Amazingly unhelpful. Went in to get the record of my second vaccination transferred from a signed sheet of paper into my impfpass. I had forgotten the Impfpass during my second vaccination and the doctor at the Impfzentrum told me to have 'any Hausarzt' transfer it over. I show up at the praxis and am initially recieved in a very friendly manner. I tell them what I need and the front desk responds 'that's all?'. He takes my documents and goes to the doctor. Comes back and tells me it wouldnt be possible because I am 'not a patient of theirs'. I ask him if it would possible to register on the spot considering I am both at the praxis and a patient. He grudgingly accepts after telling me many times to 'go back to the Impfzentrum and get it done there.' They scan my card and after a 15 minute wait the doctor calls me in. I politely explain my situation. Then he starts telling me that 'they dont do any transfers of vaccination records' because it would be 'too much work', despite having already been busy with my case for much much longer than the 30 seconds it would have taken to sign my Impfpass. I leave furiously. It's clear to me that the doctor had simply taken a bit of time out of his day to engage in a 'Machtspiel' with me. To me this doctor embodies the worst of German culture: absolute inability to bend the rules to help people, and not only that but he seemed to take a perverse pleasure in just how unhelpful he could be. This doubly applies to people whose job it is to help other humans, i.e. customer service, waitstaff, Beamter, Polizei, healthcare professionals. I encounter this attitude in Berlin all the time, but am usually able to brush it off. Today was too much though, coming from a doctor who has sworn an oath to help people and who had devoted his life to that cause.

Completely incompetent and rude doctor. The doctor thinks he is some kind of god. Treats people only if he feels like it and if you try to discuss with him he said “Tschüss” and points to the door. Not coming here again.

I went there 3 times every time I go there they write my name last if I ask them when i see people going first who came before me and then i ask how long it will take they say sorry we forgot to write your name 3 times they did the same

Horrible, last time I went there there because of anxiety one doctor wanted to give me benzodiasepam without any diagnostic and knowledge about the consequences of this medicament. Today the doctor Gerd has been really problematic, told me racist things about my accent, told me that my job was not a real one. And made stigmatisation about my mental health. Im not surprised that people are going to this place only for sicknote and not for finding help. If you want an advice, RUN !

Worst doctor I've come across in 30 years. I was here a few times and always left angry, disappointed and without a proper treatment. Last time I was there for some routine blood work, I wanted to check after being vegan for 10 years. The doctor literally told me that I'd die because of my diet, to which he proceeded to book urin and blood tests. I sat outside for 45 minutes until someone came and told me that the urin test looked fine so we wouldn't draw blood and I could leave. Today I went in with an injured finger to look at. He said that because it was 12.07 and they only do dressings until 12 he couldn't take my current dressing off to examine. Another time I went in for 2 things and a similar thing happened, he checked one thing and when it got past the threshold point, he said I'd have to come back for the other one. Stay away

I would only come back here as a last resort. Disorganised to the point of incompetence. On one occasion they threw away a sample because they "didn't know what to test for" (hadn't the doctor written it on my file!?); on another occasion I was handed a prescription that had my name and address on it, but which was obviously for someone else's medicine. To be avoided.

I was supposed to take a walk for 30min after i checked in, then i waited another hour until they took me in. And people that came after me were taken in before me. Zero organisation!

Don’t judge a book by its cover or an office by its exterior/location. The doctors and staff members are incredible attentive and nice despite the limitations of our ailing public healthcare system. Big plus for foreigners are that they’re also speaking English and Turkish and few more languages. I rarely have to wait much longer than 20 minutes top.

Thank you very much for operating on Saturday and Sunday. Very friendly and respectful service and staff. I went there on Saturday morning without appointment and was seen within 20 mins. I was very impressed and grateful. Was also trying to explain my sickness in German, but the doctor speaks English to me, and for that i am also grateful. Thank you again

Can you imagine going to the doctor which is telling you to come back to your origin country because you don’t speak german? YES, YOU CAN FIND HIM HERE :)

I’ve been coming here for some years now. The staff is clearly overwhelmed sometimes by the amount of work/ people, so please give them some grace, they always try their best and have to say ‘no’ to people who come in 5 min before closing. I have never had an issue that that the doctors couldn’t help me with or advise me on. I feel good at coming here and one never has to wait longer than 30 min. What I also appreciate is the mix of people that come in. The hard reality of people that are addicted or live on the street can be seen here as well. They get treated like humans which I really respect.

Went here on a Tuesday, Friday afternoon and a SUNDAY (unheard of in Germany) without an appointment and was seen within 20 mins. The doctors are friendly, efficient and speak great English. The place is unsurprisingly very busy and a bit chaotic, yet the staff remain calm and collected.

I was very well attended and treated with dignity and with great respect by the doctor, the nurse and the attendants. the doctor was concerned about my clinical condition and gave me all the necessary clinical exams. I am very satisfied, thank you!

A suitable option if you require a quick sick note from a doctor, but I recommend seeking alternatives for a more in-depth analysis. During my visits to the clinic, Doctors Jähn and Michels provided satisfactory care. However, despite the seemingly polite demeanor of Doctor Kiessler, I found a lack of genuine kindness. His approach deviated significantly from his colleagues' suggestion and carried an undertone of arrogance; hence, I decided to seek care elsewhere.

I've been coming here since a few years and always feel in good hands with the friendly and professional Dr. Malte Kiessler, he also speaks great English. There is usually no long waiting times either. Clear recommendation.

Incredibly Friendly and unusually fast!! I came on a Friday morning (early of course just in case) and I was seen, treated and on my way in 20 or 30 minutes. I was actually in a state of disbelief. On my return visit I was moved to the front despite a full waiting room and no Termin booked. Great staff, very helpful and they also speak English!

Terrible. Dr. Hahn was rude and impatient, told me to hurry up and not ask anything else. I hadn’t been in years because last time Dr. Kiessler dismissed an injury from an accident which turned out to be a broken bone that needed treatment. Not recommend.

I went there without an appointment had to wait for an hour or so , the receptionists are nice and the doctor(Mr.Gerd) is someone you fell comfortable talk with , I used to have a lot of Phlegm from my mouth, now everything is fine.

Amazing doctors, super friendly. I feel safe and taken care of. My favourite is doctor Kießler but I have seen all of them and they are all equally helpful and nice. Reception is fantastic. It is however always busy so please calculate waiting time.

Such a brilliant praxis. Desk staff are particularly warm and helpful, and there is a general feeling that they enjoy their work. Doctors are proficient, particularly Dr. Michels who is thorough, taking his time to make a proper diagnosis. He seems to approach things more holistically, investigating the root of the problem rather than just alleviating the symptoms. Fully recommend.

Dr. Gerd Michels is a racist and a horrible person. If you arrive first and are in the first queue, he will not call you first because he is racist. If you don’t understand German, don’t even bother visiting him, not even with a translator. If the translator tries to translate something to you in a different language he will think you are wasting his time. Because he has other patients waiting. It seems like we are not a patient to him.

Dont need a Termin. Just walk in and wait the list. Naturally, you are expected to wait for your turn, but honestly Id rather have that than wait 2 months for an appointment elsewhere

I think this is the most terrible clinic, I went there today I was so disappointed by the doctor called Michaels like he was not even listening to his patients he was just prescribing pain killers even tho I had no pain I don’t recommend this doctor or the place so angry
