I’m
sorry
but
this
place
they
just
want
money.
It’s
a
private
osteopathic
praxi,
I
assume
you
should
know
(which
the
therapist
reminded
me
when
I
was
there).
Long
story
short,
the
therapist
knew
my
transfer
form
was
wrong
for
the
Osteopathie
treatment
and
it
definitely
cannot
be
reimbursed
by
my
insurance
company,
but
she
still
insisted
me
to
do
the
therapy
and
to
pay
for
the
whole
amount
of
money.
I
could
admit
that
I
made
a
mistake
on
booking
an
appointment
here
because
I
was
confused
about
the
tansfer
prescription
received
from
my
dentist
and
my
dentist
suggested
that
I
could
find
any
osteopathie
places
and
TK
will
cover
it.
When
I
booked
this
praxis,
it
stated
it
is
a
private
praxis
but
accepts
“Gesetzlich
und
privat
Versicherte
sowie
Selbstzahlende”
on
Doctolib.
The
therapist
at
this
place
looked
at
my
transfer
prescription
and
said
there
is
no
“osteopathy
treatment”
mentioned
on
it
and
I
need
a
specific
transfer
form
with
“osteopathy”
to
submit
to
the
insurance
company.
So
I
did
not
want
to
do
it
at
that
time
and
wanted
to
confirm
with
my
dentist
or
insurance
company
if
I
can
reimburse
the
fee
first.
However,
the
therapist
didn’t
let
me
leave
and
“kindly”
advised
me
to
do
it
now
and
reminded
me
of
it’s
a
private
praxis
and
everything
works
the
same
all
the
time,
and
I
should
have
read
through
the
Hinweis
before
appointment.
Besides,
one
session
is
120
euro.
She
also
suggested
that
I
could
ask
the
dentist
re-prescribe
one
with
“osteopathy
treatment”
on
it
after
the
treatment,
just
don’t
want
me
to
go
without
paying.
But
now
I
figured
it
out…
how
can
I
reimburse
the
fee
with
a
therapy
“done”
before
a
newly-issued
transfer
form??????
I
did
the
osteopathy
because
the
therapist
is
kind
of
forcing
or
“threatening”
you
to
do
it.
And
I
took
the
therapy
and
paid
the
120
euro
at
the
end.
It’s
completely
not
worth
the
money.
The
appointment
was
for
one-hour
duration,
but
the
treatment
only
lasted
for
around
30-40
mins.
The
therapist
was
friendly
in
treatment
of
course.
Just
to
clarify,
the
hard
money-making
mindset
is
not
nice.
They
have
stated
clear
Hinweise
when
you
book
appointments
on
Doctolib,
please
read
it
through.
It’s
tricky,
but
you
cannot
blame
them
for
anything.
Cancellation
needs
to
be
done
48
hours
in
advance,
otherwise
a
cancellation
fee
of
120
euro
will
be
charged.
I
checked
again
that
they
do
not
have
the
treatment
price
(120
euro
for
one
session)
stated
in
the
Hinweis
(on
GoogleMaps
it’s
95
euros),
but
the
therapist
lied
to
me
that
they
stated
the
price
in
the
Hinweis
before
booking
and
I
should
have
known
the
price,
which
means
I
should
not
be
surprised
about
it
and
be
aware
that
I
will
be
paying
that
amount.
It
was
definitely
my
worst
experience
at
a
praxis
and
I
assume
it
was
unethical
and
inhuman.
Even
in
a
private
praxis,
the
patient/customer
has
the
right
to
decide
if
they
want
to
do
it
or
not,
if
they
can
afford
it
or
not
after
hearing
the
price
from
their
mouth,
and
if
they
want
to
leave
or
not
after
knowing
the
treatment
suggestions.
I
have
never
seen
such
an
unfair
case
in
which
you
go
there
for
the
first
time
and
you
have
to
accept
everything
they
stated
before
and
after.
What
you
have
to
do
is
to
pay
for
the
money.
Well,
maybe
a
lesson
for
a
poor
student…
a
kind
remind
for
Gesetzlich
insured
people…
next
time
I
will
probably
just
have
to
run
out
of
the
door
or
jump
out
of
the
window…
oh
definitely
no
next
time
here.
