I've
been
in
food
stores,
shops
and
supermarkets
all
over
the
world.
But
Ulrich's
takes
the
biscuit.
It's
not
a
pretty
boutique
or
a
fashionable
food
shop.
It
looks
shabby,
it's
a
bit
smelly,
very
cramped
and
yet
very
big.
The
doors
are
cracked
and
broken
and
open
out
to
an
area
where
people
gravitate
who
clearly
have
hit
rock
bottom.
Yet
the
bread
is
fresh
and
tasty,
everything
is
easily
locatable,
prices
are
reasonable
and
the
variety
of
good
quality
produce
is
immense.
The
clientele
is
rude
and
impatient
but
the
staff
are
saints,
especially
the
cashiers
who
work
under
a
huge
amount
of
pressure
yet
are
always
kind
and
polite
and
helpful
and
work
diligently
with
grace
and
dignity.
I'm
proud
to
have
shopped
here.
