Standard rooms are a little basic, no fridge, limited space for clothes and not even a table or desktop area in the room. My room faced an internal courtyard, so the view wasn't great. For a lone traveller on holiday this wasn't a problem for me. Bathroom is reasonable size with an excellent large shower cubicle. Breakfast is extra but a very good buffet selection, hot and cold. My room was clean and well supplied. Staff pleasant and helpful. Would have given 5 stars in there had been a table or equivalent working area in the bedroom.

First of all, I don't think the current rating is accurate. So please do not hesitate to stay there. The hotel feels very new. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good. The staff was really helpful. Special thanks to Ashley at the front desk, who was always positive and cooperative. Overall a good experience, I would stay there again.

Bad cleaning. A worse hotel from the Premier Inn chain. Dirty bathroom, even on the second attempt they didn't remove the disgusting dirt on the wall (I can't write what it is so the review won't be deleted). The receptionist offered to ask for a refund. Unfortunately, that's what I wrote. It took a month, a lot of emails, mistakes, promises, rejections. If this was supposed to improve the opinion of the hotel, then rather the opposite. And again, a month before arrival, we asked for a room on a higher floor for an extra fee. And again they got the second floor, because there is nowhere else available. But since there was no bed, we miraculously got this room on the 4th floor (but as a bonus dirt on the wall). + available family room with 2 children (is smaller) + good breakfast (except eggs, they don't like them) + even if there is no parking, there are paid garages nearby. you can park overnight in front of the hotel for free

ATTN ALL WOMEN. SECURITY NOT ADEQUATE. TWO MEN GAINED ACCESS TO MY HOTEL ROOM. The hotel is brand new and very comfortable. We upgraded to a Premier Plus room for an extra 20E per night (5 night stay) on the top floor, and with a balcony. On the 3rd night 2 men gained access to our room at approx 1.30am. We were asleep, it was terrifying. Reception did not find the men, gave me a key for another room, but with no assistance moving. Offered free breakfast, then refunded 1 night stay. Complained to hotel director when checking out, received a full refund for the stay. Still no explanation as to how TWO MEN ENTERED MY HOTEL ROOM. I don't feel secure as a female staying at their hotels after this incident and their nonchalant way of dealing with it. Avoid. As others have mentioned, room service was almost non-existent, had to ask for a times for towels. No glasses or cups replaced coffee machine provided but no capsules. For over 100e per night it's absolutely not worth it. UPDATE - 2 weeks on and still no explanation. Not even a reply. Disgusting. AVOID.

(Translated by Google) A very nice hotel, with nice and clean rooms. The staff is very friendly. The bed is fantastic and it's like sleeping on cloud nine. If the pillows aren't appealing, you're welcome to choose one in the closet. Price/performance/location really great. We will definitely book this hotel again.

You will really enjoy a great sleep in a very good bed, clean room, no noise either from the outside environment or even from the corridor or the adjacent rooms! The hotel's messages at the front desk about ultimate rest and sleep are true. The bathroom is very clean and modern. The breakfast is of excellent quality and wide variety with fast and courteous service. The location of the hotel is excellent (in front of Alexanderplatz) with easy access to most attractions even on foot. One could say that everything was perfect, except for some more experienced reception ladies whose behavior needs improvement, since we felt that any information we asked for was a burden and given to us hastily and with a touch of arrogance. So we can't give 5th star. Surely anyone who is a first-time visitor to a city asks the reception staff for some basic information on a map. We were never given anything like this, leaving us surprised because no matter where in the world we were, the briefing by the reception staff was done with a smile as the 1st act of hospitality after being briefed on the hotel's basics. There were 1-2 people who showed interest with a smile but on other issues like room cards or luggage. On the contrary, the behavior of the rooms and catering staff was exemplary and warmly welcoming. In any case, it is worth staying at the hotel during your visit to the city of Berlin. He will appreciate it!

Staff at reception are very friendly and kind, they also speak English which was great for us as we come from the UK. Rooms are clean, comfortable, safe and modern. Location is fantastic as it is very close to the centre with the public transport and the shopping centre. The view from our room was ok, not the best as it was just other windows but was nice to have a quiet part of the hotel. I took off one star because our TV started to malfunction and kept turning on in the middle of the night, waking us up. We never reported this as it was not a big issue to us but others may find it annoying. Check out was very easy and staff were friendly, they gave us free sweets to review this hotel and I would definitely return as it is convenient if you are here with friends for a short trip and with Premier Inn you always know you are getting a decent stay for your money.

Great hotel. Stayed 7 nights here and loved it. Great location and the hotel is brand new. Only slight criticism is the slow elevators. They are an odd shape so people end up lined up in them and it can be a bit awkward trying to get out if people don't move or take hints to move. Waited ages for the lift but when it arrived it was full so ended up taking the stairs. Bar is nice and staff are pleasant. They do a thing where you pass on the house keeping and they pay for a meal for a child which is great. Keep up the good work!

(Translated by Google) I booked this hotel a few weeks before it officially opened, taking advantage of an excellent room + breakfast offer (compared to similar hotels nearby). Excellent location, also clearly visible from Alexanderplatz. Welcome slightly to be improved as it seemed to us that not all the staff speak English and (we don't speak German) we waited for a receptionist to speak it. But certainly negligible. The room was exactly as I expected, cozy, comfortable bed, good size of the room and bathroom with everything you need and a large and comfortable shower. Good breakfast and worth the price, we always went down at 7 to avoid confusion and in fact we were almost alone. The only problem that bothered us not a little was the presence for two days during the three of stay of rather noisy and disrespectful room neighbors who at every hour of the evening continuously opened and closed the doors of the room, creating not a little disturbance. It was a group of boys / girls divided into various rooms on the same floor and continuously back and forth, disturbing considerably from 21:00 onwards. Unfortunately, respect for people is not for everyone, but this is not attributable to the hotel even if the idea of making the closing of the doors of the rooms a little more "silent" could be considered, the only precaution. The cleaning has always been done correctly and you can also decide not to have the room tidied up in the morning in exchange for a drink at the bar or in charity (option available while staying). I was satisfied with the stay.

We are in love with Nikoletta. She was so pleasant and smiling. Unfortunately, my wife and I do not know any foreign languages, apart from our mother tongue, Turkish. After buying our breakfast ticket, she helps us find our muesli bowls and helps us find our lactose free products. She spoke wonderful Turkish even though she was not Turkish herself. It is so nice to find your home in a foreign country. Our 2 nights at Premier Inn Alexanderplatz were like staying in our own home, thanks to her. Premier Inn is lucky to have Nikoletta. I hope that google has translated my opinion well.

I stayed here for 2 weeks with the Checkpoint Charlie group. I found my room to be comfy and spacious. The mattress should be flipped or turned because it sunk in on one side that most people have slept on. I had a view of the tv tower and buildings across the street. There was an electric kettle in the room along with various tea and instant coffee. The shower pressure was nice, but my water would randomly become very hot while showering without me changing the temperature. The hotel was very clean and looked modern. The breakfast buffet did not come with our room so it was 15.50 euros. The location is central to many sites and a 5 minute walk from Alexanderplatz. From there you can have your choice of public transportation to get around the city. The courtyard was nice.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Went with a group of friends and we booked 5 Twin rooms. Everything was excellent. Room was a good size with comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall another great Premier inn hotel

Firstly, we just ordered a normal one and the key doesn’t work so they upgraded our room to premier inn plus. All services are really good and the price and location are perfect for Berlin! Public transport are very convenient and within foot distance you can reach a lot of things :)

Premier inn Berlin alexanderplatz is a great hotel in a great location. 5 minute walk to the underground station, also plenty of places to find to eat. The hotel its self was value for money, Clean rooms, nice bar area and good breakfast. The staff was so helpful and friendly and mad our 5 day stay welcoming. A member of staff there Shannon was superb and was so helpful in anything you asked her and dealt with us professionally. Definitely recommend this hotel

Fantastic location, a short 2 minute walk from the Alexanderplatz Train Station. Exactly what you expect from a premier inn with a little bit more luxury. Friendly staff (particularly Shannon who helped with our luggage) excellent breakfast and restaurant area, with a well stocked bar. Rooms very spacious for a city centre location. Handy luggage storage facilities following departure. Highly recommend for a visit to Berlin.

We have stayed here for a week and let me say firstly the rooms are great and very quiet. What reduces my score is that the staff are extremely slow, and 90% of them seem very confused about what they should be doing. Although this hotel serves breakfast, the one (and only) time we tried to get breakfast we were turned away as it was "too busy". A hotel with 10 floors should have sufficient room and food to cater for everyone who comes by. The food at night is very minimal, burgers do not come with chips and when you order food, it is met with unenthusiastic response, like it is too much effort. The staff do not want to do evening food. Even the lights in the bar are OFF. The area should be welcoming and it is not. Luckily this did not ruin our holiday but I do think improvements should be made.

Booked the Holiday Inn, and ended up in the Premier Inn! Change of name/ownership? Great Central location only 5-10 mins from the centre and train station. Easy walk even after a few beers. Our room was on the snug side, but served our purposes for the stay and was clean. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and no problems getting a table. We called in to the bar one evening after a day out, but everyone was busy behind the main counter with not even an acknowledgement. Waited 5 mins or so and gave it up and went up to the room. Never tried again so can't comment further on the bar. Overall happy and would certainly use again.

Perfect location, so many train stations, bus stops and trams - you can ask for help if needed (they speak English too) and you can get a map from front desk. Good rooms, you have to request if you need your room cleaning. Service is good, very friendly and helpful - gave us ice and extra toiletries when needed. Would recommend and a nice lobby. Bar open 24hrs

This is a basic hotel but pristine clean. Everything is fairly new. Good shower with good pressure. Bed and pillows very comfy. It has pretty much everything you need without luxuries. The room is very tight. The hotel is very well located right in the center and near a subway station. The staff is very nice and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in this hotel. We got a quit clean room. The hotel looks new and modern. The personal are very friendly and helpful. The big advantage of this hotel is that it is directly central. We had breakfast there, which was good but could be improved and add more varieties to it. But over all we liked it.

Excellent location with parking. Disabled parking on street. Gluten free bread available at breakfast. The accessible room had one of the best wet rooms I've used and there are plenty of emergency cords in the room. Large corner room with table. Would definitely recommend

The hotel is excellent the staff were very helpful. The room was nice and as always the bed was comfortable. On top of that the bar operates 24hr which was great as we arrived later than expected but could rest and wind down after the travel over. Location is perfect for Alexanderplatz which is only a short 2-3 min stroll but in a quiet location. Excellent public transport to get around.

We stayed there for 3 nights. The hotel looks new, the room was nice and clean, and the staff was efficient. They forgot to do our room 1 day, but when informed about it, they were prompt to sort everything out. I would stay again.

The reception is the worst non on them was able to find our booking which we booked for 4 nights and paid for. After 2 night they told us they had no room available and charged us twice. After raising the issue we have been told for days they would look into it or the manager is not available. Been send back and forth and being told some story’s that nit matched up at all. Would not recommend at all

Excellent location, less than 5 minutes walk from Alexanderplatz train and subway stations, with direct trains to the airport. We stayed on two separate nights, a Friday and a Sunday, and both rooms we had were clean and spacious. The only slight downside was the bathroom, which was separated from the bedroom by a sliding opaque glass door and was not sound-proof. However, it was brilliant value for money in an excellent location for getting around the city.

The horrible experience ever. After waiting for check in a queue about 30 minutes it was comes up that our room which was prepaid isn’t clean, so we were forced to wait again. In average, we waited for a room about an hours. For the inconvenience, they were offered to us free breakfast. When we came to the room at night it was still dirty everywhere was dust, the floor was filthy, mold in the bathroom. And when we go down to reception and ask for solution of this problem, they were told that housekeeping staff is already gone. And asked us waiting for the next morning to clean our room. But we insisted that we need clean room now, and reception manager took a vacuum cleaner and go to our room to clean the floor. Hardly ever we'll want to return to this hotel. A few things that we like it was the location of this hotel and their option to keep your baggage.

New hotel in a convenient location about 10 min away from Alexanderplatz Train Station. We booked a triple room, but when we got to our room it was a double room. After 15 min or do they eventually found a triple room for us. There was also no air conditioning in the room, so it got really warm and we needed to open the windows in spite of the noise. The shower gel pump was also not working

Clean and modern hotel. We had a family room with each of our two children having their own bed. Good shower. Decent buffet breakfast. Great central location. Overall fantastic value.

Cute and modern hotel in a good location. As we arrived at 12:00 we were told to do the check in at 14:00 and we did so, but once we got back, there where, at least, 15 other guests waiting for their check in as well and none of the staff took care of the situation and we had to queue not following the right order, which was quite messy and, as a result, we missed a tour we had booked several weeks in advance because of their delay. Also we wanted to get our room done by the maids and get the towels changed and they didn't do it even though we asked the maid's crew to do so and they said the were about to do it, but once we got back at night nothing had been done and our towels hadn't been changed, so I had to go to the front desk in order to get them. They take very little care of the guests. Let you know that there is no fridge in the rooms and nor toiletries either.

A shambles. Firstly, the room stank of raw sewage. Male staff member on reception said we'd normally move you but we're fully booked, nothing I can do. Upon insisting, he sent a cleaner up who reported back that it absolutely stank. Suddenly a move WAS possible. But the male staff member again just palmed it off to someone else. Very rude (see below, training still needed?). New room better but then drilling started very early in the morning. To top it off, couldn't shower for more then a few minutes as the drainage didn't work and the shower basin overflowed. Tried to report to Premier Inn via Twitter, no response.

Got 3 nights of good sleep. Rooms are surprisingly quiet if you close the window. Simple corporate box hotel, nice staff. Good location if you have business around Alexanderplatz.
