After visiting the office for two times already, they kept asking for my ID and health insurance card. They have me in their system so should know who I am already. Today I visited the office again and I got turned away because I did not have my ID + HI with me, as I thought I would not need them. I am very disappointed that it resulted in cancelling my appointment. Service requires that you think in solutions and not in cancellations / turning away someone that needs care.

I went to this dr on a recommendation from a friend. I had a terrible ear infection and the dr. was so lovely and caring and helped me find a specialist within an hour. She spoke English and was so helpful. The staff at the desk is a little brusque but this is just a cultural difference I believe.
