    I came here to pay a fine of 60 euros after paying 7 euros for a day ticket only to find out that unlike every other civilized transport system in any other city such as Rome London etc day tickets don't last 24 hours, why? So I enter this BVG building and show them my ticket and ask to pay and I'm told I can't pay here by an extremely racist old man who was completely uselss telling me that this is Germany why can't I speak German, which is ironic as when I received the fine initially English wasn't a problem at all and they couldn't take all my details quick enough to dish out a fine. Complete scam of a company preying on tourists, I feel sorry for the people of Berlin they deserve a lot better than this selfish greedy company

    You pay 86 euro to use the public transport for 1 month. Later, you realise that at least 30% of the times the train or ubahn is comming late, doesn't stop in the station or there is no train and you have to go in a little bus which has no space for all the people or is too slow. They apologise, a lot, but you spent 86 euro for being late at work. I am not the typical person who in a rage moment write a bad review, i have a lot of reviews and always are good or i say nothing. I think it is necessary to tell it. This service is a shame and a lot of people depend on it.

    BVG. Generally a thieving company. The annual ticket contract cannot be terminated before the date of purchase, although it says on their website until the end of the calendar year. Avoid

    Prepare for long queues, the service itself is not always friendly, but there are always consultants at the door who will tell you how to solve the issue and you may not have to stand in a long queue, also when you are standing in line BVG employees give out water, it's very nice. I put such a grade just for the service online and the network itself, as online is very quick to solve everything, so I advise you before you go stand in line, check on the website if you can handle it yourself

    Had to cancel my subscription and the process was very quick. Took at most 5 minutes and there was no line which I think was due to it being noon on a weekday. Most of the negative reviews you see are due to people not speaking the native tongue and expecting everyone to speak English. If you cannot speak German you can sign up for the yearly/monthly card online and even cancel online as well if you wish. There are certainly a few employees there that can speak English, however, I'm not sure at what level.

    The worst customer service I have ever received. The older lady behind the counter would not give me the time of the day. Rudest person I have met in a looooong time…. I am baffled that a person with absolutely no people skills is working at a customer Center.

    The online tool designed to make people's lives miserable, with no description of why something doesn't work, and no way to ask someone why it might not work. Such a headache, please make it more user friendly.

    Ridiculous but it seems normal to Germany… the que to the BVG service center is extremely long! I tried to avoid it this morning, came back now only to find out that the situation did not change

    For anyone looking for this, the place is underground, on the way to the U2 and U9. I had a nice experience there this evening, I was helped fast and even though the staff didn't speak much English, he managed to assist me quickly and efficiently. I can recommend this BVG center!

    You have to bring food with you so you don't die because of waiting. They really think people have that much time. I mean take off that day from office, course or anything. 😅

    The staff is really kind and nice. There are 3 counters with executives. The office is inside the ubhan station for U2 line. The staff can help in english as well. They always solved my problem with a nice smile. Thanks for the help and highly apriciated the efforts from the staff and BVG team. Sometimes, they have little line with a waiting period of 10 to 15 mins, usually on Saturday and after general working hours. Keep it up guys.

    Without knowing the language, the experience at the counter is purely based on the person you get. Only one person speaks English, and others redirect you to him. I had a very nice experience, but the waiting time is long, and I can't wait in the queue for a long time with the bad smell. Please clean the outside area as soon as possible. The issue of long waiting time should be addressed

    Worst customer center ever. Super inefficient, not helpful, slow, rude, 5 BVG people watching hanging around, 2 persons working at the counter (supposed to be 3). Huge waiting line, slow processing time. They don't care if you a customer or not, don't care/need anything, don't care if you exist. The waiting line is so huge that it goes outside the metro station up to the street. They closed the door/center in front of the face of the people standing to get in for one hour and hided behind "Sicherheitskontotrolle". 'Come tomorrow' is the only answer. I wouldn't go there unless I want to waste my time. Nothing human is there, just burocratic machine.

    I went here to get my yearly pass for the A & B Berlin public transportation. The staff are very helpfull, can speak English and even give me a discounted price for the month of August since they can only process the yearly pass starting September. The ques is not that long.

    Central customers service. Staff is very friendly but not all speak English. The customers line is sometimes as long as the hallway, no seating provided. Remember to take your time and be patient.

👍👍 This station is right by the Spree waterfront. I would recommend walking along the water and then cutting across the park to the next S station. It's a very nice stroll, about 15-20 minute walk
