An exceptional hotel! We stayed here during a vacation in Bermuda and were extremely impressed with the attentive, thoughtful, and intuitive staff. We requested a microwave in advance and were told that the hotel may not have any. Upon arrival the staff purchased us a brand new one to accommodate us! Our room was spacious and tastefully appointed with a large bathroom. The sea view was beautiful and visible from our temperpedic bed. The hotel is located on a cliff edge with a beautiful path down to their private beach that wraps around the cliff from below. There are beach chairs and a shower on site. The rooftop pool is quite small but has a view of the ocean and a sauna. The main pool is relatively small but nice with a bar alongside it. We heard very little construction during our stay and what we heard was only during the day. Overall an excellent experience.

My wife and I just came back from Bermuda today. I was anxious to write this review. "Hats off" to the marketing department for pulling the wool over the collective public's eyes. This is not a top tier property, although accommodation rates would have you believe otherwise. The cliff side location is stunning. Florenza, the site manager takes her role to heart. She will do all she can to ensure a positive experience. Unfortunately there is only so much she can do and the shortcomings at this property are many and beyond one person's wherewithal. Driving unto the property from the main road you encounter the construction zone. With its many trucks, machines and male workers. It can be uncomfortable for a female to walk past in her bathing suit. The road is not completely paved and construction dust permeates the surroundings. it's a very small parking area given the number of units commissioned. There is no lobby per se. At least none of note. It's a small space that reminds one of a time share-selling station. There is no automatic door actuator. There isn't a doorman nor a bellman. The pool deck is nicely appointed, however the pool is markedly undersized. There is only one restaurant on site. It is actually shameful that they consider this anything more than a pub. The prices they charge cannot be justified. There are no overhead fans for seats under the overhang. The chairs and tables are plastic, and the service is intolerably slow. Delivery personnel walk back and forth across the pool deck with their hand trucks piled high with supplies. More then one client suggested to us to have breakfast at the nearby gas station. Much better value. They were right, the french toast was excellent! I have saved the best for last... This beach resort does NOT have a beach. The images on the website are just a marketing ploy. A very deceitful marketing ploy. There are talks of improvements on the horizon. If true wait until it's been confirmed before booking. Absolutely NOT worth the $$$$.

We loved our stay at Azura Resort. The rooms were modern and comfortable and the views incredible! We could see tropical fish from our balcony! Everyone who works there were extremely friendly and helpful. When there, do yourself a favor and check out Jobson's Cove- it's this beautiful protected beach with amazing snorkeling!

We stayed here 5 days from October 11th. This place is nothing short of spectacular. There are a few reviews indicating there is construction which, to them, justified a lesser rating. The impact of the construction is substantially overblown by those reviewers. Yes, they are improving the location. But, I found none of it to be disruptive or otherwise noticeable unless you were looking for it. Frankly, the wind was louder and one crying kid to be more disruptive. The places within the resort area where I was did not show any signs of construction. I think there are 4 workers. The pictures I attach here show exactly what I'm saying. Someone wrote it would be uncomfortable for women to walk by the workers. Please. I observed them myself with women walking by them and the worst you'll get is a smile and good morning. Seriously. There is some debate over the beach area. There is a beach. Anybody who says otherwise is just incorrect. I walked on it. It is there. However, at times the ocean eats into the beach because of the tide. They have several platforms of protected beach area that aren't impacted by the tide, with chairs. That said, this is not the place where you would snorkel. It is in the middle of the island equally distanced from each end of the island and we were no further than 10 minutes away from the very best of beaches. So, whether they have a beach or not is irrelevant because you are not staying on this beach when you have the beaches you came to see nearby. You're here for Church, Horseshoe, Tabacco, etc But if you want to lay on the beach, they have a beach. Pictures included here. (Edit - two pics I posted were of a nearby beach. I noted in a comment those were incorrect. In you'll see what I mean). The staff was excellent, one reviewer said there wasn't enough staff. I saw 3 at the pool area servicing 2 people. Not enough? The pool area was spectacular, and the drinks were awesome. I'm not sure you can improve your visit by going anywhere else. The bad reviews here are just sour grapes. Can't please everyone. They're the "That medium rare steak was 2 seconds overdone" kind of crowd.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we absolutely LOVED it! This hotel was honestly better than any hotel we've ever stayed in and this was due to a few factors; the hotel room view(we booked an ocean front view room), the location and most importantly, the STAFF!! They were so kind, helpful and assisted us with the best of their ability. This was our first time in Bermuda and we could not have asked for better hosts. We will definitely be back! P.S. we stayed here during 3/27-4/3 and my husband saw whales swimming by! Whales apparently like to stop by Bermuda on their way back to where-ever they're going towards. Just another perk to staying at this hotel. :)

Very well built, stunning views of cliffs, secluded shiny property - decent food, terribly late start to breakfast (could not get till 10!am) and that last part can be disruptive for a prograam .. so make own arrangements for breakfast if you have plans for the day ..

Amazing resort with an absolute wonderful staff that made all effort to make our honeymoon memorable. Breathtaking views and will definitely be back. There is construction going on but it was hardly an issue with noise even with us staying right next to it. Will definitely be back to stay here especially when construction is done

Booked Azura for a birthday trip with friends and had an amazing time! Florenta and Claire were extremely helpful since the second we booked our stay. These ladies helped with arranging our transportation, spa services, private chef options, and even excursions. This was very helpful since we were not familiar with the island. The property is also gorgeous and well kept thanks to their great staff. The only downside was the restaurant being closed for renovations but we were able to find so many options in town. Thanks again for amazing birthday trip and I plan to see you guys again ☺️

This hotel exceeded our expectations! There are different buildings we in room 214 on the edge water side and the room was amazing. The view of the ocean is amazing if you don’t want to leave your room you don’t have to. The shades are electronic and provide shade for sleeping-in in the morning. The beach is lovely and you can do a nice walk down the beach. The pool is perfect. It was not crowded at all while we were there (may 20). That staff is exceptional, they are friendly and fun. I am so glad we chose this smaller boutique hotel over the other large ones I was considering. We did the scheduled taxi service to and from the airport ($55) each way. The workout / yoga area is perfect for a raining morning to get a little exercise in. There is also scheduled yoga classes with an instructor.

This resort is truly special. The views and beach are stunning. Rooms are spacious and clean. Housekeeping does a thorough job. The bartenders Ryan and Trouble went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and are very talented/passionate about their craft! Every staff member has been kind and helpful but those two in particular made our visit worth coming back for! 10/10

The property is beautiful. It’s a hotel with fractional ownership. It’s pretty centrally located and close to Hamilton. I’ve walked the beautiful property and taken amazing yoga classes that look over the ocean. I live locally so I can’t speak personally about the hotel but hear good things. They have live music on Friday nights by husband and wife team Mia & James. Mia is a killer voice and James is musically talented with a lovely voice. Beautiful restaurant looking over the ocean with options to sit inside or out. A beautiful spot.

An underwhelming honeymoon for my wife and I due to constant construction noise that you can hear from your room (faintly) and at the pool/restaurant/beach. The staff is wonderful but they are understaffed which is the owners responsibility. The service is terrible because they are understaffed. Rooms and the view are absolute stunning. If you plan to visit for a special occasion they will not do anything. We mentioned several times we were coming for our honeymoon and nothing was done. I guess I expected better hospitality from a “luxury” hotel.

This hotel surpasses the concept of stunning. Beautiful views, beautiful views, beautiful views! The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating to my needs; such as offering a shuttle upon my arrival and my departure. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Bermuda.

Beautiful water views, a little piece of heaven, and everyone who works there was so helpful and kind, including Florenta, Desire and Claire. I am so happy I paid no attention to a few negative reviews, as I can’t understand why anyone would or could write anything bad about this resort . There was construction going on but not at all any nuisance. The rooms were gorgeous! You won’t be let down!!!

Our two-bedroom suite at Azura was clean, modern and spacious. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well appointed and views outstanding. Did have one of the best massages ever and the resort location is fairly central to the island. The downside was that there is little to do on the actual property - there is a fitness center, some nature trails, and a small pool with a poolside restaurant. Also, beware of some of the Hitch drivers - pretty sure our family narrowly escaped a botched robbery. Bermuda is absolutely gorgeous and we will return.

We LOVED our stay in Azura. The rooms were nice and the staff was friendly. They were even doing construction while we were there, but between the water features and the waves crashing in the background, you couldn’t even notice. Highly recommend!
