We had a wonderful dinner at intrepid with some friends. The service was topnotch, the food was amazing!!!(definitely the best food we had on the island). I would definitely go back and highly recommend it. I'm not sure how difficult it is to get reservations as we went with a local who is regular, but it seemed that reservations were required.

Intrepid & Oliver Where to start with this over the top, opulent, incredible experience. The ambiance and atmosphere at Intrepid are second to none. The restaurant is calm, intimate, and perfectly lit, with wonderful decor and comfortable seating. We were greeted on entry by a hostess who acknowledged our reservation, and ushered us to the bar for a drink. Once seated at our table (on the beautiful covered patio, as requested), we were greeted by our server, Oliver. Oliver made this night (the celebration of my birthday, in Bermuda) what it was. His attention to detail, attentiveness, experience and knowledge of the litany of selections made him likely the best server my spouse and I have encountered, anywhere we have traveled in the world. Intrepid, are you listening? This is someone you should retain and promote. The food was amazing. Well plated, the ingredients fresh, and each bite somehow better than the last. From appetizers, to drink, to mains, to a special birthday desert, we were lavished with everything this special venue has to offer. 10/10, over the top, can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful evening spent here with excellent and attentive service to the delicious food and drinks. Great ambience on the patio with a nice view. Would def recommend anyone visiting to make a trip here. Order the golden eye baked apple galette, it is made to order and you won’t regret it!

Intrepid is an absolute Gem!!!! First class staff!! Best food on the island,Bravo to the kitchen staff!! Lloyd is charming and always welcoming with first class service. We have returned twice and Maddy was outstanding, very attentive and professional both times. Can’t wait to return. Btw…. Best ever espresso martini will knock your socks off.

After having a poor experience at another on property establishment our expectations weren’t very high. Boy were we wrong! The food and drinks were incredible. The crispy pork belly and lobster max & cheese were especially delicious. What truly set this place apart wasn’t just the food/cocktails but the service. Mandy was instrumental in changing our opinion. She was an excellent server and had great stories about the establishment and other points of interest on the island. I would highly recommend Intrepid for anyone looking for a great meal and cocktails or a nice date nice.

What an amazing time it was to experience Intrepid, the new fine dining restaurant at The Fairmont Princess in Bermuda. The decor and ambience were captivating from the moment we walked in. Their signature Smokey Old Fashion was an incredible cocktail and the perfect way to start the evening. You even get to choose the type of wood they smoke your cocktail with table side. Oh la la. The service at Intrepid was incredible. The sommelier Lloyd introduced us to their new digital wine list on VINU. Simply the best way to discover his superb wine cellar at Intrepid and explore the many options that best suit your wine preferences and meal selections. Truly one of a kind. A wine list where every bottle is good to the last drop!! Marylin our server was just the best. She is very friendly, welcoming, & charming, with a vast product knowledge & had the best recommendations from the menu that did not disappoint. The raw bar had fresh delicious oysters & the Hamachi Crudo was melt in your mouth. So many other seafood options like as well you may have to come back several times in order to taste them all. All of the steak selections were very impressive. They have so many mouth watering sauces to pair with whatever cut you choose. My 6oz Tenderloin (Pittsburg Style) & Lobster tail were cooked to perfection. The sides were ALL just outstanding and you won’t be disappointed with any of them. The wine suggested by Lloyd was amazing and paired with our meal perfectly. Merci Merci We barely had enough room for dessert but oh was it worth it. The 007 layer chocolate cake and Strawberry 5 ways were perfection. My hats off to the Chef and crew for an amazing dining experience start to finish. Intrepid is a must for anyone coming to Bermuda, even if you’re not staying at the Fairmont Princess. However it does wonders having a short trip down the beautiful halls to one of the stunning rooms there, after a night enjoying the amazing culinary experience that is Intrepid. Can’t wait to come back again soon.

Incredible food, from start to finish, and warm, knowledgable, and extremely attentive staff. No detail was missed. Intrepid is a wonderful addition to the Princess' dining portfolio. I can't wait to return!

First occasion at Intrepid was dinner with colleagues (2 weeks ago, 7 of us) - We shared a large portion of the menu (we wanted to try as much as we could). As well as plenty of red wine. Everyone agreed the steaks were cooked to perfection to our individual liking. Somehow a few managed to have desert - 2 golden eye baked apple galletes (make sure to place order same time as your main course as they are made to order), and the Intrepid 007 Layer Cake. Chocolate truffles ended the night. Tonight was the second time at Intrepid and the service, food and drinks were fantastic - again! Thanks to Mahesh for being a wonderful, attentive server. And the Head of House was also checking to ensure all was good, which was appreciated. My teen enjoyed her Rosemary Mango Tonic mocktail. I had the Intrepid Martini. We shared the broccoli tempura to start, then moved on to the 6oz Tenderloins - chimichurri and bordelaise were our choice sauces; roasted broccolini and smoke-house mac & cheese sides to share. As tempting as the desserts were, we were full and satisfied. We still had the complimentary chocolate truffles. Definitely will be back to try other delights and to fit in dessert!

Spent 7 days in Bermuda, and ate in many fabulous restaurants, however must say Intrepid was a level above. Gorgeous room with great ambience. Very trendy vibe. More like an Stk in Las Vegas. Service was impeccable, and all of our cocktails and food were simply fantastic. Prices were actually similar to other upscale Bermuda restaurants. There were 6 of us total, enjoyed varied coctails, starters, entrées and desserts. I highly recommend.

The restaurant is elegant and upscale The waitstaff is very friendly and professional Unfortunately there was no communication between the hostess and the restaurant manager. We were promised a specific table to celebrate our anniversary when we confirmed our reservation (in person) in the afternoon only to find all the nice tables occupied when we returned for dinner a few hours later. There were also only a few other tables available. After expressing our frustration and disappointment the manager set up a new table to accommodate our original request. Although the new table was nice it was still not what we were promised. In the end the manager Lloyd was terrific and attended to all our requests. We even had a lovely conversation with him at the end of our meal. In terms of food, the pork belly was delicious (one of the best dishes during our visit). The steak was cooked well but with no charcoal taste and completely under seasoned.

A great dinner! Delicious food and great ambiance. We went to celebrate our honeymoon and our incredibly sweet waiter, Ean, even surprised us with complementary chocolate truffles! Definitely recommend!

We celebrated my mother's birthday here tonight and it was wonderful. We have a lot of allergies in the family and our server Ashley went above and beyond to ensure our safety and enjoyment! Intrepid is probably the best restaurant in Bermuda currently. It is a truly fabulous venue with great food, attentive service and beautiful views over the Hamilton marina. Whether in the evening or day time, the patio area is a most pleasant place to have a meal. The inside decor of the restaurant is also tasteful and offers a different atmosphere to the patio. I have had the pleasure of being served by Marylin on a couple of occasions and she is wonderful. I recommend highly.

Every time we are in Bermuda, we look forward to our dinners here! The food and service are above and beyond. Lloyd, the manager, has always been so kind to us. We have had Oliver a few times as our server and he is fantastic! We will definitely be back the next time we are in Bermuda!

My husband and I were celebrating our 48th anniversary with our dear friends tonight at Intrepid in the Hamilton Princess. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough especially if you're celebrating a special occasion! My first piece of advice would be to ask to be seated in the section where Marilyn would take care of your table. She is a real gem and made the entire dining experience something we will never forget! The food was outstanding and the service was extraordinary! I had the most delicious lamb chops I can ever remember having. The lobster mac & cheese was out of this world and my husband said his rib-eye steak just melted in his mouth. The sides were enough to serve everyone at the table and the desserts were yummy. If you have a chance to score a reservation at Intrepid be ready for a really special evening. Don't forget to ask for Marilyn; you won't be disappointed!
