    I wish I would’ve read the one star reviews. All went smoothly at first. I came into the location and inquired about renting a car for 24 hours. The price was a little higher than expected but I agreed as I needed it. The man did a very brief walk around the car to look for damages with me and we didn’t see any. There was a apparent scratch on the headlights logged in the system but we couldn’t even find it. I gave him my credit card and signed some things. I also made the mistake of getting the free basic “insurance” thinking to myself that I would definitely not crash the car. I drove the car carefully and was with it for the entire 24 hours(literally). When I came back to return the car, to my misfortune, it was not the same man that I first dealt with. Instead, a lady came out to inspect for damages. I didn’t think much of it, and relaxed, glad that I had made it back safely with no accidents. Then my jaw nearly dropped. I was astounded to see that she had began conducting a crime scene investigation on the vehicle. I witnessed her brushing off dust to see what conditions lie beneath. She was analyzing every millimeter of the car with the hopes of discovering any imperfection. She occasionally she got down on the floor to get a strategic viewing angle. This whole time I was recalling how the first man simply walked around the vehicle and said “it looks ok.” Keep in mind this was also their cheapest vehicle in the fleet). I am dumbfounded as I watch. To no surprise, she concluded her investigation by exclaiming “uh oh!” As she rubbed her finger on the car indicating a flaw. She seemed insulted that something that happened to the car and immediately claimed to me that I had damaged their vehicle. I was resentful to hear this and got closer to try and see what she was boasting about... I couldn’t see it. She then had to instruct me as to which angle I needed to look at the car with in order to see the blemish.... I close my eyes and take a deep breath... trying to calm myself and accept that she is actually serious.. What I see is a very small impression, maybe 4mm in diameter on the bottom portion of the door. It is so minor that I wouldn’t of been surprised if it came like that from the factory. I tell her this must’ve been overlooked when the first man inspected the car because. She defensively says that that is impossible, because “we all do the same procedure when looking at the cars” I laugh to myself when she says this. It’s hard to believe that because she is the only car rental person I’ve seen in my whole life that tried that as hard as she did to find damage. Especially on the cheapest car in the fleet. She tells me that they are going to keep my €950 deposit until they decide how much of it they want to pocket, or how much I’m excess they want to charge. The paper she handed me said to contact them if I don’t hear back From them in 90 days. So now I wait possible 3 months to get my nearly €1,000 back. Hopefully no financial emergencies come up during that time. This is ridiculous. A car is not going to stay perfect forever. If someone looked at a brand new car as intensively as she did, they would find imperfections. I don’t understand how a company can operate like this. Cars have problems, cars break down and many times to no fault of the driver. For them to charge their clients for something such as this is absurd. I could understand if the car came back with the bumper ripped off and parts hanging off. But this was smaller than a door ding. This was probably from a pebble coming off truck passing by. And I still do not believe it occurred under my use. Depending on the outcome of this, I will do my best to make it clear to as many people as possible how this company treats their customers. I really hope they do the right thing and give someone a little common human respect. This lady does not understand what insignificance is and should get a job examining diamonds, not weekend rentals.

    Really bad service. I rented the rental car from Saturday to Sunday. Submitted on Sunday and still received an invoice by Tuesday. Reaching out to someone is really difficult. About three e-mails and 5 calls until someone on the phone took care of the error. A month later, a traffic ticket arrived on Tuesday. Same problems there. Difficult to reach someone by email or telephone. Even if the colleagues are nice and helpful, I definitely cannot recommend Enterprise. Overall, the clarification really took a lot of time and energy. Please improve the service!

    First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Abdul. He is really very interested and helped us a lot in choosing the car we will rent for our holiday plan. The car was very clean and comfortable. He offered the most suitable car for us. It was also important for our safety to have e-mail and telephone, with which we could be in contact at any time. I loved the confidence and comfort in this company. Thank you so much.

    Booked a car a few weeks in advance and when I arrived to pick it up, was told that there were no cars in the class that I booked, only the premium class available. They said they'd upgrade me to a brand new Mercedes E-Class with no extra charge but I requested a smaller inferior car, something that wasn't premium and wasn't new - none available I was told, I had to take the premium car. Barely drove the car and returned it without any incident three days later. I was told at the drop-ff that everything was ok and I'd get my deposit back in a few days. A week later I received a charge for 950€ for an apparent scratch on the wheel that I did not cause. Tried to dispute it and they told me that if I didn't have photos of the car before and after, then the charge stands. Horrible experience. Horrible company. Many other options around for car hire.

    Sadly they didn’t help me out with a payed booking, even though the staff was professional, as I booked through a external site, they washed their hands and didn’t gave me a car because my driver license wasn’t in English, I had to pay a “no-show” fee which I find absurd. It’s the first time I had this kind of issues while renting cars in EU with the same company. As tip, the other rental companies around this stall, does accept any other valid drivers license. Don’t lose your money here.

    Very bad rental location, and I strongly recommend everyone to stay away. Rented a car in the morning, and returned it in the evening. No rental contract was ever sent for the vehicle (either over email or in person), and no return confirmation was ever delivered for the return of the vehicle (either over email or in person). Extremely dangerous experience to have been driving a rental vehicle without having received a copy of the rental contract or a confirmation upon vehicle return. Other reviews speak about this location feeling like a scam, and I second this opinion. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

    I had a very good experience with this company. Mr. Abdul picked up the call, and offered a very friendly conversation. and his professional and friendly service comforted my stressful delay to pick up the car. We booked the small transporter, but because its technically defected (just a small thing, but they really obey the safety rules for customers), they offered us a big transporter with the same price. And with the insurance, we had a good time moving our stuff. Can't recommend this company enough!

    I rent a car from Enterprise Bahnhof Zoo Berlin. Mr. Keri Chalki was very helpful and polite. Their car are in great condition and their prices fair. I will choose them again in my next business in Berlin for sure!!! Highly recommended!!!

    Needed a replacement car at short notice after a traffic accident. The vehicle was made available quickly and the process was uncomplicated. When returning the item, damage was discovered that was not noted in the user contract. This was regulated in a customer-friendly manner using self-made proof images (that the damage was already there when the item was taken over) and no costs were incurred. A big thank you to the employee Kübra Kiraz.

    Exceptionally good customer service - after 8 years of booking with Enterprise, they never disappoint. With my most recent rental, I arrived late for pick up since I'd forgotten my driver's licence, and Keri went the extra mile to ensure I still got my car the same day - despite the fact the branch was 'closed!' Upon return I also had an excellent handover. Keri truly took the time to ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish. This is not a given in Berlin!!

    shocking and bad experience!! they charge extra 100 euros. when I went to book a car with my GF Vivienne, I spoke to one of the employees that I want the car after 6:30, she said ok but you need to pick up a car at 5-30 p.m. because we close our office at 6:00 p.m. and I asked if I am one hour late due to traffic she said yes its fine, so in the system, the time was 5-30, one hour early, which I was not aware, so I went to the office to talk that girl after writing her email, but she was not there and she didn't answer my email, so I talked to another guy about this issue and he discussed with manager and said we will pay you half money back today, it been one week I didn't receive anything. this kind of service they provide. I discussed everything before booking the car and still, they charged 100 euros...

    I had a very pleasant rental experience at the Enterprise location at the Zoo. I came after the closing time of the location (my bad), but Kübra waited for me and found me a car that fit my needs. Great customer service!

    Miss Kübra Kiraz was very helpful. Even though we had to rent the car at the last minute because our train was cancelled, the car was great. Also you can get service in Turkish, English and German which is very convenient.

    The smile face will come from Miss Kübra Kiraz and the wonderful service she gave me during my waiting time. She offered me a cup of fresh coffee and nice chocolate I have never seen before in any other car rental place in the world! She helped me select the best choice for the car insurance.     I decided on a corporate booking and booked a package with a “Compact Elite” vehicle. I was surprised that the Audi A3 vehicle doesn't even have sensors for the front or back and doesn't have a backup camera. When I asked them, they told me this was the only vehicle they had. Poor customer service, transparent services. They also expect the customer to take a video and photos of the car as they didn't take any footage when handing over the vehicle. Luckily I took videos and photos before taking over the car so I can show them when I return it. The service tech tried to put the blame on me, but then he realized it was already there when I showed him the video Not recommended. Instead, choose Sixt, better service, better vehicle

    I encountered a very disappointing situation at this location. Despite having a confirmed prepaid booking, the managers declined to proceed with my rental, citing the reason as my Israeli passport and a Russian driving license. To clarify, my driver's license has Latin characters, and has never been a problem in the past. I've rented cars in both Europe and the US with the same documents, facing no issues. The refusal was based solely on my nationality, as indicated by a specific employee, which raises concerns about the company's policies. It's been a week, and I still haven't been refunded. Not only was I charged for a service that was not provided, but I also had to deal with the inconvenience and additional costs of arranging an alternative last-minute rental at the next-door Avis location.

    DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I reserved a car for a long weekend trip and they canceled the reservation two days before my trip. They gave me no serious reason, simply said that they didn’t have cars available for that date, they “suddenly” realized that didn’t have cars after Deutsch Bahn announced a strike the same day I was supposed to get the car, I guess now it is more convenient to rent the same car for a higher price. Very unprofessional

    I had a car over the holidays and was actually at Enterprise for the first time, otherwise only at a competitor. The service was excellent, I was also able to choose a car on site, which I was very happy with. Return is also easy. Unlike the competitor, I had to go back to the office briefly after returning it, which wasn't a problem but was new for me. Next time I will probably go back to Enterprise, as the price is also more attractive.

    I was/am very satisfied. Pickup and return were uncomplicated and the service staff was very friendly. There was no waiting time for pickup or return. The compact car I rented was also great and had only done 4,000 km. It just didn't work out with the good fuel policy we had booked (full when picked up and full when returned). You can't really get the tank full of 3/7 when you return it, which cost me around €15.00. The pick-up area on the 4th floor of the high-rise car park is very poorly lit, which makes checking the vehicle difficult (especially when it is almost dark outside). A thorough check for damage is strongly recommended at Enterprise - as with other providers. Nevertheless, I give it 5 points (rounded up from 4.5 to 5).

    We had great experiences renting a van in this branch - unfortunately I had major concerns about the size I booked - I was offered a larger van + automatic transmission on site - with professional, competent advice and friendly service. Despite booking via check24, I was able to communicate smoothly with the branch if I had any questions about the rental. Signs of use and wear on the transport are common - if you are unsure, you should book the €0 deductible on site during the consultation. Thank you very much and see you next rental.

    So Enterprise laid the biggest egg for me at Easter. I booked a 9-seater minibus with friends 23 days in advance via Check24. To be on the safe side, I called the station and asked. There I was promised everything and assured that a vehicle would be available for me. So and here it comes: The pickup date was 9:45 a.m. on Good Friday. At 9 a.m. I get a call saying that suddenly there are no vehicles available. No help. No alternative solution. Nothing. 24 hours beforehand would still be manageable. Maybe one could have reacted. but at such short notice! That is not possible. Thank you for nothing. I then called the enterprise headquarters. Of course they try to shift the blame onto Check24. that's childish. enterprise has received and confirmed the booking.

    Great recommendation! My friend and I were at Enterprise for the first time and were very positively surprised: Sören and his team took time for us, were very competent and super friendly. I usually never write reviews but the great service and smooth process left a lasting impression on us. We were completely and completely satisfied and will now only rent from Enterprise!

    Kübra Kiraz saved our trip to Germany! We made a reservation on the enterprise website the day before we needed a vehicle. When I called to confirm the next day it was explained their fleet was overbooked and they may not have a vehicle to provide. Kübra promised she would find a solution for us and provided a time when she would call back and she followed through. She was able to upgrade our vehicle, waive the extra fee for different return location and her service was professional friendly and informative. If it was not for her our trip would have been ruined.

    I have rented from Enterprise Budapester Strasse Berlin. It was a great experience renting from their. Abdul at the front desk was really helpful and made sure that our rental was quick and easy. In fact, he went an extra mile to make sure the care was clean and the car seat provided to us was well sanitized. I would recommend Enterprise rental and specially talk to Abdul.

    Great service on pick up day. Abdul was very professional and helpful. My elderly mother forgot her gloves, a gift from an old friend, in the rented vehicle. We returned the following day hoping to find them in the lost and found. Not there. The on duty crew made the extra effort finding them in vehicle cleaning area. Thank you.

    I would just like to days how great enterprise car rental on Budapest Strasse were when we hired a car to drive from Berlin to Rugen. The pick up was very easy and we got a great car. Kilan, spoke fantastic English and was very helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble . We have a nightmare return journey and follow two huge delays due to roadworks , a 3 hour journey took six hours. I arrived at the office very upset, as I thought we may miss our flight back and I got flustered and parked on the wrong level. Kilan was, luckily for us on duty and took control. He was very calm and again was not upset that I had parked on an incorrect level and was great. He checked the car over and reassured us that if we got at Taxi, we would make our flight . He even order a taxi for us, when we asked. We made the airport, 50 Mins before our flight ( which was ironically then 2 hours delayed!) . However, Kilan was a complete star and mature beyond his years. Enterprise , you have a manager in the making! Give him a promotion! Thank you , Gill and family x

    Overall experience was great with Enterprise Car Rental from Berlin Zoo branch. (1) Staff with professional service to meet the customer requirement during registration and processing time (2) Able to receive prompt response from the staff (thanks Keri M. Chalki) when face technical issue and administrative matter via email (3) Car is clean, safe and easy to navigate, reasonable price It would be better with further enhancement on (1) Car model and variety (2) Location of multistorey car park that is 6th storey (3) Minimise paper/admin work during registration with clearer walk through of the key conditions (4) Hamburg airport car rental return point is within a carpark P2. The GPS system should provide more accurate direction.

    Sorry I didnt want to write a review but now it is. A negativ one. Reserved and Pre Paid a Bus. At the date and time the Bus wasnt availabe at Budapester Strasse. After a while the employee found an available Bus at another Station but the Contract was written on the time and station I went first. Once arrived at the other station the car was standing outside and had a ticket on it due to illegal parking. I told the staff and they took the parking ticket and said I have nthg to do with it as I rented the car later. (HAha) Once returned i forgot stuff inside so I wrote an email and request if I can collect them. Never got a reply. Now 2 months later I got an invoice for the parking ticket demanding Im the one who parked the car wrong. 🤣😅 At a time where I still was at the Budapester Str. office. It was my furst and last time I selected Enterprise. Chose Hertz, Sixt or Europcar. Never had issues with all this companies b4. Be aware of scam and let everything you are talking signing by the staff.

    I have twice previously booked from Enterprise at this location. Car and charges were as prearranged online. The cars were in great shape and clean. I can recommend this rental agency.

    Never rent a car from this company!!! They miss damages from previous rent and charge the next customer for it. Be carefull !! check around and under the car for scratches and other damage. Check the wheels tyres and the wheel rim for damage and scratches. They charge you without say anything. By serching the web i found a lot of cases Similar to mine. Its look like a scam method.

    The worst car rental point in our life, the booked car was not given to us with a full set of documents, I’m pregnant and we spent a whole hour while two incompetent managers Ali Aoun and Kubra Kiraz tried to contact someone to find out the rules. In other departments, cars were booked with the same set of documents and everything was fine. And the stupidest thing: when they checked the system for past successful bookings at the enterprise airport and enterprise checkpoint Charlie, they still came up with their own rules and did not give us a car. UPDATE: after all this nightmare, we booked a car in Avis in 5 min with the same set of documents, as always! And what about ENTERPRISE? They refuse to return the money they received for the car that was not given to us! Instead of a general response to reviews, better return our money, our reservation number 1777577085COUNT!! Or you are just a thieves!

    I reserved a rental car here, but the booking was canceled a day later. I assume it was because my reservation was made before the announcement of a rail strike and the station was therefore hoping to make bigger profits on new bookings. This is certainly speculation on my part, but this type of unprofessional business conduct at least raises suspicions.

    When we came to Enterprise office in Berlin, we were attended by Ms. Kubra Kiraz. She was very nice and friendly. Our reservation was supposed to be a VW Golf. But to our surprise, she offered me an upgrade to Mercedes S Class for additional EUR50. Of course, my family was very happy and she took care.all the paperwork immediately. In 15 min we got the car on the road. The car was worth it and we had a good time driving on Autobahn. When we return the car, the process was smooth and easy. Another good note for Ms. Kubra.
