I stayed here for a week and it was a fabulous stay visiting friends and family. Its a hidden gem close to Dockyard and Horseshoe beach like 10 min. The bus stops right outside and its very quiet at night! The staff was friendly, focused, and made the check in process a breeze. Book directly with them, not Expedia, if you want more options like a bigger room.I loved the oceanfront views and the free breakfast option. I hope to return again here at Willow bank!

The pros for this place is it’s location. It is absolutely stunning and breath taking. If you get a garden room, ask for an upgrade and you’ll probably get the ocean view as the resort is not full. Love the way all the buildings are spread out and you get a ton of privacy. The beaches are absolutely gorgeous. In my opinion nicer than horseshoe bay and elbow beach. Lots of fish in the water, we’ve even seen a barracuda and an octopus in the water. Nice to have food here for the days you don’t want to leave the resort. Super clean! Super friendly and helpful staff!! Cons: -mold! Our room had mold everywhere. On the walls, curtains, even pillows under pillowcases. I had to sleep with the slider door open as I am sensitive to mold. -Furnite is super old and worn. -limited food menu. Continental breakfast is super limited as well. -no alcohol for sale ( make sure to stop by a supermarket and load up) Great value and if you are here for the beaches absolutely do not think twice and go for it! Tremendous potential as the location is priceless. Staff is very friendly!!

The employees were very accommodating, helpful, and friendly at every opportunity and chance they encountered any guest at any time. The view from the room was of the ocean and it was very enjoyable.

Willowbank is a gem in beautiful Bermuda! I had the opportunity to spend an extended weekend there in January 2023 and it is one of the most peaceful properties I’ve ever stayed on, with stunning views and excellent service. We had a breakfast event there for our organization and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything went well. Willowbank is family, corporate and solo-traveler friendly with comfortable rooms, a friendly team and gorgeous sunsets. You won’t be disappointed!

The remote location is for better and worst. Transiting to the touristic areas will require a fair amount of effort between the buses and difficulty getting a taxi in Somerset. Somerset village is very quiet and the food options are quite limited. On the plus side, there is a decent gym, the pool is okay (no view of the ocean) and the view from the restaurant is stunning. That same location allows star gazing at night, what a Delight. On the other side, the rooms are on the older side, ours has a leak, room service doesn’t come everyday and the breakfast is bare bones. The staff made us feel welcome most of the time, one day it seemed that everybody was on edge while they were very nice the rest of the time. I don’t get it. I’d suggest staying somewhere else in general if the price is similar

Willowbank Resort is a hidden gem and located conveniently near Dockyard, Heydon Trust, The Railway Trail, Port Royal Golf Course, and Fort Scaur. They have undertaken renovations over the past few years, so we were delightfully surprised to see an updated and modern Ocean Dining Room! As a family of four, we stayed in Tamarisk 1 and 2. These ocean-front rooms are dreamy! We loved walking across the Seaview Lawn to access the resort ammenities. These rooms also provide easy access to the baby beach and dock. The staff is warm and welcoming and attended to every detail--even providing Easter baskets for our girls to enjoy upon arrival. We hope to make it a tradition and stay for Willowbank Easter Events next year! The only change we may make to a future itinerary is to book the Grape Bay Suite which has two bedrooms and a small kitchen and also recently renovated.

I wish I could have stayed longer! I felt so at home here. My friend and I were very well taken care of. The room was clean and so cute! The bed was comfortable, not too soft or too firm. The private beach was right down the path from our balcony. Aunt G took care of us from recommendations for activities to the best ways travel throughout the island. Chef Ronald and Eugene were the best. We were able to order food to our room, sit in the dining room or be served out on the terrace. We have plans to go back because our stay was so perfect, we have to do it again!

I absolutely loved this place. We had a beach front room. The view from our patio was unbelievable!!! I never wanted to go home. They have to seperate private beaches. Maybe we were lucky with the time of year we went or maybe it's just like this all year round but there was never anyone down at the beaches. It was like ale had our own private beaches to ourselves. The water was very calm and perfect temperature. We were able to walk a good distance out before it was up to our necks. Not once getting sloshed by a wave. The service here at the resort was exceptional as well. They did everything in their power to make sure we didn't lift a finger or worry about a thing including transportation. I will be staying here again. Easy decision! We love you Willowbank!!!

Let me tell you that the service here was excellent. Asha and Gina (Aunt G) we’re top of the line. They were so accommodating to everything we could need. If you need to know how to get around town they will tell you the bus information or call you a cab direct. If you want to get local food during lunch when Chef Ron is preparing your dinner options at the resort they will help you with that as well. I cant wait to go back here as they make you feel like family when you stay at this resort. The rooms are cute and the views are breathtaking. I gotta say it was hard to leave. The beds were comfortable and housekeeping made sure they serviced our rooms daily. Nothing but a great time here. You have access to a private beach or a public beach which both were right outside of our room. They also have a pool that is on the resort as well that looks amazing but we didn’t get to take a dip as we were to busy on the beaches and touring the island. 🥰 The food here is amazing as well Chef Ron personally comes to your table to make sure you are enjoying your meal. They serve breakfast and dinner and everything is great. If you are adventurous you can catch the bus right outside the resort to go to the Dockyard which is about 20 minutes away for fun family activities or good food. You can also go into town on the bus to the Market or Horseshoe Bay. We will be back soon!

Can't say anything on the hotel rooms. Just had a high tea in the hotel which was very nice. Property is amazing great garden and nice beaches. Looked very empty. Low season I guess.

Was fine but they charged my card a huge amount incorrectly without asking my permission or without any information passed on to me. Disappointing way to leave.

Staff extremely attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Resort was beautiful, accommodation perfect. Ocean view was much appreciated, along with 2 private beaches. We hope to come back some day, to see our friends at Willowbank.

I remember the time when I went to Bermuda for the first time. I stayed here. And I just want to say that there’s a nice view from where I was ! Honesty, Bermuda is a very beautiful place and I would love to go back. And btw it’s so quiet at night ! Over here in New York it’s hella noisy at night 😭 especially back when I used to live in an apartment. But besides that this hotel is great and so is Bermuda !!!

My three friends and myself had a day pass at the resort in June! The beaches were uncrowned and beautiful! The entire resort was beautiful! Gina and Asha were so accommodating and very pleasant! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here! Thanks for the ride Gina back to the dockyard!
