I stopped by here with my family members to get a few souvenirs and keepsakes. We found a lot of things of interest, but we settled on buying several t-shirts and trinkets. The store appeared to be orderly and neat upon our entry into the store. There was a female cashier who was behind the desk who took me after another male cashier was just goofing off behind the register.

What fun! At first glance it appears to be a trinkets & trash kind of tourist souvenir place. And, yes, they have that - but stuff with a unique twist. Much fun. But the place sprawls out much beyond that section in front . . . into all kinds of the usual department store offerings. Plus lots and lots of books and greeting cards. Nice little cafe overlooking the harbor. Free WiFi. Everywhere you turn this place is a visual delight

Brown & Co. sells my favourite Glam Pop popcorn🙌🏾. And has a beautiful selection of books upstairs. I really stopped by today to visit The Glaze Cafe located upstairs at the rear of the Bookstore. However, this department store has everything - clothes, shoes, party supplies, gifts, food and snack items, toys, candles, house adornments, perfume, jewelry, holiday items and cards for all occasions and a whole lot more. This store can be accessed from three points of entry - Front Street, Queen Street and Reid Street!

Good variety

It is a good store to buy books, souvernis and party items.

The shop has a variety of great merchandise to pick from like shoes, clothes, hand bags, perfumes, jewellery etc

The coffee section staff are very unpleasant. Ordered coffee and a donut, there was no one else in the que except one person before me. The staff wrote down the order and the guy behind the counter just gazed into nothing walking up and down doing nothing, after about 20min standing and watching him, he asked again what we ordered but he wrote it down? Get better staff your custom service is pathetic!! Don't recommend getting a coffee and snack there at all!

upon my shopping experience today I gave 3 stars only because some of the staff ( besides 1 employee) plus the security guard made me feel very uncomfortable only due to the fact that their approach was more of a I'm watching you and singling you out to make sure you don’t steal basically and as a BERMUDIAN I find that appalling. I understand that they have to make sure something of that nature doesn’t happen, but to only single me out of many many people that were in there is pure ignorance. Not to mention this isn’t the first time it has happened to me and my family at this establishment previous security guards did the same thing followed us all around and only us and I’m a bit confused as they definitely have seen us before purchase our items, so why would you think we would do something mischievous????. The only staff member that I truthfully appreciated and was beyond beautiful and helpful was yazmin G or Jgilbert as it states on the receipt. Brown and co give her raise !!!!!! Her customer service skills were wonderful as for the security guards and other employees they need more training. To busy following the wrong people around when you could be missing the person that is actually up to something please work on this brown and co. I think I’ll be taking a little break from this business and purchase my perfumes elsewhere, if it does however happen again if i decide to venture back in I will be speaking to corporate.

A great mix of products. Ladies,shoes fragrance, jewellery, book shop, general goods, some souvenirs and there is a cafe inside so you can stop for lunch or a snack. Friendly and helpful staff.

I really enjoy their shoe, homestore, and bookstore department. They lose a star because as much as I try to shop their clothing, the quality doesn't match the price. Still, I'm determined to find something

This store has anything and everything you're looking for

Staff at check-out drumming her fingernails on the counter. Does that means she annoyed with you when you are trying to understand why the price is not on the card but in the register. Now: The US price is not the real price as the Bermuda price is the real price and a lot higher but not on the card. Surprise! So much for the Bermuda dollar being equivalent to the US dollar.

Most helpful staff. Great tasting grilled cheese & coffee on the deck upstairs, overlooking Front St, watching the sunshine dancing diamonds on Hamilton harbour! Quiet place for free WiFi texting with friends.
