Unfortunately
one
star
for
this
facility,
although
some
of
the
trainers
are
really
great
and
don't
deserve
this,
but
the
rating
goes
to
the
management
and
the
way
they
are
treating
their
attendants
and
the
way
facilities
are
maintained
(I
was
attending
disco
boxing
classes).
As
people
here
already
mentioned,
this
is
not
a
real
boxing,
but
more
of
a
cardio
training
that
is
punching
a
bag
a
little
bit,
which
is
suitable
for
me
and
i
liked
the
classes.
What
i
didn't
like,
but
decided
to
accept
is
that
there
is
no
changing
room,
and
you
need
to
change
in
front
of
everyone,
and
it's
not
very
convenient,
especially
because
classes
are
mixed
gender.
The
thing
i
truly
disliked,
and
it
was
almost
a
no
go
for
me
is
that
this
facility
doesn't
require
to
change
the
shoes
when
coming
to
the
classes,
but
many
exercises
are
done
on
the
floor,
and
it's
extremely
unhygienic.
The
floor
is
very
dirty
and
you
get
all
kinds
of
chunks
of
who
knows
what
sticking
to
your
hands
when
touching
the
floor.
It's
really
disgusting.
The
toilets
are
also
shared
and
with
questionable
hygiene.
The
hand
towels
stink
incredibly,
and
this
stays
on
your
hands
until
you
next
wash
them.
The
main
entrance
is
constantly
open
before
and
after
training,
so
you
are
freezing
and
need
to
change
all
sweaty
in
the
cold.
They
have
no
lockers
(although
they
claim
they
do,
but
these
are
not
lockers,
as
they
cannot
be
locked).
Apparently
you
are
not
allowed
to
leave
your
belongings
close
to
you,
which
I
found
out
today,
after
2
months
of
coming.
One
of
the
owners
came
to
me
when
class
already
started,
although
i
was
there
20
minutes
before
it,
to
let
me
know
my
bag
cannot
be
there
on
the
table
next
to
the
entrance
and
I
should
bring
it
upstairs
to
the
2nd
level.
I
didn't
find
her
request
kind
and
considerate
of
the
fact
that
the
class
already
started,
and
I
thought
it's
weird
after
2
months
of
having
my
bag
always
in
the
same
place,
that
this
is
that
much
of
a
big
deal
and
she
needs
to
interrupt
my
class
for
that
reason.
When
i
said
I'm
not
comfortable
leaving
my
bag
unattended,
she
claimed
there
are
keys
upstairs
to
lock
it.
I
went
upstairs,
there
were
no
keys.
This
made
me
go
back
and
forth
while
the
class
was
in
progress.
I
found
all
of
that
very
unprofessional
and
just
adding
to
the
top
of
hygiene
problems
that
already
bothered
me,
I
said
I
won't
be
coming
to
this
classes
again
as
i
cannot
leave
my
staff
unattended,
to
what
she
said
to
me
'why
don't
you
leave
now?'.
I
thought
this
is
really
out
of
line
to
say
to
someone
who
paid
for
your
class,
and
it
really
upset
me,
but
I
said
to
her
I
will
leave
my
staff
there
and
finish
this
class
and
won't
be
coming
to
this
facility
again.
I
tried
to
continue
the
training,
but
another
owner
came
(these
are
2
young
girls)
and
said
I
called
another
owner
a
'b...'
word,
which
I
never
did.
She
started
arguing
and
being
very,
very
offensive,
claiming
to
me
that
i
said
something
I
never
said
and
opening
the
door
for
me
to
leave,
although
all
of
my
stuff
was
on
the
2nd
level
where
they
requested
me
to
put
it.
I'm
not
gonna
go
into
all
the
details,
but
it
was
very
stressful
and
very
unpleasant.
So
in
the
end
I
was
the
one
defending
myself,
although
it's
me
who
was
mistreated
by
them,
what
a
paradoxical
situation.
Just
to
add
all
of
this
was
in
front
of
the
whole
class,
even
if
the
music
was
very
loud,
all
the
people
were
able
to
hear
arguing
and
raised
tones.
The
professionalism
here
and
customer
respect,
as
unfortunately
in
quite
few
places
in
Berlin,
doesn't
exist.
Classes
can
be
fun,
concept
can
be
cool,
but
this
kind
of
behavior
won't
bring
them
far
in
the
long
run.
They
don't
need
to
provide
you
with
anything
(shower,
separate
changing
room,
lockers,
clean
floor,
warm
conditions,
proper
toilets,
hair
dryers),
but
they
demand
from
you
ridiculous
things
without
basic
politeness
and
consideration.
Thanks,
but
no
thanks.
Just
scroll
down
and
see
how
the
management
responds
to
the
negative
comments,
you
will
understand
everything.
