I thought the staff were very unfriendly and the doctor disorganized. I had an appointment for a biopsy. When I came in for the appointment the doctor said we couldn't do it today because tomorrow is a holiday and the tissue sample would just sit there making the reading less accurate. When I asked why the appointment was made on that day in the first place and why they didn't contact me to cancel, he said, there was no way to know. I was like, huh? You couldn't have known that tomorrow is a holiday? I got the impression that he was just trying the leave the office early that day. Another time, I came to get allergy test results and he hadn't tested for the allergens that we had discussed and was not willing to admit that he had made a mistake. Additionally, while trying to make a follow-up appointment, the woman at he front desk suggested a particular date. When I said that I was not available that day, she responded that maybe I should find another doctor then. It was so rude and strange even for Germany.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A DOCTOR IN BERLIN (AFTER 7 YEARS) First, it takes 2 months to get an appointment. Once I got there, had to wait for more than an hour for the doctor to see me. When the doctor saw me he was like "Ok pelase take your shirt off fast because I don't have time" He took a look for a second and told me "ok have this cream" And so I was like "wait ok but how do I put the cream on, like how many times a day, can I eat anything, can I smoke?" "Yes, yes, yes," that was his answer And he literally KICKED ME OUT of the room , as if my stuff wasn't important. Couldn't ask anything either. On top of that, I had a discussion with the secretary about this, because they told me to make another appointment. I look at the paper she was writing, the appointment was for two months after!!! And she looks at me and tells me "well I can see you don't have any issue", haha by just looking at my face. Anyway if my stuff isn't that serious, you should give me the time to ask my questions. I think I will never again come to this doctor. DON'T RECOMMEND IT

Doctor Mendez ist nice, but never actually takes any time for me. I´ve been there several times and he was always in rush and never properly listened to me. But my 2-star rate is not becasue of him, but because of the communication with the desk, which is not possible at all. You can never reach anybody on the phone and on their website it said you can write them an E-mail. I did so so many times, but it was the most frustrating experience ever. They never answer the E-mails, they just call back or totally ignore me! By call back, I mean that they try to call you back once and if you cannot answer the phone, that´s it, you missed your opportunity since they never bother to reach you again. And since I cannot answer the phone calls while working, the communication with them was not possible. And I wonder why do they have an E-mail address if they don´t answer the messages. So now, even if I would want to go back there, i can´t because my last two E-Mails trying to get an appointment were totally ignored for months now already.

Terrible reception. Cancelled multiple appointments without calling beforehand, apologizing, or offering to reschedule. Doctor could be okay, but only 1 of my 3 scheduled visits actually resulted in speaking with them. Complete waste of time

Would not recommend. Doctor was very nice and friendly (why the 2 stars) BUT the visit lasted 5 min and he didn't even look at my skin. Said he already knows what the problem is. His recommended "treatment" for my skin was a joke. Very disappointing.

Really really bad experience. I wait for one 1 hour!!! I had my appointment at 9.30 and they called me at 10.30. // The doctor not even check properly my skin... I ask to do regular blod test to check if I have food allergies (since he told me that last year...and he did not want it to to anything... just gave me the same cream than one year ago. He say: you just have stress! // Is not a good doctor for sure. I would not recomend to come here.

The receptionist did not speak English, what I can understand. I was doing my best to communicate in German, while she was being unfriendly. When she asked "what my problem was" (which I think should only be discussed with the doctor) I could not properly answer. So she said: "Ein minute bitte", and left me hanging on the phone for several minutes while I was listening her complaining to the other receptionist that I wanted to speak in English. Really unprofessional.

SUPER BAD service and communication... I had an appointment scheduled two months ago. I went to the clinic this morning and found out that the doctor is sick and I needed to reschedule the appointment at the end of the month. The staff didn't try to call me or text me in the morning, and didn't even say sorry after delivering the news... She just told me to leave because doctor is not here today. I probably won't go again in the future

He doesn’t care about patients. He didn’t even try, was trying to get rid of me asap, got me a prescription for the cream you can buy without prescription. total waste of time.

Worst attention ever, they cancel my appointment 3 times!!!!! And the last 2 was the very same day of the appointment! Saying in both times “the doctor is sick” . How a doctor can play like this with the health of people ??? I make an appointment because I’m sick, not bc I want to drink tea with you.

We‘ve been with Dr. Mendez since 2016 and very satisfied with him. The doctor speaks very good English, understanding and professional!! Even my mom flew from Bangkok to see him and get his treatment! Dr. Mendez was really lovely and kind to our 4 year old son 🥰 The receptionist lady was also nice although she doesn’t speak English but that‘s totally ok with us 👍 The waiting time was average around 30-40 mins. Overall, we‘re very happy with him! Highly recommend Dr. Mendez!!

What more can I say! Dr. Mendez is Very professional and understands his clients very well. It was my first time and after having encountered the unfriendliest doctor a day before, it was a relief to finally see a doctor who's interested in your health! I can highly recommend Dr. Mendez!

Paid for a minor surgery to remove a cyst. Oddly, instead of an incision, and stitches, he did some sort of scratch on it, and that was that. Turns out, I didn't get the Cyst removed, just scared on top, so it wouldn't keep bursting through the skin. Till today, when it exploded, now I am going to a new dermatologist to get the correct minor procedure. Avoid

Attentive and nice doctor, speaks English very well. Helped me with my problems. Due to unforeseen problems with public transportation, I arrived at the appointment almost half an hour late, but I was accepted anyway. Ladies at the reception were also friendly. I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews here.
