I feel like I won the lottery finding this practice. Staff and doctor are friendly. Dr. Rüssmann is empathetic and intelligent. I appreciate that when I come in with an issue he listens, asks questions, and discusses possible options with me. I can be a bit of a challenging patient as I have chronic pain and some other issues that I haven't yet figured out the reason for, and Dr. Rüssmann never makes me feel like I'm crazy or a hassle. I can't say enough good things about him. As for the practice as a whole, my German is bad but I am trying to learn, and the receptionists (I think they may also be nurses but I never know how that works?) are always patient with me and even help me practice my German by speaking easier things slowly to me (after I said it was okay to do that because I want to keep learning). I am so grateful for this place and cannot say enough good things about it! My partner (who is German) is also a patient there now, and he is also very happy with them.

Dr. Russmann was my GP for two years. He's very capable, intelligent and understanding. I changed the practice because I wanted to have a doctor who speaks my mother tongue (Romanian). I also wanted a practice closer to my home, so I don't travel so much by public transport. His English is impeccable, don't get me wrong. He is a wonderful doctor. I can only recommend. Doctor Russmann is an extremely talented and compassionate doctor who gives great care. His staff however have treated me very poorly in the past and also my last visit (during an emergency). Also, if you wish you make an appointment and are having trouble with the office telephone system/connection, you must go in person to find a suitable time for a suitable appointment. They also didn’t follow up on a biopsy I needed and consequentially I needed to wait months for my results. Luckily nothing was eventually found. Also, be careful with their door whilst entering the office. It’s very loud and if you close it too quickly it bangs and they will ask you to leave after raising their voice to you. Side note... be prepared to wait for an hour even if you have an early morning appointment.

Very nice doctor and nurses. They speak English well and always speak well and have a warm smile as soon as you enter The doctor himself is a nice empathetic person. Highly regarded

Dr Russman is great. Thorough and knowledgeable. His staff are also great. He speaks strong English, so does his staff. We highly recommend him. He’s now our family doctor, and we all appreciate him.

Easily the most amicable and competent practice at Berlin. I have been to other Hausarzts and after switching here, I am so relieved that i have a doctor who takes time to listen, with a smile. Dr Russman genuinely cares in treating the patient and that comes across. He is knowledgeable, efficient and meticulous. Most importantly, he is not dismissive of any concern or query. The nurses and staff are also friendly and helpful. And they do not give me rude looks if I speak in English. They also have a sense of humour which helps. Very approachable and very helpful. Highly recommend the practice.

I had my sport medical examination done at this medical practice and was very surprised with the ability of Dr. Rüssmann to explain into details all results from the exams. If you are looking for a sport doctor in Berlin Charlottenburg, I can definitely recommend to visit medical office practice.

Not cool to close the office without posting a notice to the website or Google. I wasted an hour traveling across town when the website and Google says it’s open.
