Eigentlich gebe ich selten negative Bewertungen, wenn ich aber als Kundin von einer Verkäuferin angeschrien werde, O - Ton "DARAUF HABE ICH KEINEN BOCK!" diese sich dann umdreht und weiter Regale einräumt, wovon sie übrigens auch nicht abließ, während ich versuchte Infos über die Produkte zu bekommen, - dann reicht es selbst mir! Keinen Bock hatte die Gute sich näher mit meinen Fragen und meinem Anliegen zu befassen. Absolut unmotiviert, mehr als inkompetent und unfreundlich "beantwortete" sie das was ich selbst schon heraus gefunden hatte, zu mehr war sie offenbar nicht bereit. Als ich sie darauf aufmerksam machte das sie unfreundlich ist, wurde ich von ihr angeschrien dass ICH unfreundlich sei, und bekam im Anschluss obigen Satz zu hören. Wagen Sie es als Kunde bloß nicht die "falsche Verkäuferin" etwas zu fragen, oder Einwände zu haben. 🫣 Sorry aber sowas habe ich wirklich noch nie erlebt. Wie kann man sich Kunden gegenüber nur so verhalten, huh. Nebenbei sowas von desinteressiert an der Ware sein die man verkauft?! Hey, vielleicht einfach einen anderen Job suchen - wie wäre es mit Warenverräumerin - Regalauffüllerin, am besten ohne lästigen Kundenkontakt?! Fairerweise möchte ich hinzufügen, das es in dieser Filiale dennoch durchaus interessiertes, bemühtes und sehr freundliches Personal gibt - Merci an besagte 2 Mädels <3

The place was crowded, crammed with stuff and quite dark. I didn't really like the atmosphere, but found what I was looking for: A nail cutter for my senior kitty who needs a little help with the shortening of her claws.

This is the closest Das Futterhaus to my house. I go here pretty often to restock dog treats. They used to sell hamsters and Guinea pigs but they stop that some years ago. I would say the store is mostly focused on dogs and cats, which makes sense since that's the most common pets in this area. They have some products for dog training as well. I wish it was a bit bigger with more products but it covers most of my needs as it is.

I can find a big variety of items for dogs, and I really enjoy the kindness of all the staff. They are always sweet, smiley and they always give a little treat to my dog! :-)

Nette Beratung. Große Auswahl. Versteckt gelegen im Erdgeschoss Karstadt am Hermannplatz. Die Wassernäpfe sind gefüllt - mein Hund hat es gefallen dort zu gucken und zu schnüffeln.

Also Terrarien nicht sauber und gepflegt. Service am Telefon sehr unfreundlich und im Laden ebenso. Noch nie ein so schlechtes Futterhaus gesehen

Viel Auswahl an Futter für verschiedene Tiere. Auch Zubehör ist erhältlich. Leider kann man dort keine Kleintiere mehr kaufen, Fische und Vögel sind aber noch erhältlich. Wir sind dort oft um Hundefutter zu kaufen und vor paar Tagen haben wir uns ein Aquarium zugelegt. Wir wurden gut beraten, die Verkäufer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Und mit Kundenkarte kann man auch noch einige Euros sparen.
