(Translated by Google) The worst hospital I know. My own experience of four years ago is average, but my father came there last December for water retention and I have to say I was really amazed how little he tried to improve the situation. Only after he had to be defibrillated for the first time and came to intensive care did they get 1.5 liters of water out of him overnight. Most of the nurses are nice and make an effort, but you can immediately see that they are overworked or partially dull. Even now that my stepmother is lying there was not even a call and informed that she was admitted. I do not recommend anyone to use this hospital and give this one star for the staff who are "burned" there. Personally, I would be really afraid to be dependent on help there in a medical emergency and that in turn scares me where it should lead. I can't really judge whether it's due to the budget or the absolute will of economy.

If you come here be sure to take patience. Waiting times are huge. Nobody knows anything and nobody does anything. You just wait. And hopefully someone will take care of you.

I was surprised at how different everything was, like it was about 10 years ago when I had my gastric bypass here. Even at the MVZ everyone was very friendly, competent and goal-oriented. When I came to this hospital via the emergency room, everything went very quickly and late in the afternoon I was taken to ward 83, to my room. I was welcomed extremely professionally and very friendly by the staff. The equipment in the rooms and the ward is really 3-star standard, so you can start treatment straight away. More later, need a break now.

It's an absolute disgrace how you are greeted here in the emergency room. Not only are the symptoms questioned and sometimes ridiculed. My family doctor was also questioned (who seemed really concerned) and the referral form was simply torn up. During the 2 hour wait I lost consciousness almost three times and vomited five times, everyone else had already been taken. Also people who clearly came after me and, like me, had nothing that could be found from the outside, like a broken foot or something else. My inflammation levels were 95 times what they should be. No attention was paid to this. When I asked if they could offer me a still glass of tap water, since the puny machine only served sparkling water and that wasn't good for my margin at all, the only answer was a dismissive "I don't know." I'm really horrified. You go to a hospital with a hopeful feeling that someone has been able to help for weeks and that you should have experience. Sad In the future I would rather drive 20 minutes longer to a better emergency room. One star is too many

(Translated by Google) My wife was admitted to the hospital for emergency surgery. The attending physician on Ward 32 was very good. The Vivantes nursing staff was friendly and competent. But there were, I suspect, personnel from temporary employment agencies who are not interested in the job. They couldn't remember names and didn't know who was getting which medication. But the best thing is the cleanliness and hygiene on the ward. The toilet, chairs and the surface of the tables are cleaned with just a cloth. There were tobacco crumbs in the bedside drawer. The icing on the cake were blood stains in the closet! Incredible not only in times of Covid 19! So only one star, because less is impossible ...

The staff are wonderful. All of them. I was treated for a damaged shoulder. The diagnosis was quick and efficient. The operation a few days later was successful and my shoulder was repaired. I had to stay for 3 days. The staff were great, particularly during the pandemic it is amazing to operate a hospital. The people who brought the food were so careful and helpful - even cutting it up for me because I could only use one arm. The nurses and medical assistants were excellent. You needed something you just had to ask. Very professional. The cleaning guy was also really nice and considerate. There are a couple of minor improvements they could make such as with information (e.g. put the typical daily rhythm of meal times on the walls) and a little more money on the food (e.g. 50cents or €1 more per meal, but there are probably all sorts of hurdles in the way). I am a very happy patient. A big thank you to *all* of the staff.

Sorry, but with all understanding for the situation in emergency rooms and the tense staff situation in hospitals: getting an appointment for 11 a.m. to have a drain removed after an operation (and with corresponding after-pain) and then having to wait 4 hours on site is somehow not possible . It's entirely understandable that emergencies have priority, but we saw a lot of people come after us without any urgency and leave long before us and, in contrast to them, we had a predetermined appointment. The appointment itself lasted 7 minutes. However, the doctors were very nice.

(Translated by Google) Very unfriendly and unresponsive staff and the emergency room for me without words. My husband came to the emergency room with extreme stomach ache, was checked, everything was supposedly okay, he was sent home at 1 a.m. instead of being kept there to do another blood count the next day. The next morning he went to the family doctor again because the inflammation values were extremely high and he was given a referral certificate. Then everything went very quickly that he came to the operating room at 2 p.m. When I got to the hospital at 5.30 p.m. I could be told which ward he was in (32) but not which room because he was still in the operating room. I felt sick, an appendix operation doesn't actually take that long, when I asked whether there were complications or whether the operation was just postponed, the nurse said I don't know, but it's a man who has to be pumped full of painkillers first so my question is he's in the recovery room? Answer: I can't say that, I can't see it from here, wait outside! What should I please wait outside if nobody informs me? Picking up the phone once and asking questions could have helped me that I wouldn't have left the hospital in tears because I had no idea what was going on with my husband. When asked if you can call me when he's in your room, the answer came, we don't have time, I should call and put a card in my hand. Okay instead of calling me once but you have the time to answer the phone 10 times because I am calling, makes sense. The next day I went there in the morning to bring my husband's clothes, so I was jostled again, there are visiting hours from 2.30 p.m. to 4 p.m., I just said that I just want to bring him things. that didn't have time until 2.30 p.m.? My answer was then, no, we still have 2 children that I have to look after and they are not allowed to come with me. Then I was allowed to give the things to my husband briefly and then had to leave immediately. This is not how you treat relatives of a patient. If the patient's friends are okay, but not the spouse or parent. Pandemic or not. They only get 2 stars because they are at least nice and friendly to my husband. Pandemie hin oder her.

I have a notarial power of attorney over you (equivalent to guardianship) I was neither informed of your condition nor of any repatriation. I wasn't allowed to see her either. I was treated here in the psychiatric ward for many years and also in the day clinic several times. In retrospect, at some point I suspected that I was on the autism spectrum and am now going to get tested for it. For myself, I now know that I have autism and only need the official diagnosis to sue this clinic for years of serious medical errors. I really have better things to do than make my life difficult by a bunch of incompetent doctors and an absolutely incompetent, arrogant head doctor. I don't even want to know how many autistic people have been sent home without this diagnosis. Nowadays we actually know enough about autism, including female autism. This makes me wonder whether this isn't being intentionally overlooked in the store, because autistic people aren't allowed to be restrained in psychiatric hospitals, etc. Terrible thought, but unfortunately it would make sense. In any case, I look forward to turning the matter over to a lawyer in the near future.

I unfortunately figured out today why this hospital has such bad reviews. I have stayed there like 3 months stationer. And I can can say with confidence that everyone that's working there from doctors to nurses or therapists deserve all the love and that's why I gave 6 stars. I will always appreciate the people that's working 24/7 with a smile on their faces patiently despite the people that forgets they are also human beings. But -1 star for those in day clinic except Azubis and Therapists. Well I also met people that deserve hundred stars and moons and planets. But you are still there like an insult to all those people doing their best to help every single day.

The doctor who I saw today was inappropriate, unprofessional, rude, dismissive, and sexist. He "diagnosed " me with a sexist stereotype of basically being overwhelmed with the experience of being a mother, after having met me three minutes prior and not discussing anything other than recurrent stomach pain and bloating. When I asked him how on earth he came up with that, he just said that he has been a doctor for 40 years. Apparently his views of female patients is stuck 140 years in the past. I didn't realise that doctors were still diagnosing hysteria for any type of female pain that they don't feel like investigating or taking seriously. If I could rate -1 I would.

(Translated by Google) Pure disaster! If you can go elsewhere !!! Because the wellbeing of the people is NOT the top priority here, but apparently torturing the patient, either out of ignorance, for financial reasons or out of pure sadism! And that applies to nurses and doctors! The patient is recklessly completely insecure and thus pushed to useless operations! Hygiene is an absolute foreign concept: the bathroom, including the toilet, and the tables are wiped with the same cloth in one go; the floors were often left out - there is always dirt and dust in the corners. If you say you want to clean your table yourself, the cleaning lady gets very angry. The bed neighbor, a newcomer, stopped rattling and snoring at night. With a fever of 41 ° C, a desperate attempt was made to find a night nurse in the corridors. It turned out that she was the only one, and the representation of the representation - for the not so old woman next to it, it was all too late. The night nurse advised to file a complaint, because internal complaints would lead to nothing. The next night, the then new sister or nurse refused to take the medication needed to lower the fever. She could not renew the drip, so you had to wait until it was morning. The new bed neighbor turned deaf; later she said she was afraid what would happen to her from her sister if she were alone with her ... In the morning, when EVERYTHING was soaked with sweat, a draft was first made without paying attention --- pneumonia preprogrammed ... Inappropriate, as it turned out in retrospect, then transferred to the cancer ward. Next to it a lady who couldn't make it to the toilet - the upright toilet was right between the beds, without a curtain - very tasty when the food came AND the woman went about her business at the same time ... Your male visitors cheerfully used the room toilet! After this operation, with 4 hours of general anesthesia, after 1 week of pure horror and no diagnosis, although you could hardly walk, you were surprisingly discharged the next day --- allegedly the bed was needed !!!!! One star is still too many !!!!!! (Original) KATASTROPHE pur!

I had a problem with my leg for many years, and I have talked with many doctors from different hospitals in Berlin and Never found a Solution. I finally ended up at Vivantes Spandau. Everything happened really fast and Dr. Melcher did an amazing job with my surgery. Even though my German is not good, everyone was trying to help me and talk with me. Even the guy who took me from my room to the surgery room was super friendly and supportive. Especially during these difficult times with corona, that no visitors are allowed, it was really important to me to be surrounded by these people. It was my very first surgery and I had a great experience. Thank you everyone for this experience, all the nurses, the people who were bringing the food, the people who were cleaning, the anaesthesiologists, the doctors and my surgeon. Everything was much appreciated.

(Translated by Google) Competent specialist staff I felt very well received and treated, yes, how you call into the forest, it echoes out. So my perception was good, but that's how they say moving from person to person. For me, I know how impatient I am and how I behave, which can make ten minutes seem like an hour. (Translated by Google) I was in the hospital for an operation in June and July this year. I can only say that I was in very good hands during the major operations. Whether the doctors or the nurses. They all looked after me very lovingly. The highest praise from me and I can only recommend this hospital, especially Dr. Melcher and Dr. Engelhardt (Original) Ich war im Juni und Juli diesen Jahres zu einer OP im Krankenhaus. After the ICD was triggered, I spent the night in the emergency room for observation and then went to the cardiology ward. The premises are a bit old but the staff are very helpful. Plenty of staff on the ward, with a lot of trainees or assistants. I felt like I was in good hands with the cardiology and ICD control doctors. It definitely needs to be renovated a few times.

I had a surgery appointment in dermatology today with some concerns. Process and treatment perfect in every respect: punctual treatment, friendly staff and competent senior doctor. Respect, because I didn't have such good experiences in other clinics.

Well, that's a shame. The hospital used to be really good, but the way my stepfather was treated or not treated (despite pneumonia and a high fever, he was just left lying there on the wing, pushed into a room and not cared about further, no check whether he was really eating and drinking, no security whether he really gets his medication...), I can't recommend this place.

10.04. 15:14 Telephone conversation with Vivantes Spandau, an unqualified, uneducated person on the phone, unfriendly is not an expression, when this person could no longer express himself in a civilized and professional manner, he simply hung up on you. People like this make you realize how bad medical care in Germany has become. Such people had to be kept away from patients immediately.

A big thank you to the security who accompanied us very friendly the whole time and gave us information about how my son was doing. And to the nurse who took the time to talk to us at the end. We were just very shocked that there was no one at the registration desk and we had to ring the bell until someone came. As a patient/visitor you have to get a wheelchair for another bleeding, swaying patient because no one else is there.

I work in leasing and find Vivantes company great and more modern compared to other Berlin hospitals. Employees are mostly friendly, the only thing I don't like is the understaffing in the work team.

My experience in hand surgery and with Ward 83 was very good. Special thanks to Sister Alma. The doctor Dr. Nolting recognized a (serious) injury that had not been seen in the CNA of another hospital a week earlier. Less than 24 hours later, I had my first operation under general anesthesia. The night in the station was good. All the staff were friendly and the room was surprisingly pleasant. Only the visit to the physiotherapist the day after the operation was extremely short and should have been a little longer. I only received a little proactive information about the further procedure after the operation, but when I asked, I was always given information promptly and in a friendly manner. About a month later I had an outpatient operation (taking out nails, etc.). Since I only had local anesthesia for the second operation, I was able to see the hustle and bustle in the operating room. Everything seemed tidy and relatively modern. All the employees were very friendly here too! My injuries were examined twice, three months apart, and I was always able to ask all my questions in peace. I would at least recommend hand surgery! Without you, I probably wouldn't be able to move two of my fingers right now. Thank you very much for that!!!

A big, warm thank you to the doctor who treated me in the emergency room last night. Such a friendly, lovable and above all thorough doctor. And many thanks to the nurse who, despite my bad veins, managed to take my blood immediately and very well. This is not always easy for me. And of course a big thank you to everyone in general, from admission and treatment to discharge everything went smoothly. All nurses are always helpful and very friendly. I haven't been treated so thoroughly and well in a long time.

All thanks and respect to this wonderful hospital and to all its medical staff, including doctors, nurses, and workers, all of whom are extremely kind, friendly, and respectful. I had a gastric bypass surgery and it was very successful. After the operation, the medical care and follow-up of my condition and periodic examinations were great. I was placed in a clean single room with a private bathroom and shower. The food was prepared in a healthy and delicious way. I thank Elvivantes Hospital for its great care

What can I say. My father died there during a routine operation. I never heard from the treating doctors again after that. The cause of death was said to be "natural".... ADDENDUM: If the Vivantes team can't even read correctly that the death in question was NOT my GRANDFATHER but my FATHER, I see even less sense in "processing" it than it already does. What do you want to offer me? Reviving my father, or a long-overdue conversation with the operating doctors who never contacted me again after the death, or some other act that mocks the survivors? Basically, you should simply work internally to come to terms with your own grievances and your inhumanity in harassing publicly grieving relatives with your fake sympathy. It's obvious that you're just trying to give a good impression with your ready-made answers, but that doesn't work.

Prices do not match quality and taste. My condition was very bad and I waited seven hours. I told the nurse I couldn't breathe. She told me to wait, we have a strike I can't help you. I sent an email to the hospital administration, no one responded..

Sisters with a headache. Doctor from the night shift on the first aid station makes a completely tired visit to neurology. The nurses and nurses looked stressed and overtired. Doctors looked stressed. Running from one patient to the next. I myself have the feeling that I am just an unimportant number. The service staff made a very unkempt impression. There is a lot of room for improvement when cleaning the room. Apparently, many have not heard of disinfection and thorough hygiene. I asked for an early release. (Translated by Google) After another hospital had taken care of me poorly and my family doctor immediately sent me back to the nearest rescue center, I was treated in a friendly, human and medically professional manner. To the doctors and nurses in the rescue center on August 20. in the evening. I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart. And I mean it, you restored my belief in our health system. I think the chance of experiencing another attack out of religious madness is less than having to go to a hospital again. I was also able to simply tell a young psychologist my story in chronological order, and it became clear to me that such a situation moves the psyche more than is right, but: As soon as I can ride a motorcycle again, I will pass right there. I won't let such an idiot ruin my driving.

(Translated by Google) When registering in the emergency room, you had to wait a little long, and they were a bit unfriendly, but it was probably because they were overwhelmed. After registering, things went relatively quickly. The doctor treated was friendly and listened to everything carefully. The X-ray was also quick, the ladies there were a bit rough and not that friendly. All in all, I have to say that I was treated quickly and relatively well. Unfortunately, a lot of them are completely overworked / overwhelmed, which means that many are in a bad mood. One must not forget that there is a lack of staff in many hospitals and that many patients are also very stressful!

5 hours of waiting time for nothing, it is very loud in the waiting room, sick patients are constantly being pushed past in their beds, I waited another hour in the treatment room for the doctor to tell me there is nothing that can be done, even though I had already been told by my family doctor that I could need an operation. The prescription said “emergency” and the next appointment is in 4 weeks!!! This is how you want to be treated as an emergency. Never go there again!

Cold place for patients. Patients are ignored in the emergency room and are not taken seriously with any symptoms and are simply sent away (I arrived at the emergency room with a stomach ache full of tears from pain my vital signs were elevated and showing symptoms of pain. I was given a choice: either I stay with a waiting time of 9 hours or I should go to the family doctor the next day. ) I'm a nurse myself and I'm amazed at how a hospital like this can treat patients. The dermatologists in the hospital are really unfriendly and inconsiderate, they wait for 3-4 hours and do not take prophylactic measures for any complaints 1 star is way too much
