    The initial scan and communication with Dr Smile was good and I was excited to start my treatment. However since then, there is virtually no communication. Once you have agreed to treatment, they add you to a Facebook group. Some of the messages are very helpful and give you tips on the treatment. However, I read daily messages about the lack of communication, and people running into problems with their treatment - with no help from Dr Smile. I have a very uncomfortable feeling about my treatment now and am just hoping nothing goes wrong. Finally, when they send you the care package, they also send you cleaning tablets for your aligners. My treatment is 14 weeks long, and yet they only send 13 cleaning tablets. I am paying thousands of euros for this treatment, and they cannot even give me sufficient materials. It just seems very cheap.

    The treatment gave minimal results and when asked for a follow up consultation (which should be a basic medical requirement) I was told I needed to pay 300 hundred more than the almost 2000 I am paying because I had not uploaded enough photos to their app. I don’t believe for a minute that anyone checks these photos, there is no feedback when you do, no ‘everything looks ok', nothing. Which leads me to believe that this is just so they can use the photos for commercial purposes. So let’s be clear, you are paying nearly 2000 euro for a 20 minute consultation because everything else is automated. EDIT: Responding to Dr Smile- no actually nobody ever told me that further treatment (in the case of terrible results) would cost more if I didn’t upload all the photos. That was never explained. You as a dental business should be interested to know the results but unfortunately you have revealed yourselves to be about nothing but money.

    Customer service is a mess, terrible advice from people who do not know what they are doing. They also did not check for my wisdom teeth which a dentist has advised they should have checked before giving me a treatment plan. I would not recommend them to anyone. I have had my aligner for a year and a half. I have had to pay more to extend my treatment and they initial said it would only take 6 months. They also offered a friend of mine the same treatment length for 1000€ less and when I spoke to them all they said was sorry. No one has helped me and now I feel lost. Go to your registered dentist first before going for the "quick option".

    Everything works well from the start but than I ordered my retainers 4 month ago, I still did not receive them, the whole experience was and is aweful, no one can help, you have to explain your issue over and over again and the answers are always the same and not helpful. They only care about new costumers. Cannot recommend and I am honestly speechless.

    STAY AWAY! They are distorting me for more money after their treatment hasn’t been working. I have already paid more than 2.000e and it is outrageous that they are asking me to pay more when I have used the retainers exactly as asked. It is a hoax and they will use all means to get more money out of you. Not to mention all the times I went to their dentist to check the progress and they either didn’t know that I was invited for a check or had a different dentist every time recommending something else. Shameful company which shouldn’t exist.

    This place is a total disaster. They stated that it would take 6 months of treatment to fix my teeth but it is still not fixed yet. It’s been 10 months so far. I was supposed to receive my last pairs of retainer. They sent me retainer that won’t even fit at all. Is this supposed to be a joke? This place is not taking their work seriously. Using Dr smiles name as a brand this location does not know how to do their job. How am I supposed to pay them with service like this? I would be filing a complaint with the consumer bureau and get my money back. Ask for money back as this is not an example of service that was promised to me.

    Absolute mistake - do not get fooled! My treatmeant was not succesful, and they asked for more money to complete it! Stay away and chose another provider that will deliver what they promised!

    Awful experience. I "finished" my treatment in February. By then they told me I'd have to wait 8 more weeks to install my permanent retainer, which noone had told me before (shock). I waited these 8 weeks, and scheduled the appointment for my final scan. After this scan on the 11th of April they advised me the permanent retainer would take up to 6 weeks to be ready. Well, it's been way longer than 6 weeks and every time I try to talk to a customer service agent they give me a vague response of how much longer it could potentially take. The last one even got annoyed at me because I demanded a date and closed the chat on me. All and all, just go to a regular dentist, Dr smile only cares about your experience when they are selling you their product.

    ***STAY AWAY*** Be careful, I paid more than 2000 euros for bad results at the beginning, they are the nicest to you, they assure you that they are with you until you get the smile you dreamed of, but it's all lies!! At the end of my first treatment I didn't get the results I was promised and I wasn't satisfied at all I asked to continue the treatment until the desired results I got it for free after the second treatment I still wasn't satisfied I went there the doctor told me I would get the third treatment for free and yet I received an email that I have to pay 500 extra euros why?? Why do I have to pay more if it's not my fault I did everything I was told and I doubt if anyone sees the bad pictures we send Where is what I was promised at the beginning I don't recommend at all I warn you to stay away It's a waste of money and time.

    We are not satisfied at all. They just took money. In start of treatment they promise people for good result but after treatment if you are not satisfied with your treatment and contact them they don't helped you. very sad

    I came to a "free" consultation Meeting with a goal to fix the upper teeth only. very quickly they let me know i will have to do their premium plan, which is the most expensive one. although to the opinion of other dr. my case is not difficult and i also asked only for the upper part. right after they told me that if i want to have the simulation and the more details about the plan ill have to pay 250Euros. so not much of a "free consultation Meeting". i left there with no more information than i had before. everything they told me i knew already online. i just felt this whole place just scream money, this is the only thing they care about, and now reading the other comments here i see im not the only one who felt that way.

    It's a big trap Runnn away It's about 8 months that my treatment finished but I still waiting for my wire retainer!!!! They don't care about. I have paid more than 3000€!! And no response If you pay 6€ for a sandwich you will get more respect!! I have contacted them so many times but the only reason was it's not ready !!!!

    I had an appointment here recently. They did tell me that as per my x-ray results, aligners would not fit to my case and that I have to first do some other treatment. But the doctor did not explain it well and just left me puzzled. I have been sending them emails to send me the x ray result and also some details on what kind of treatment should I take, but no response. They are not responding to my calls neither are they answering my emails

    I made an accidental purchase (which shouldn't even be possible seen the amounts the treatment costs), reached out to the customer service IN THE NEXT TWO HOURS, right after I saw the email "thanking me for my order". The customer service is refusing to discuss a cancellation. The treatment they proposed doesn't even fit my expectations. EVEN if I wanted to purchase it I would have wanted to discuss it further. I'm now having to pay prohibitive fees for a service I didn't want in the first place. Lawyers will be involved if the situation doesn't progress amicably from their side.

    BE CAREFUL!!! Very bad und unbelievable customer experience!!! After the 3D Scanning appointment I received my plan and a call from them. I was unsatisfied with their plan and wanted to learn more information from that guy who called me but he needed to finish the conversation to the next customer call. Then he marked that I received the treatment of DrSmile. In the whole process I didn’t give a yes word that I will start this treatment. Now I received the parcel and bills which I never have accepted and would like to purchase. Two weeks ago I called their customer center but till now I don’t get any feedback how to solve this problem. They just force me to accept their products. Be careful with them!

    I had my appointment of IPR before starting my treatment. On Monday 21/11 at 8am was my first appointment which at the end happened as a disaster. Women with middle length dark hair who was responsible for procedure was complete disaster. Very rude, didn’t explain anything before starting the treatment. The only one question she asked was - do u have any questions. And I obviously didn’t have any because how can I ask questions if I am not a professional in this topic and in my previous experience dentist was always explaining me what’s steps we have, why we are doing smth and so on. This doctor started really hardly doing me this procedure. I thought I will loose my brain, it was painful. I asked her to stop 2 times abd then asked her to give me a mirror to understand at least how big halls she is doing. I never did this procedure so I had no idea what to expect. Then!!!! She ran away from room and refused to come back even after I asked her because going back and forward wasn’t in my plans. But she didn’t finish and now I am very happy about it !!! Because she is really bad and lazy doctor ! Also separate good words I need to say to girl, which is working there as a receptionist. She was really nice to me, tried to calm me down after this toxic communication with this bad dentist. I was crying after this bad experience because this type of behavior is not common for me. Receptionist girl she gave me new appointment with another doctor. On 23/11 I had another appointment with another doctor but the same procedure. And I am really happy that previous doctor didn’t finish her work ! Today I had men, short dark hair and he was a real professional! He was really good person, he understood me and treated me as good, as I could start to trust him ! When u will decide to make appointment - don’t go to this women, she is not mentally stable. She was doing the same procedure really bad abd with using machine from the beginning and believe me, it is really uncomfortable feeling. But at the same time men dentist firstly did everything manually and just at the end he used a bit of his equipment! I am really recommend him !

    I have been in treatment for more than one year; the first treatment were 6 month only to fix 4 teeth, the aligners misplaced my molars , therefore i needed to pay 600 extra , now after second treatment they asked me 300 extra because i did not did the IPr which was never asked and the molars are still in bad shape , go to another system . the guarantee is not real.

    This people are so rude. I called them to make appointment for me at 12.30 and then lady told me my appointment is at 12.30. so I went there at 12:30PM and they refused me because they said my appointment was at 12:00PM. And always give wrong information to Clint make them sick. Never ever to this place.

    Great service from start of the scan all the way to when the aligners arrive with concrete instructions. Loving it so far. Only issue is, I was promised an e toothbrush but I never received it, (might have gotten retainers instead but I wasn’t informed about this switch) and the customer service personnel never got back to me regarding that. Still happy overall. Thanks DrSmile.

    very customer oriented - or in other words, something not so typical Berliner Schnauze. But to be honest, sending three different nurses to attend one customer in a row is not necessary - they just keep repeating the same info.

    I’m very happy with the service. You are seen regularly by an orthodontist for all your appointments and the app they have is also very useful. The only thing I would change would be to possibly add a timer within the app ,so you can track how long you take out your trays for.

    Dr. Smile has been a good experience. So far I had one IPR appointment in the Ku'damm location and in I'm already wearing my second aligners top and bottom. The treatment is well organized, reliable and clean. I had some mild pain in between the aligners, but is normal. It wears off after some hours. The customer service is good as well. Quick replies and useful information. I would recommend.

    After my first appointment and 3d scan i didn't have to wait long for my results. I am now on week 3 with my aligners, it took 1 day to adapt to them but everything is good now. I would recommend using dr smile to others for the price and customer service
