The customer service leading to the treatment was okay. The translators in Turkey were all right until I got on the plane back to the UK. Later, the contact was almost non existing. 13 months after the hair transplant in Liv Hospital in Istanbul, you can see the results in the pictures below, as well as Qunomedical and LIV HOSPITAL’s reponse to my query. I would never recommed it to anyone. Before you decide to give it a go, take a look at my pictures. If that is what you expect, go for it.

I have done my hair transplant in Turkey through Qunomedical on Aug 2 2019. I received number of calls and mails to accept their offer and they spoke well. The pick ups and hotel everything went well as all those arranged by the clinic. I was promised full coverage of hair after assessing my photographs and I asked it to confirm 5 times through mail. After the treatment they promised to follow up every 3 month but I didnt get any correspondence from them. After 6 month I contacted them as there was no remarkable improvement. They asked me to wait 12 months. I contacted again after 12 months because the coverage was not even 40%. The photos before and after are evident to this but they said they can't trust photos to agree with me. They want me to get a certificate from a local doctor saying the treatment was not successful which is not possible at all. Also when I asked about their promise of 100% coverage, they said they offer coverage not density. When I asked to explain they said the planted hair everywhere but they cant account for the considerable gaps between the grafts. They are not convinced about the almost same look before and after the procedure. They said they have an office in Ireland but when I asked their address they do not have any office here. I believe its better to go to Turkey directly which reduce their commission from the treatment cost. I have to give no star to them but that option is not available. Never recommend Qunomedical to anyone. I am unable to give a reply here so an update. Each time I asked about the density, the executive said me that the doctor confirmed that I've a good donor area and I'll get full coverage. I also confirm with them repeatedly I don't require a second treatment for full natural looking result. Each time they assured me that the doctor evaluate my photos and he is sure about the result and I dont need a second treatment. After 12 months of the procedure I contacted the patient care team and after collecting all the details and screen shots of mails ( I forwarded the mails to the team too ) as evidence from me, they educate me the difference between coverage and density. So believe there is no point in going through all these again

Dont usually send reviews. But I'm overwhelmed how good Qunomedical have been with me. Communication between us. Has been amazing. Always an answer. Just remember time difference. I didnt lol When I realised I was messaging 9pm. Didnt realise it was 11 in turkey. Or they be on dinner. They do get back in touch asap. I can honestly say. You will have nothing to worry about. The team are amazing. I will gladly recomend Qunomedical to anyone. Happy in the fact you will have a great experience. Like having a guardian by your side. Good luck what ever your in contact for. Within a very short time he had arranged a quotation, a plan and a package for both my daughter and myself. Great experience with my representatives at Qunomedical. Would've been perfect had I not been told I needed to pay in Euros when I was able to pay in USD. Ended up costing me an additional $300 in fees that could've been avoided, so make sure you completely understand payment options before leaving. This is also partially on me, since the treatment documents did show USD as an option, but all my communications prior to departing did not reflect that. That side, everyone was very friendly and helpful and the doctors they recommended did a great job. Would absolutely recommend.

Qunomedical are great to deal with. They make the process so easy! They are on hand to answer any questions you may have. I had a Custom Dental implant package provided by Qunomedical and carried out by Dentatur Antalya and I am very satisfied with the results. at short notice I was booked in and had a full new smile with in days. My hotel was changed at last minute from the one we originally agreed with that was unsatisfactory in regards to being very basic and little to no Wi-Fi to contact family back home. I would like to say thank you to Julia for making this happen and hopefully my next visit I will be placed in better accommodation.

For years I had been considering getting rhinoplasty surgery due to a broken nose. I was really unhappy with the way it looked. The surgery alone in Ireland was 5000-7000€ which was completely out of my price range. I had been browsing hospitals on different websites in different countries when I came across qunomedical. Colette was my first patient manager who sent me quotes from different countries and helped me decide which was best for me. She was so helpful and kept in contact with me throughout the whole selection process. I was then handed over to Jenny who was just brilliant. Any queries I had were dealt with straight away. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process and there wasn’t one moment I was worried about anything. She was so friendly, kept me in the loop at all times and checked up on me after the procedure. The hospital and hotel were fabulous and the staff were so friendly and helpful. If it wasn’t for Qunomedical I wouldn’t have taken the step to get the rhinoplasty that I’d wanted for so long done.

I had a number of calls with the Qunomedical team prior to deciding whether to Proceed with treatment. My contact Elizabeth was extremely helpful providing me with a number of options and even setting up a call with the surgeon. I decided on Liv Hospital in the end, which I am pleased to say was the right choice for me. The hotel was more than adequate and pick up and transfers (mostly) went smoothly. The critical aspect for me was the quality of treatment the post surgery aftercare. The quality of work and attentiveness of the medical team genius surpassed my expectations. It’s been over a year now and I remain very pleased with the results. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Qunomedical to anyone following my positive experience.

Unfortunately my experience with qunomedical was dreadful. First I was advised to go for a hair transplant with Istambul based clinic called esteworld. They botched my transplant and took no responsibility. Despite that I recommended qunomedical to two of my friends because they were working with a few very reliable clinics and stopped collaboration with the one I was sent to. In exchange for recommending a friend I was promised 100 €. Despite chasing them on numerous occasions it has never been paid to me. It's been 5 months now.

I was picked up at the airport. Transport was organised for appointments throughout my trip. The hotel staff spoke great English, were friendly and always done their best to facilitate my needs. The hospital.....well I have never felt so comfortable, well looked after and confident about the staff and their abilities. They explained everything in detail, provided a full work up beforehand and are experts in their field. The hospital was so clean you could eat your dinner off the floor. I would highly recommend.

I've been following the Qunomedical Facebook page for sometime, and have been in contact with the staff on off for a couple of years now. The staff are fantastic and very knowledgeable about the clinics and services they provide, no pressure sales tactics just friendly service. So I took the plunge and went to Turkey 🇹🇷 to get my hair transplant with the help of Qunomedical, I was able to select the clinic I went to Dr Cinik Clinic was 5 ⭐, I was picked up from the airport in a Mercedes V class chauffeur driven people carrier to my 5 ⭐ hotel which was awesome, was treated like a premier league footballer. Had communication from the clinic about my pickup times to and from the clinic. Turkey has strict guidelines around the corona virus and made me feel safe the two nights I spent in Turkey🇹🇷. Qunomedical have been great with me informing me on exact details I would face and it was on point, all the staff I have dealt with have been great, and are still in contact with me now and the foreseeable future to ensure I'm happy with my results. Can't fault the company at all thank you and look forward to seeing the results. And a special thanks to Colette and Justyna for putting my mind at ease and giving me the confidence to get the treatment.

They screwed up my hair transplant by recommending a bad doctor, structure of my hair is ruined forever now. Post operation the customer service is appalling, ignoring emails and failing to acknowledge bad results or offering solutions. Avoid at all costs,
