Good place to stay, clean and minimalistic. The metro station is very close and you will reach Berlins places within minutes. However, a couple things were up to disturbing: 1. Parking situation: there are public parking slots for free, but the staff tries aggressively you to book parking in a parking house nearby for 15€ per night. They tried to charge a second 15€ from us with the reason I did not return the parking card in time. EDIT 1: After reading the response by the hotel, I forgot to mention that the information "card must be returned before 11pm" was not communicated (at least not clearly). The staff (actually only one woman) was very rude, did not let us speak and I wanted us to force to their point. All in all, it felt like she was upset because we found out that the parking slots right in front of the parking house are public. 2. Loudness: there is a industrial complex on the other side making it very loud especially in the morning. 3. Traffic: we woke up because of horning cars on the street. 4. Breakfast: 16€/day/person which is more expensive than the parking slot 😁

Perfect location it’s near a train station in a very short walking distance. It’s a perk when the TV has chrome cast. It’s very clean and the staff are amazing. If I come back to Berlin I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Also they have parking free parking outside.

Affordable and comfortable hotel close to public transportation and in walking distance to many attractions in Berlin. The staff were friendly and helpful. The luggage room has separate lockers for the different visitors and felt very safe. There are board games you can borrow while staying at the hotel.

Such a wonderful hotel! The atmosphere, vibe and cleanliness of the hotel was awesome. There are a lot of people sitting in the lobby and it is a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very lovely and helped us with any questions. The rooms were great! Sound proof and warm. Wish there was a kettle though! Since we were staying at new years (good rooftop views) we got breakfast on New Year’s Day. A very good choice as it was extensive and delicious. Would be staying here again!

My room was stylish and comfortable. Breakfast was a bit pricey, but very good. All in all this hotel offers excellent value for the money.

Brilliant service, brilliant, modern, minimalist rooms, fantastic service, polite staff that are only too happy to speak English, comfortable beds and a really good breakfast. The only downside is that the booking we made didn't include breakfast, so double check that before you book. You can only book breakfast by booking through them.

We really enjoyed our stay in Aletto Hotel. Really nice, clean and modern rooms with an incredible shower, really nice and helpful staff, the breakfast buffet was amazing and the hotel was very quiet and relaxing. The location is great, very central in a nice and relaxing area, only 1 minute walking to the U Bahn station, well connected to visit the rest of Berlin. We loved our stay in this hotel, we didn't want to leave and we would go back for sure if we go back to Berlin. Thank you very much for everything to all the hotel staff. Pol & Teri

Incredible value for being so close to the city! Modern, very clean rooms and only a short walk to the U-Bahn. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is worth the price with a huge variety to enjoy. I'll be back when I'm next in Berlin!

The building: The hotel is chic compared to ones near to the area. The location: near U1/2/3 can’t beat that The scene: near canal The room: minimalist which I love just wish it had come with more amenities (ie free coffee or bottled water) The breakfast: buffet is 16.5 euro as of Dec 22 from 6:30-10 The staff: all very nice and friendly so are the bartender and restaurant servers The beds: comfy and sheets are 👍 Would stay here again Overall 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

Excellent hôtel with really nice staff. It’s very nicely designed: it’s simple and everything that is there is very well done. The location itself isn’t anything special, but it’s located right next door to an underground station, so you can connect around the city easily. There’s also an excellent brewery just up the street.

The location is good, super close to the metro, U2 line. The staff is very friendly and the room is modern. There's a HDMI hub to connect your tablet directly to the TV. However... There was sticky dirtiness on the light buttons of the bedside table, TV was full dust all over it, the shower button was surrounded by mold even though the shower looks new. There are zero amenities in the room: slippers, toiletries, kettle, instant coffee or even just a water bottle, mug or coffee cup. Also we were told there are zero double beds in the hotel, the only way to sleep together is to accept that they use a topper that covers both beds, but even then the bed linen and duvets are single, so imagine the comfort... The room doors are insanely heavy, so heavy that any other occupant of a room of our corridor would make our headboard heavily shake and a hard noise would always be heard every time someone lets their room door close!!! Half of the rooms space is taken away by a double bunk, so in reality a twin room is actually a family room for 4 adults, pretty much hostel style...

Pros: 1. Clean 2. New room 3. Very affordable 4. Good in-room facilities 5. Nice rooftop terrace. Cons: 1. Location is far from sight seeings 2. Wall between rooms are very thin, we can hear every single words from our neighbors and they were up all nights talking and laughing. We told the staffs to help but the situation did not improve, sadly. 3. Bathroom is not well designed. We had the shower and water splash all over the toilet space.

Very friendly staff, not too far from the City Centre, easily accessible by train, wonderful and scrumptious breakfast buffet (for my standards) with a wide choice. I really enjoyed my 2 nights here. Ask for an iron in advance at check in. My room had no phone to call front office but it was delivered once I walked back down to let them know I needed it.

Really great hotel! The roof terrace is fantastic, with a view to the TV tower. Also nice there is a bar at the hotel, which is open till late. The breakfast might be a bit pricey, but it's good.

Lovely stay, the hotel is modern, clean and has all the facilities you need. Staff are lovely! A bit far from the centre but well connected by U Bahn. The restaurant is also nice.

We had such a lovely time at Aletto. Definitely would stay again, it's about a 20-30 minute journey to pretty much everywhere. It's on quiet back streets so no loud street noise. Rooms were modern, clean and good for what we needed which was a place to rest in-between tourism. Staff were friendly and all in all had an absolutely excellent experience there! Vielen Dank!

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed! The staff is extremely friendly, it is like we came to our extended family. The rooms are really clean and the bathroom is shiny which is very important for me. The location is perfect! It is on the quiet street but in the same time next to the u-Bahn. Staff helped us to find the laundry service. That lady was so nice and helpful! We arrived late at night and found the staff welcoming us. We drank warm ginger tea and went to sleep. The beds are really comfy and the linen is fresh. So we slept like babies😁 That was our first time in Germany and the hotel is very important part for your trip. So I am really satisfied with the service! I will recommend to all of my friends who are coming to Berlin to stay in here. Thank u🤍

We had a 3 -night reservation. My husband was the corona and we contacted the hotel to indicate that it could not go. We asked them to help us. However, they did not help and said they would not support any problems. We said that we couldn't take a holiday and other people in the hotel would take risks, but they still said they didn't care

Nice looking hotel with all amenities you would expect. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. The location is good so you can visit tourist spots walking or getting in the nearby metro.

Convenient location; rooms small but fairly well designed to provide storage. The rooms are obviously new and clean. There is a Starbucks cafe in the lobby.

Before going to the Bansky exposition at Station Berlin, I went into the Aletto Hotel to grab a coffee and a sandwich, which were very tasty and I took a seat at a very calm and nice area. I recommend it.

Cosy, suitable and affordable for business trips. They have a Starbucks corner by the reception, can't say anything for eating because I skipped breakfast here. Friendly staff, overall a pleasant experience. Also close to the center of the city.

An amazing new designer hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is very clean and comfortable, the double room has two additional beds plus bedding. Nice little features everywhere, the air con, shades, clothing hooks, lamps and more are definitely a looker. Shower has great pressure and very hot if you like. Breakfast is a massive buffet with everything you can think of and Starbucks coffee. Stay stay stay is amazing!

Super clean, reasonably priced hotel. Bunk beds in family room were perfect for our older kids who were tired of sharing a bed in other hotels. Breakfast is available on site (and is extra) and is terrific, with a variety of pastries, eggs, meats, cheese, cereals and pancakes as well as all you can drink coffee and juice. Would've appreciated a fridge in our room. Also, I don't think there are ice machines. Bar in lobby has a good selection and is pretty much open throughout the day. Overall, one of my favorite places we've stayed in our journey thus far.

We stayed here for a week and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is quite new and our room was very clean. All of the reception staff were excellent. The location is great, it’s a quiet area but easy with the metro - a 2 minute walk to the U-Bahn station, and within 15 minutes of the Brandenburg Gate one way, and about 20 minutes to the East Side Gallery the other way (with the fun neighborhood of Krauzberg in between).

Perfect position, available and help full staff, room clean and made up on daily base, awesome luggage locker service (luggage are separated, safe and not in contacts with others)....definitely a super hotel where to stay in Berlin. I tried the breakfast too and it is expensive but very very good. Continue in this way!!

Great hotel. I loved the design, very nice details, marshmallow sofa in the reception, vitra iconic furniture like Eames chair, the bird. Love it! The location was 10/10. Right next to Gleisdreieck station. Great coffee and breakfast, polite and helpful staff!

We stayed at the Aletto last week and were blown away by the quality to price! The hotel is situated 60 seconds from Gleisdreieck U bahn, the U2 takes you most places and links with thr S bahn for brandenburg gate just 15mins away. The reception hall is well equipped and staff are friendly. There are games to borrow, seating, indoor and outdoor seating for the bar and cafe. The rear has a beautiful little garden with swing set. The modern elevators took us straight up to floor 6 or "DG" where we had access to the roof terrace. The roof terrace was beautiful, nice lounging furniture, plants and greenery and was a beautiful place to sit and enjoy some sun after a hard day's walking! The room itself was probably the nicest Hotel room I've ever stopped in. Modern neutrals mixed with striking concrete, black wooden floors and light wood tones. The bed was very comfortable, though we did need another pillow which was kindly provided. The room had electric window blinds, more electrical sockets then we could use, an android TV which we could cast to and small hanging area with clothes hangers. There was air-conditioning and underfloor heating and the windows offered plenty of airflow through the space. The bathroom was a good size and included towels, hairdryer, body wash and hand soap. The shower itself has great pressure and held the temperature unlike some older hotels! The lower ground floor has a fussball table, vending machines with soft drinks, alcohol and snacks. The dining hall is located down here also. The hotel has a starbucks machine flow both breakfast and a take out option. Just around the corner from the hotel is Park am Gleisdreieck. A beautiful, large park area with outdoor bar, food stalls, icecream parlour, skatepark, volleyball beach and children's park. All in, this hotel is OUTSTANDING and I would highly reccomend staying here.

Compact rooms but super practical interiors. Pretty close to great play grounds, Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburger Tor. Staff was young but accommodating. English was possible but a little tricky. Area is still developing, so there are few cafés or restaurants close by.

Hotel was great, but the rules are still very strict. The rooms are VERY small and there was no wardrobe at all.. It's ideal for 1 or 2 persons.

Super hotel, really happy we chose this one. City trip with kids. Very conveniently located at 300m from U1, U2 and U3 lines, so very easy to get about anywhere in Berlin. Super friendly staff, excellent breakfast, small but comfortable and clean rooms. Overall will definitely come back here next time I am in Berlin.

This is more of an upscale hostel than a hotel. My single occupancy had four beds, no fridge or coffee. You could barely move around with all the beds crammed in there and no sitting or table. But if you are young and travelling in a group this is an excellent choice. Not so much if you are single or a couple.

Close the U Bahn, nice staff, no wait for check-in or check-out. Good snack bar. Loves the possibility to save energy anytime you leave the room, the possibility to regulate A/C and the modern facilities! Super safe area, not far from the town center thanks to the public transports or even by foot

Lovely modern hotel! It was further out in town but we didn’t mind since it was right next to the U-bahn. We booked a double room for our stay. There was a mouldy smell coming from the bathroom in room 407. I mentioned ahead of time that I will be working from the hotel for a couple of days and the room didn’t have proper table even though they mentioned there would be so I had to work from the bed. What I like about the hotel though is they let you store your luggage for free, there was Starbucks in the building and also a bar that does lovely cocktails! We didn’t get to try the breakfast and the Italian restaurant though as it’s only open on the weekends. Some suggestion; it would be great if the hotel receptionists could inform their guests of the facilities available to us such as opening hours of the bars, vending machines available in the premises, as well as the rooftop balcony and such. It would also be great if there’s a kettle and some mugs available in the room to make tea or coffee and a fridge.

Great hotel. Nice staff, all really clean and comfortable. It is also super silent for a great night sleep. Not near Potsdam but easy transport and access nearby.
