Had a phone conversation with a lady regarding an e-visa. She was extremely unfriendly, hung up on me before I could even finish talking.

The woman on the phone is very very unfriendly, didn't help with any of my questions and hung up the phone. I have never had such a bad experience with any other public office. If there was a zero star I would give it.

Called in to speak to someone for help and before finishing what I had to say some rude human being lacking any manners shut the phone on my face.

The front desk lady is very rude and unfriendly.For this kind of service she doesnt deserve even half a star.

I've called them several times and sent a few emails with no answer or luck and finally got them on the phone and the lady was very rude to me and hung up and once I called again (many times) she kept telling me to call different hours but then no one answers. This has been going on for 1 month - I'm literally 4 weeks away from my flight date and I still don't have a visa and won't be able to get it on time. A terrible experience for an embassy that should represent.

I call 2 weeks without answering

Small office not so easy to achieve with public transport of Berlin, but after a little wait everything was ok.

no answer the phone.... i finally succeed to connect with them.. but i waited almost 20minutes with "tanzania song" but i couldn't speak with anybody. why i should have terrible time to get Tanaznia E-visa .

The woman on the phone is extremely unfriendly! Can't remember ever being treated like this before. I had a question about Covid vaccination certificates from different countries and the validity of international vaccination certificates. I can only recommend to contact embassies in different countries.

Passport and visa application delayed by almost a month, and family trips and reserved hotels canceled because of that. Terrible work.

I‘ve been personally to the Embassy 3times already, twice with no prior notice and all these times I‘ve been there the staff has been super friendly and helpful. They even stayed longer after their closing time to help me get the documents that I needed. A very friendly and understanding bunch!!
