Good facilities. Good equipment. All in all friendly staff. BUT I heard they were not nice with finishing contracts. In fact I had to experience this myself. They did not accept my cancellation of contract last year and charged me through all the quarantine even when the gym was closed. Initially they said they would compensate for the first lockdown yet they keep charging me. Then after some time they asked us nicely to "help them survive" through the pandemic by not asking anything in return when they did not give two loads about our/my situation. On top, they rarely reply emails. Even before pandemic. I would really NOT recommend.

LOUSY EXPERIENCE. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Unfortunately I have no good things to say about Superfit. I signed up for an annual plan to attend the gym daily and after a month the pandemic started. All the members I know of Superfit, including me, were forced to pay the monthly fee without having the possibility to access the service or attend for obvious reasons. Personally I don't think it is the responsibility of the clients to keep the economy of the gym going in the middle of a health crisis, in any case it will be the responsibility of the state or the gym itself but I don't see why the members should pay the consequences. At the same time, my bank changed my account number and consequently my automatic debit stopped. I tried to contact the gym by phone, by email and even by mail to ask them to update my bank account number, but they did not respond and consequently referred me to a collection company that intimidated me to pay €150 or go directly to court. I was forced to pay a debt that did not correspond to me to a gym that contractually obliges its customers to pay for a service it does not offer. Honestly, my experience was one of lousy service, lousy customer communication and questionable ethics with respect to their contracts. I would not recommend this gym.

And here I thought there could be at least one gym franchise with a bit of decency in their contracts. Nope. After being closed for half a year, they decided to force me to pay for all that time even though I selected a plan which allows me to pay every month. That commitment in the contract is very vague and it was not communicated to me verbally anyhow. What I was told was "You just pay every first day of the month as you come here". Turns out, just to go to a gym, you need a lawyer now. Also, the email address which should be used for termination of contract (as stated in the contract) is not there anymore, so I wouldn't be surprised if the only way to cancel the subscription would be via actual mail. UPD: they wait really long to react on membership cancellation emails and of course they ask you to pay for the month that passed between the day you send the email and the day they reacted

They have not been responsive nor supportive in regard to cancelling my contract. Not responding to emails, phone calls or whatever. Four months after my first email they got back to me. Now 7 months after, still nothing happened.

Quite good gym with space for each activity. I found all machines that I needed. Unfortunately there’s not enough space for free weights (small amount of benches, small zone). Great thing is cooler with water and different tastes as you usually can have in Superfit. Quite big sauna and chilling zone are also good reason to choose this gym.

Echoing all the comments regarding SuperFit's essentially criminal behavior when it comes to contracts. I was a member until Covid closed everything in March 2020, including SuperFit. I received no email or other contact from SuperFit about memberships, contracts, etc. In August 2020 I moved back to the United States. In October 2020 I received a debt collection agency pursuing me for my SuperFit membership fees from March to August 2020. I emailed SuperFit to say that I was appalled at this behavior, informed them I had moved to the United States and attached my Abmeldung. I paid the debt collection agency simply to end the affair. Six months later, SuperFit is now harassing me repeatedly, attempting to force me to pay them membership fees from October 2020 to June 2020. Upon multiple complaints, they informed me that I had "failed" to cancel my membership. SuperFit is the worst company I have ever interacted with in my entire life. At this point I am opening a proceeding against them with the relevant consumer protection agency to hopefully save others from this criminal harassment and extortion.

Heard many mixed reviews of this gym but my experience has been nice so far in the last six months. There’s enough well maintained gym equipments, it’s always clean and the classes are very helpful especially Bodypump, Bodyattack, Bauch Beine Po and Zumba. The trainers also help you when they are available. It’s true it remains crowdy most of the time but during lunch time or saturday nights are very free. Sauna is included in the membership, it’s a huge plus! Only one scope of improvement I would suggest is that they can operate the classes on English language as well because right now all of the classes are in german.

A TRULY DESPICABLE COMPANY. Ruthless!! They treat their clients like we are their investors. Their gyms were closed for 7? months during the pandemic, meaning they provided us NO SERVICES, yet they refused to even pause let alone cancel memberships. I became unemployed in Nov 2020, was injured and diagnosed with hip dysplasia, and they have completely ignored my request to pause or grant early cancellation of my contract. One of their direct debits was rejected (my fault) by my account, and I re-sent a payment manually, which they still have never acknowledged although I've sent the confirmation to them and to collections multiple times. They then completely stopped attempting to direct debit my account, and sent my fees to collections, doubling the charges, even after I told them repeatedly and showed proof of my unemployment, injury and diagnosis. I paid it all eventually, and ended up paying twice for the one I sent manually. They take weeks and months to return emails, all the while racking up your fees and sending you to collections. I've now paid the fees via collections, but they claim I still owe more. I just paid it all to get them off my back. They are disgusting. I'm still waiting for an answer on what those additional fees are for. And have still never heard back to my email from 28 May about my request for early cancellation. STAY AWAY. Or don't ever lose your job or get injured.

The studio is modern and accessible 24/7. Another positive thing is that you can get liquids of different flavors free of charge. Unfortunately, the open space area is too small and it is difficult to find a space. A lot of unnecessary space was wasted for the entrance area, which is missing for the open spaces. For men there are only 3 showers in total. This quickly leads to the absurd situation of naked men lining up in front of the showers. I am revising my rating (February 14, 2024) and increasing it by another 🌟 because it is a very fair price-performance ratio. Overall, 3 stars don't seem enough to me.

JULIA is the worst staff. I have never experienced so much RACISM just because I don't speak German. Today she has completely ruined my experience after being a loyal member for over a year. She lacks manners, is incredibly rude, ignores you, and even makes threats to kick you out even though I am a member. How can someone like that work in customer service??? I have never had an issue with any other trainer, and I was shocked by the way she treats customers.

I've been a long-time member of this gym and have always been satisfied with the staff. Unfortunately, today I had a really bad experience with a new trainee named Julia. Despite being polite and calm throughout our interaction, she walked away while I was talking to her, ignored me, spoke very unfriendly, and acted VERY inappropriately for someone working in customer service. She directed me to call a number to file a complaint, but when I tried to call the number, it wasn't working. I informed her of this issue, to which she simply replied, 'It's not my problem,' ignored me once more, turned her back, and continued walking away. This type of person is not suited for a customer service role.

Best gym I’ve ever joined. Looking at the monthly membership u would think it is a discounter gym but by doing without steaming bath, towel service or hangers in the locker, u get 150% of why your going to the gym; super clean, nice machines, really nice and qualified staff. Highly recommended.

As far as gyms go, it’s a fairly useable space. It’s clean and the staff are nice and really helpful, even if you don’t speak German that well. The downsides for me are how it’s so warm in there from about March and that’s when it’s hardly warm outside. There’s no AC either so I have no idea how people work out there during August, for example. I feel the positioning of the equipment could be arranged a bit better too, so that there’s more space for people to warm up, or for other equipment. There’s loads of machines that rarely get used, if at all, and not enough of the ones that you have to wait a while for. I find that slightly annoying.

The gym is very well furnished and super clean and the staff is friendly! The space in general feels very welcoming and there’s even a women area with a sauna accessible only trough the women changing room! I haven’t done any sport for a while cause gyms made me feel uncomfortable, but the environment here is just great. Give it a try!

The gym is good and has space but it's poorly used and always feels super busy even when there isn't so many people around. There are only 3 squat racks which always has a line up for, often I see people waiting for up to 20-30 mins for and unfortunately these are the only spaces for any kind of heavy lifting - squats and deadlifts. Many of the more common machines, like the leg curls & cable frames are never available. Because the key machines and equipment is so busy, there are always people looking at you to hurry up finish and standing around you waiting or getting annoyed that you are taking too much time. There are so many useless "gimmick machinery" that no one uses (the ones next to the vending machine) and a lot of cardio machines that, again, no one uses. There are 4 treadmills outside of the men's room that I have never seen being used. There are 4 stationary bikes outside of the group fitness zone that only ever has 1 person using. There is a TRX zone that no-one does TRX on. I can never follow my training plans because of equipment availability - even my second and third back-up plans are not available. Often I simply need to find a corner somewhere and use some small weights to create a whole new workout. This is fine but this is what I did at home during lockdown so it negates the need for a gym membership. You should really look at reviewing your space usage and how your members use the gym. 30% of the space is just open space, 30% is cardio space and 40% is weights but 80% of the members are doing weights. Get rid of all the underused equipment and install a whole bunch of multipurpose squat racks with benches, more free-weights zones with benches and some cable cross-over frames and this will help with capacity and provide the members with what they want. The staff are very very nice, helpful and welcoming though and have no problems with speaking English.

Be careful of these guys. Been a member for years. then i fractured my knee and couldnt go to the gym for a few months. The sent letters asking about payment to an old address but never called or emailed me!! then they sent the owed payment to INKASSO which has screwed my credit score. Its very frustrating how rigid the German system can be. I had no bad intentions. They made very slim effort to contact me properly and then proceed to ruin a part of my life by giving me bad credit. Honestly pretty depressing.

Good location. The machines are in good condition and most of them are quite new. It gets busy after 4 pm. The course offering is very good.

I enjoyed the fact they had a women’s only section - the men’s section is a bit dingy and dark - very warm - but also well equipped and not too long to wait for equipment. I prefer the women’s space - it was great as I could join for just one month whilst visiting

Ideal commercial gym w/ easy 24 hr access. During peak times the benches and free weights area are usually too busy. So don't come at peak or plan to adapt your training according to what's open.

This gym is insanely over steps about your personal information. Be careful if you are immigrant. Is it a gym or an Amt? I went here today for a trial day with my fiancé and when I registered my infos the receptionist asked me where I‘m from. In the what sake does it matter for gym? And I wanted to register myself for 12months and they asked my Id and visa (lol) and I felt already mega offensive about it but I showed him my visa and he said it‘s a Duldung visa, which is not true and he said I cannot register 12months because of my visa. I‘ve registered many gyms and I‘ve never ever asked about my visa. My visa still had time and I was with my fiancé and I told him I‘m getting married soon with him and then he asked him if he‘s german and I can register if he shows his ID. So well, be prepared mentally to go to this gym :)

Really nice gym and good value. Always clean and there is a lot of space so you don’t feel too cramped. Has all the equipment you might need but of course in the busier times the free weights area can be crowded. There is a separate area just for women which is great, but it does not open until 7am and I really wish they had heavier weights in there and maybe a squat rack (has smith machine only). A lot of the space is taken up by resistance machines which it seems like are not used too often, would be nice to have more free weight Other than that I love it and the staff are always friendly and helpful

Gym and machines are fine, friendly personal. Only 2 observations: -I would switch off the light sometimes, lamps are 24/7 on, even with daylight. Unnecessary consumerism. -Sometimes in summer the air conditioning was so extreme it was cold, not good while sweating

Very convenient 24 hours gym next to the U-bahn. The monthly no-contract membership is a huge plus for those staying a couple of months or less in the city. The staff is helpful, very friendly and professional. The weights and equipment are well maintained. Like most gyms in Germany, the free weights area is a bit small, but not an issue during regular non peak hours. The sauna and the relaxation room are also nice additional features. It is a low cost no contract gym with enough equipment and professional staff. I will go back next time I am in Berlin.

Good gym. Squat racks used as bench press though so squatting generally done at the crossfit area, where there is no support and no facing mirror. No bands to warm up (maybe due to covid?) Staff are brilliant, very helpful and friendly. Place is very clean, i felt that every time I was there someone was cleaning.

Great read studio and the worker Toni is the best, she is super nice, friendly and helpful, she didn't provide the best information and was also honest with me, which other studio workers are not. She was honest and helpful, thank you again Toni, thanks to you I found the studio I've been looking for for a long time, I can finally train again, now it's time to move on 😌💪

the free weight area is comically small and the men’s restroom only has one sink. not sure who designed this place but they screwed up. some good equipment for sure just gets busy and good luck waiting for a bench during peak time. so much space in this gym not being utilitized correctly. best thing about this gym is they play very good early 2000s american rap!

I wanted to try out before switching my membership to here, but they would not offer a trial training session, and instead wanted me to pay like €25 for a day pass. I guess they didn’t want my subscription 🤷‍♂️

I will not recommend. I have clearly cancelled my membership in June 2023. Case closed. And after a year I received a email to pay an amount of 130 euros from their debt collectors. Because of “interest” and “collection fee”. It’s a never ending thing. No emails or whatever was also sent from the gym beforehand to inform me about anything. I only used for a month from May to June and now they are asking me to pay 130 euros. Would not recommend

The free weights are is unfortunately super small, only 1 place for bench press, very few racks and benches. The gym is otherwise clean and the staff friendly, but no option for a trial day, which all other gyms offer. Not the best for weight lifting, but it has a sauna and a good cardio area. Overall 3.5/5.

As another member, design of gym is poor. Weights area is almost always full. Forget about doing anything in cable crossover machine. Everyone takes 30 mins there. Oh and Mondays super packed so it takes a lot of time to do a workout. Half of the gym is filled with machines that most of the time is not used. They should at least get another two cable machines and some weights maybe then it could be a good place. Although i doubt they'd do that, better look for another gym i guess..

Top employees and my regular studio. Unfortunately, I have to give the 1 star rating today because the ventilation still doesn't work despite repeated reports and that in an extremely overcrowded studio. The funny thing is that the ventilation has never worked since I joined in 2022. The training is now almost unbearable. For the last time, I ask you to FINALLY fix the problem!!
