I have never in my entire life felt anywhere near as in good hands with an orthopedic surgeon as I did with Dr. Dulce. He takes his time, he explains, he listens and responds to you in the most sympathetic way possible.

One of the best Orthopedists i have ever been! The practice is clean, light and not so full and the secetaries are very nice and polite. The doctor himself (Dr. Dulce) takes really time and explains everything and answers all questions calmly. Also, he has an understanding for people doing sports and does not "sportshame" you like other orthopedists I have been to before. He gives also recommendations for stretching etc. Definitely recommendable!

Came into practice with an injured leg. The communication was catastrophic. Since I was never in the practice, they didn't want to accept me, and according to the receptionist, the doctor wasn't in the building. I came to the accident surgery on crutches with an injured leg to be examined and this was refused to me... Of course there were also comforting words from the lady at reception. Quote: It's best to sit down and google who can treat you! At that moment I was in a medical building that has 6 floors. Medical knowledge spread over 6 floors... And I, as a searcher for a doctor in the medical center, am asked to Google?! That was really weak... This probably wouldn't have happened if I had private insurance... When I explained to the good lady that we were in a medical center and she said to me seriously: Google where a doctor is, she told me Argumentatively oriented that I should change my tone... Then I left the "practice". As I can see from the reviews, there really are professionals there who can and want to treat you. Where were they when I entered the practice? I then went to another floor, I was registered and IMMEDIATELY sent to radiology and I did all of this WITHOUT Google and in the same building! 2nd star is because I didn't talk to anyone else, other employees are definitely more helpful (which isn't difficult with suggestions like Google in the medical center 🤦‍♂️)

I've been a patient here since the summer with Dr. Dulce. I was happy to have found a practice near my work so I could use my lunch break to see the doctor. The first two appointments, initial diagnosis, referral for MRI, discussion of the diagnosis, cortisone treatment, MT prescription, so far everything was tip top. Unfortunately there was no improvement in my symptoms, so I tried to get a new appointment. Unfortunately, the next available appointment isn't for 3 months because, as I was told by the practice, the doctor will only be in the practice for 2 days. It's good for the doctor that he has his sheep so far in the clear that he can afford it. Unfortunately, this is less pleasant for his patients, as treatment success can never be achieved with appointments that are so far apart. So unfortunately I have to look for a new practice again. A pity.

Friendly and professional. Dr. Dulce is pretty talkative and speaks perfect English, much appreciated his explanations for my case.

From day one I didn't like Dr. Dulce. And in the future my intuition did not let me down. At the slightest opportunity he smiles or laughs, even if the conversation is serious. Often absent from work, because of this, terms are cancelled. We miss Dr. Wilms. When he worked, there was order.

Long waiting time (45min) but worth it, super friendly and knowledgeable doctors and staffs, good vibes! Dr. Stephan Dulce and his colleague took their time to explain without any rush! And was very open to all possible solutions!

My family doctor recommended the practice to me because I wanted to change my orthopedist. I waited 3 months for an appointment (Doctolib). The meeting was scheduled to take place at 9:45 on January 8th. After registering, I waited for the doctor for an hour for free, then I left the practice and left my referral there. The patients who had appointments after me were there quickly. There was no apology or new appointment suggestion from the receptionist. I cannot judge professional competence. Despite its good reputation, I would not recommend the practice as it was very disappointing P.S. It is even more disappointing that the practice has only now notified Doctolib at the end of February that I did not show up for my appointment and instructed me how to cancel my appointments, most likely after this review. What's the point of that anyway?

Short waiting time and the assistant doctor and doctor took their time! Excellent! The only suggestion for improvement: all the windows were closed, even though the weather was good - that's not ideal with Corona.

The first really great orthopedic practice I've ever been to. Very competent, goal-oriented, friendly and personable. This applies to both doctors and nursing staff. I felt very well looked after here. Thanks!

Dr. Dulce is always in a good mood, does her job competently and carefully. The practice staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. One star less because it is sometimes very difficult to get an appointment. There is no acute consultation.

I highly recommend Dr. Kowalski, he took an quick examination for me knee and wrist carefully and listen to my concern and plan for my issue for long run. Everyone speaks Englishg with my which is great! It might be hard to get the appointment in a short period of time and my waiting time so far was mixed between fast and very long, I think it depends on the day of appointment other than that I am really happy that I met him to fix my knee and wrist issue.

One of the best orthopedist I’ve ever visited in Germany. I have a mild (but strong enough not being able to work out or sleep well) chronic pain for years, most of the German doctors I have encountered be like ‘Tee Trinken’ and I felt so frustrated...LOL I was informed that Dr. Dulce is the best in the city, and he is, indeed! Without underestimating my pain, he carefully listened to my symptoms and he was willing to look into it. Dr. Dulce is very energetic, professional and friendly, also the staffs were very friendly to a non-German speaker like me. The hospital is very modern and the waiting time was very short compared to any other public clinics in Berlin. Highly recommended.

Dr. med. Onays Al-Sadi is the super orthopedist I trust. His positive attention to the patient is exceptionally high, as he also takes the time to explain the causes of the symptoms and physiological connections in great detail. In addition, even further questions about health are not brushed off at all, but patiently help with the information about the doctor's specialist knowledge. The process with a spontaneous double appointment on the same day after the necessary X-rays for analysis for the most sensible treatment was also perceived very positively. The practice team at reception and during short outpatient treatment is just as pleasantly friendly.

My wife and I can only say that a better orthopedics practice, as well as an entire orthopedics practice team, is second to none! After some experience, you can definitely say that this is one of the best orthopedic practices you could ever wish for. Consistently very good doctors in this practice, who also take time for their patients thanks to the practice staff's good scheduling. Furthermore, the practice is accompanied by friendly, polite and knowledgeable practice staff. So I absolutely cannot understand and understand negative entries. Maybe one or the other person should take a look and see if the fault isn't their own (just like screaming into the forest.........).

Today I was at this office for the first time, and I was seen by Dr. Al-Sadi, he was very rude, as I had papers from Hausarzt and from the Caritas orthopedist who saw me while I was not covered by the health plan and Dr. Al -Sadi asked what I wanted from him since I was being treated by other doctors, but the caritas orthopedist could no longer accompany me as my health insurance is active again and Hausarzt advised me to go to the orthopedist. I don't speak German very well but while I was waiting I saw him treat the other patients in the waiting room very well.

🫤 This Praxis is really messy. I am already a patient there and the receptionist didn't want to give me an appointment, said that I had to book it online (when online it's not possible for follow-ups and I cannot wait one month for the next). She also told me I could come on Akut-Sprechstunde on diffe...

👍👍 I've been a patient with Dr Glaunsinger for some years now and I am very satisfied with his work. He is very matter-of-factly and not a person for chit-chat, but he takes his work very seriously, which is, in the end, the only thing that counts. He is very thorough, keeps his patients appointments a...

😠 At the eye doctor counter, some of the rudest, less considerate ladies I've ever met. And i have private insurance, god forbid knowing how they treat kasse people. 😠 Although the doctor I saw was very nice, the prices of the clinic are outrageous and I had to wait for over 20 minutes to pay for a 15 minutes appointment.
