Ich hab das Gefühl, dass man nicht wirklich mehr investieren will und die Mitglieder nicht im Vordergrund stehen.

But I think pictures say more than a thousand words and a big compliment to the studio management, who is so behind on hygiene and maintenance of the equipment. Luckily for the studio, no authority has been there to inspect it yet but change. Luckily I quit and am going somewhere else. Ich konnte beobachten das ungefähr die Hälfte der Mitglieder die Geräte falsch bedienen, was zu Verletzungen wie Zerrungen, Sehnenriss etc. führen kann. Das müßte den Mitarbeitern ja auch auffallen...interressiert anscheinend niemanden. Wochenendöffnungszeiten ab 9.00 Uhr sind ungünstig gewählt, ab spätestens 7.00 Uhr sollte Zutritt gewährt sein.

Some devices are not usable for a longer period of time because nothing is done.     Seit Ende Januar Mitglied und bisher gefällt es mir ganz gut. Bei meinen Besuchen war es nicht allzu voll, sodass ich keine Wartezeiten an den Geräten hatte. An diesen hat allerdings mittlerweile der Zahn der Zeit genagt und sindteilweise für sehr große Menschen (bin 193) nicht immer gut einzustellen. Trainer sind super freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Einziges Manko.. Die Öffnungszeiten der Sauna auch wird Sauberkenicht immer groß geschrieben. Teilweise sehr homophobes Publikum (Araber)... also ist diesbezüglich vorsichtig geboten Verbesserungsvorschlag: Es möglich machen, dass man auf sein "Mitgliedsband" auch, Guthaben für den Getränkeautomat laden könnte.

There has been water damage in the ceiling for months and part of the training area has therefore been closed. Heating in the entire gym off. Mold in the showers. Devices are dirty and if defective, it takes weeks to get them repaired. Neither studio management nor administration feel responsible.
