
Duscheinstieg
außen
30
cm
und
nach
innen
fällt
er
dann
wieder
10
cm
ab.
Daneben
sieht
man
auf
dem
Foto
auch
noch
die
Halterungen
für
die
Gehhilfen.
Sorry
aber
wie
bitte
soll
jemand
der
Gehhilfen
benötigt
in
diese
Dusche
kommen?
Ich
wurde
an
der
Halswirbelsäule
(HWS)
operiert
und
die
Kissen
waren
eine
totale
Katastrophe.
Ich
wusste
oft
nicht
wie
ich
leigen
sollte.
Einfachstes
Kissen
mit
Schaumstoffflocken,
auf
dem
man
entweder
lag
wie
auf
einem
Gummiball
oder
die
Flocken
hatten
sich
recht
und
links
vom
Kopf
verteilt
und
man
lag
fast
auf
der
Matratze.
Der
Fernseher
war
am
Nachttisch
an
einem
Schwenkarm
befestigt.
Dieser
reichte
jedoch
nicht
aus,
um
den
Monitor
mittig
über
dem
Bett
zu
platzieren.
Vielmehr
war
er
so
weit
links,
dass
ich
den
Kopf
permanent
drehen
musste.
Nicht
gerade
optimal
für
jemanden
der
an
der
HWS
operiert
wurde.
Außerdem
war
der
Monitor
nicht
kippbar,
so
dass
man,
wenn
man
das
Bett
etwas
flacher
gestellt
hatte
nur
noch
einen
schwarzen
Monitor
gesehen
hatte,
weil
der
Blickwinkel
zu
flach
war.
Ich
habe
dann
aufs
Fernsehen
weitestgehend
verzichtet.
Ich
hatte
ein
Einzelzimmer
für
140
€
auf
eigene
Kosten
gewählt.
Im
Prospekt
stand
"alle
Zimmer
haben
REGELMÄßIG
einen
Balkon".
Mein
Zimmer
hatte
natürlich
keinen
Balkon.
Ich
hätte
erwartet,
dass
man
mir
dies
vorab
mitteilt,
wenn
es
eben
eine
Abweichung
von
der
angeblichen
Regel
ist.
Auch
hatte
mein
Zimmer
kein
modernes
Bad,
wie
auf
der
Internetseite
und
den
Prospekten
dargestellt.
Von
daher
muss
ich
sagen
Prospekt
und
Realität
klaffen
da
ziemlich
weit
auseinander.
Ich
ärgere
mich
im
Nachhinein
doch
ein
wenig,
dass
Einzelzimmer
gewählt
zu
haben.
Was
mich
auch
etwas
gestört
hat,
waren
die
Raucher
im
Zimmer
neben
mir,
die
natürlich
einen
Balkon
hatten.
Die
Tage
waren
etwas
heißer
und
daher
bevorzugte
ich
das
Fenster
offen
zu
lassen
(Klimaanlage
wäre
auch
im
Zimmer
gewesen
aber
mag
ich
nicht).
Ich
konnte
jede
Zigarette
meiner
Zimmernachbarn
quasi
mitrauchen,
da
der
Qualm
auch
in
mein
Zimmer
zog.
Das
mobile
Internet
in
der
Klinik
sollte
von
der
Klink
besser
nicht
erwähnt/angepriesen
werden,
da
selbst
der
Aufbau
einer
normalen
Internetseite
meist
nicht
möglich
war.
Ich
habe
jetzt
ziemlich
viele
Kritikpunkte
angebracht.
Eigentlich
alles
nichts
wirklich
weltbewegendes.
Aber
die
Vielzahl
der
Punkte
hat
mich
doch
ziemlich
geärgert.
Wie
gesagt
als
Privatklinik,
die
sehr
üppige
Honorare
berechnet,
erwarte
ich
einfach
einen
Standard
der
in
allen
Bereichen
weit
über
dem
einer
normalen
Klinik
liegt.
Ich
habe
da
schon
wesentlich
bessere
Erfahrungen
in
der
Vergangenheit
in
anderen
Kliniken
gemacht.
Und
ich
muss
auch
nochmals
betonen,
dass
die
medizinischen
Leistungen
und
das
Personal
keinerlei
Grund
zu
irgendeiner
Beanstandung
gaben
-
alles
tadellos.
