Our horse was in the clinic for 3 1/2 weeks, the staff was mostly friendly, our assigned doctor was very committed and informed us daily about the current status. Unser Pferd wurde freundlich und vorsichtig behandelt und für uns aufgeregte Besitzer gab es auch nette, beruhigende Worte. Also klare Empfehlung!!

Wir haben mehrfach die Dienste der Klinik in den unterschiedlichsten Situationen in Anspruch nehmen müssen und waren jedesmal äußerst zufrieden mit der kompetenten Diagnostik, der Behandlung, der Unterbringung und Versorgung unserer Stute. Herrn Professor Lischer und seinem Team sagen wir unseren ganz herzlichen Dank. Wir wurden bestens informiert und einbezogen. Wenn künftig wieder ein Tierarzt benötigt wird, führt uns unser Weg auf jeden Fall nach Düppel.

Gute Auskunft über Zustand und Entwicklung des Pferdes nach OP. Das Pferd steht aktuell noch immer in der Uni-Klinik. Die OP ist eine Woche her. Es wird also sicherlich noch einige Zeit dort stehen müssen. Aber wir können diese Klinik und ihr Personal bereits jetzt ohne jede Einschränkung empfehlen. Wir würden unsere Pferde immer wieder hier her bringen. Fachkompetenz gepaart mit ausgesprochen zugewandten Personal!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Wir würden schon von Ärzten und Pfleger erwartet als Notfall. Wir mussten keinen suchen. Oder rum fragen wann jemand kommt. Schnelle Diagnose und dementsprechende Behandlung. Also es war auch nie jemand unfreundlich alle net und zuvorkommend.

We were allowed to bring Heracles on Sunday because we had to travel a little further. The CT scan was carried out on Monday, before and afterward my daughter was called and fully informed and a diagnosis was made. He had surgery on Tuesday and my daughter was called again before and after the operation. She was informed in detail about all the steps that were taken and we were and are very happy that he was examined and treated so thoroughly and that we were always informed completely and in a very, very friendly manner. And then we were able to bring him home again after just 2 weeks on December 23rd, 2013, our best Christmas present and now hope that his wound heals well. My daughter was shown how to clean the wound again and we were given a well-filled bag with medication and gloves, compresses, etc. to take home. We would like to thank the entire team once again!
