Good range of products - friendly service - my cats are happy 🐱🐱

Nice staff, clean store, easy to get to, and a really large selection. Also you can take your animal in with you. It’s kind of a trap though because there’s a “candy aisle” full of unpackaged treats and chews right next to the checkout, which seems a little cruel to make the animals endure while waiting in line.

Pretty well stocked pet shop (selling food and accessories rather than pets) but sometimes missing random things (like a particular variety of food which they've always had in the past). Also had to argue with the cashier to get her to take my German-issued Maestro, despite them saying they take Maestro (she argued that meant only GiroCard). If they took credit cards I'd give them an extra star.

Ich bekomme leider nie alle Produkte gleichzeitig, die ich will und muss auf Alternativen zurückgreifen. Allerdings gilt das generell für Fressnapf, daher kann ich für die einzelne Filiale keinen Stern abziehen… Das Personal ist wie überall bei Fressnapf sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kann immer beraten.

Simple but has what you need. The generic brand foods are generally to be avoided though.

Staff not helpful, chatting at the counter and not willing to help....limited selection of products... I have experienced the same at the one in Storkowerstrasse a few days ago ... Zero Kundenbetreuung ... I went to Lucas Tierladen : got help and had a better choice.
