Went here for a friends get together. Service was really slow and we waited a long time for food and drinks. When we commented on it we were told that they are very busy and it was basically our fault as we did not order everything together. Then the waiter told us that we should put ourselves in the shoes of them and if we know how service works. Yes I am aware, but excuses to the guest do not help and being rude neither. No apologies at all.The food was average and probably even below. I think a lot of hype for nothing. No value for the service you receive. The 2 stars are purely for the design of the place, location and drinks.

I had an average experience dining at GRACE. The food was good, and the ambience clearly well thought out but the high prices did not align with the portion size and value received. Unfortunately, despite ordering the clearly labeled vegetarian bread and butter dish, my wife and I found two long strips of bacon inside our basket. The waiter expressed surprise and later mentioned that it “used” to be a thing. As visibly Muslim patrons, this incident raises troubling questions about the restaurant’s commitment to inclusivity and equal treatment. Although the food was enjoyable, the unsettling incident with the dish description casts doubt on the establishment’s consistency and integrity.

Horrible experience, had food poisoning!!! The staff wasn’t good too. They had absolutely no idea what wine they selling. But the food poisoning afterwards was just the most terrible thing, living in Berlin for more than 7 years, ate at hundreds of restaurants, but this… never coming back.

Located within a hotel and on a good shopping street. Very nice ambience with good service-suitable for friends or couples. The food is western asian fusion and are excellent. Selection of alcohol is decent.

All cocktails were trash sugar syrup and color, no hint of alcohol tones as described in the menu. Not well shaken at all, looks like bartender was an intern. They just look good do not taste good !

Until a while ago, I was a loyal customer of Grace Hotel but after a recent disappointing experience, I will never again come to Grace Hotel bar or restaurant. Another day in October, I came with two friends; all European men dressed in black tie, Berlin residents. All of us were constant guests of Grace bar and restaurant, always ordering champagne. To my huge surprise, when we arrived, the selector by the door asked us whether we had reserved our seats. Being known to the hotel, we never had to reserve seats before and have always stood by the bar stand with orders of many champagne bottles. Shockingly, the selector denied us from coming in the bar for whatever obscene reason, making strange, disrespectful and provocative remarks about us. The selector was a young black man, who I think had some kind of personal issue with us. The security near him had said they had no issues with us but that everyone had to be regulated by the selector. A question to the management of Grace Hotel; why do you hire a selector who lets in people with rucksacks but not those dressed in black tie and constant customers of your establishment? This selector makes a disservice to Grace Hotel and gives a bad reputation. Because of this treatment, I will never come to Grace Hotel bar or restaurant again and will make sure that all my acquaintances know about my terrible experience here.

It has a nice restaurant and bar. We returned to Grace restaurant without any reservations. Staff are very friendly and prompt to serve us. Dishes are super tasty and there's a beautiful ambience

Grace restaurant is ok, food is good and the service ok. However I can not recommend the Roof Top. I went there during the week, after having dinner at the restaurant, as was told us we didn’t need a reservation for that. Arriving we sit next to a couple after asking them and ordered drinks. The sofa next to us got free so we moved there. After 2 minutes a service guy with a bun, came and very rudely said “where you guys come from? You can’t sit there”. Apparently the sit was reserved but we couldn’t have known. I have never experienced such unprofessional and untrained service and pretty much damaged the mood for the night. After this awful experience I am not coming back to grace again and can’t recommend to anyone. If you expect a good, friendly service, grace is not the place to be.

The food at Grace is fantastic. Service friendly and attentive. Music too loud for my taste, you can hardly have a conversation. I would still love to come back.

We went to Grace for dinner as a group. After we had to wait a bit, we were brought to our table and shortly afterwards the menu came and the aperitifs were asked for. We then ordered appetizers to share with a good mix of sushi, salad, oysters and pork belly. For the main course there were several times the tenderloin and fish. In terms of taste, everything was of a high standard and the wine recommendation was also convincing. The service was good and everything was right except for one small thing.

Top class restaurant. The food is delicious. The service is implacable. Good selection of wines and alcohol. Adjacent there is the bar which has a great atmosphere to end the night in a company of beautiful people and good drinks

There were two of us there for dinner. From the first moment we experienced courteous, pleasantly relaxed and attentive service. We put together our courses ourselves and the quality was simply excellent. Everything was great and a clear recommendation. And of course, you should know in advance that the prices in the middle of the Ku'damm are a little higher. Thank you for the lovely evening Steffen

Visited the place from a recommendation and once an own experience. Absolutely horrible and disrespectful service. No ambition to deliver customer service and no friendliness by the girl serving us and even ‚funny‘ hand signs when dissatisfaction was expressed.

Had an absolutely horrible experience here. The bouncers stopped me before I entered and let another (visibly wealthy) individual walk through gallantly. I was wearing a navy bomber jacket, trousers and white sneakers but was told I was not dressed well enough, however I could see people wearing sweatshirts and baseball caps inside. The manager refused me entry in spite of being a member of the hotel where the bar is located. I've lived and travelled all over the world and this is the worst experience I've ever encountered. For a place that pretends to be a luxury bar/restaurant it seemed odd to have 3 burly bouncers greet you rather than someone trained in customer service and hospitality. Disgusting.

Every dish we had at this restaurant was to die for, no joke!! It’s one of those places we’re you have to visit if you’re in Berlin, not to be missed!

Amazing food, innovative and upscaled, great service and wine pairing.

Totally overrated Came her to celebrate with my boyfriend. Paid over 100 Eur for the menu which was only average quality. The worst thing was the music which was directly transferred from the hotel bar in high noise - RNB. I felt like a teen and just wanted to leave instead of celebrating a romantic dinner. Never again.

Rarely to find a restaurant like this! Amazing great skills of the staff to act snooty and arrogant! Warned by some friends, but wanted to give it a try cause of a beauty I took out for dinner. 12 minutes late! The waitress blamed me that they are so busy, they already wanted to give away our table. Waited 50 min for the food! Unbelievable. It seems, the recessions are made by trolls and those who buy other stuff from the waiters than food and drinks! All in together a wanna be high society restaurant with promises they can't keep.

We went for some drinks after work at Grace. Super cozy and romantic. The pornstar martinis and spicy margaritas were on point! Service as well, very attentive and friendly! Would recommend this place for a chilled night out!

Very cool inferior of the entrance and the restaurant. The staff is great! Food was very good but not excellent, that’s why I gave only 4 Stars.

The tenderloin steak was an absolute dream in medium rare! It couldn't have tasted better. Side dishes were also great, especially the green beans with a hint of heat. The service was super nice, uncomplicated and helpful in explaining the many different dishes.

Completely unacceptable location - unfriendly & arrogant. The highlight were the two bouncers (18.11.) who can hardly be surpassed in arrogance - it is clear why they are only bouncers, but the operator should know that this is the first impression for guests. Otherwise, poor price/performance. Definitely the last time there & there are better alternatives in Mitte instead of KuDamm. The best alternatives are definitely BAR TAUSEND, or SOHO HOUSE (but the later only as a hotel guest or club member)

Very good food, excellent service and nice atmosphere. After dinner have a drink at the Bar it is the place to be on the weekends.

Probably the best dinner I had in the last few years. Everything was simply divine. We had the tasting menu for two and an excellent Californian Chardonnay from Salmon Creek. The service also was sensational!

3.5 stars in total. Decent upscale bar and restaurant. Bar with bouncer. Cocktails are good, yet pricey (comparable to upscale London or NY Bars). Food is decent but not great, which it has to be for that price. Would recommend the bar for a couple drinks as the music on weekends is nice (live DJ).
