This little truck is such a hidden gem! The dishes have a very authentic chinese flavour and you can just taste the love the owner put into them because everything!! is homemade. Menu offers signature dishes like dumplings, big filled buns and wantan soup (meatless option available) with scandalous cheap prices like 5€ for 15 dumplings. I can really recommend eating there although it's just a small place because with these prices and that taste, it will explode soon! The owner is also such a heartwarming person asking us frequently if everything was okay or if we needed something else. I will come again for sure to taste the rest of the menu!

Dumplings were not good, we couldn't even finish... maybe we came on a bad day, the lady who took our order was very grumpy...

One of the best Chinese in the area. Food is always fresh and super well seasoned. The owners can be a bit stressed during the lunch time but are super sweet when the crowd is smaller. Surely worth visiting ❤️

We absolutely LOVED eating at Panda Meister's for my friend's birthday. Plates were emptied so quickly. Everyone ordered Liang Fen, a Chinese cold noodle classic thats really hard to find in Berlin. The owners of this place are also one of the most accommodating and lovely people I've ever met in Berlin. Do call and inquire if they have Liang Fen available if you want it, as they only offer it occasionally.

I come here 30 minutes before their closing but the restaurant owners are still very welcoming! We had 5 pieces of boiled dumplings (5€), wan-tan soup with 10 pieces of wan-tan (8€) and Taro milk tea (4€) including boba! All dumplings and wan-tan are freshly made and you can literally taste it! Highly recommend if you're going somehwere near Ostbahnhof 🫶🏻

Nice little food truck with delicious dumplings and a few other noodle dishes. Options between fried and steamed, some Boba to choose from too, very delicious for a good price!

Good food at great prices! I got fried dumplings and in the end, wish I had gotten the steamed or boiled ones instead. That’s my own fault though!

I could not recommend this place. Dough taste is not good and overcooked(I took fried). Also dumplings are too oily. It is good value for money. Staff is very friendly. Also you can pay with card, what is good for German fast food place

The beef noodles, dumplings and salted veg pancake are really awesome. As a tourist, it makes me felt home by eating the food. ❤️ please try if you have the chance to pass by.

Having been to this area for years I came across panda Meister for the first time on a recommendation. In an area lacking good Chinese options, this place is incredible and extremely good value for money. It's part of a "food truck" area behind the Ostbahnhof, and having gone a few weekends in a row, can definitely highlight the following: The fried pork dumplings are fantastic especially at 7eur for 15. The fish ball soup and dumpling soup are great, warming, and heaty for a cold Sunday evening. The noodle salad in cucumber and vinegar is fresh, well made and well portioned. The bao is a good mini meal to wrap up with. Can't remember the names, but they also serve this "fried flatbread" and wheat noodles with peanut sauce that are terrific.

This little "dumpling stand" behind Ostbahnhof Berlin has become an instant cult classic. At lunch it can get very busy, but a visit in the afternoon or evening can be very relaxed, without any wait time! It's inexpensive.. but the quality and authenticity of the food is indisputable. I have eaten here a dozen times already. German locals, and international AND Chinese students are all fans, and they keep coming back. The owner, Ms. Wu, came from Fujian (southern coastal area of China) and prepares the fillings personally every day, often staying late at night to cook the beef brisket so that it is extra tender for the next day. She emphasizes that she uses no MSG or any flavor enhancers. All the flavor comes from the basic ingredients and traditional methods. I can only recommend it wholeheartedly. The simple menu includes rice dishes, noodle soup and dumplings (boiled OR fried). If you order the dumplings, try a bit of the Zhenjiang black vinegar (ask the owner) together with the soy sauce and chili!

Nice amount of food for a good price. We did not find the vegetarian options that good as the ones with meat though. The tea was really tasty

Ordered boiled dumplings and didn't like them at all. Not much taste, the dough tastes very very cheap, like the cheapest noodles you can imagine. Maybe they would be better fried... Chili sauce was zero spicy, and the chili oil offered to add extra was also very mild. Yes, the meal was cheap but I would be angry if I had to pay more for this kind of quality. Would like try the other dishes though.

It was a trek to get to this place. But we were very pleased. The dumplings were great. Crispy and hot. They give you lots which is nice but I found after awhile they didn’t seem very flavorful. It’s hard to explain but maybe at first I was really hungry and as I kept eating I noticed that they seemed bland…..dunno. Definitely worth it if you are in the area. The noodles were great! Loads of flavor and nice and spicy.

Amazing food, and wonderful owners! The food was more than delicious and absolutely the best dumplings I have ever had in Europe! Everything clearly made by the hands of the lovely Frau. I had an amazing dinner and a really pleasant chit-chat with them both. Looking forward to stopping by in Berlin again to have another portion of dumplings! Ah, prices really low for the taste and quality of the food! 非常谢谢您 and 下次见!

Absolutely lovely lady running the food truck! The dumplings were 10/10 (I had the fried veggie dumplings) and we even got some jasmine tea on the house. Will always come back. Thank you for making us feel home! ❤️

The dumplings are delicious. I had the crispy dumplings with chicken and beef filling. A lil bit oily (of course, they were fried) regardless worth the price. I'm trying more bowls of this when in the office again.

Great Asian street food on Ostbanhof. Lovely owner who cooks with her heart and always smiles. She has some great vegetarian options too. I definitely recommend that place and will come back there.

They’re so nice :,) I had the vegan dumplings and loved the filling. 15 pieces for 6.50. Chili sauce not spicy but the filling very tasty.

👍 The queue can get really long in a very short amount of time. We were lucky and waited for about 5 minutes before placing our order. The place was fully packed both inside and outside after we picked up our food. We got the original döner but I was unsure about the sauce they used. The sandwich was...
